• Finbarr (9/5): Central, spacious place with everything. St Marks Square 7 mins, Rialto Bridge 6mins. - Location, size and all amenities There was a smell from another apartment and building works in building next door started early in morning.
• Fabrice (7/5): Très bien placé, grand, calme mais vieillissant - l'emplacement était parfait. au coeur de San Marco mais au calme (rue un peu en impasse pas bruyante). grand appartement, deux chambres, deux salles de bain (chauffées). Personnel de l'hôtel très chaleureux et efficace. Nous avions choisi cet appartement car ça nous permettait d'avoir deux chambres séparées et d'arriver très tard grâce à l'accueil de l’hôtel à quelques minutes (qui est en 24/24 même si mal indiqué dans booking). les basiques sont disponibles en cuisine. beaucoup d'espace disponible. on peut laisser ses bagages à l'hôtel après le check out. Mais l'appartement faisait très vieux, les meubles étaient instables. la literie mauvaise (lit double = deux petits lits cote cote même pas tenus par un drap housse). et les ouvertures étaient compliquées (ouverture de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble et celle de l'appartement), les clés étaient dures. je sais que tout est vieux à Venise, mais au regard du prix un peu de rafraichissement serait bienvenue.

• Dani (9/5): Superb - Great location! Apartment was within short walking distance to St Marks square, Rialto, and vaporetto stops, as well as shopping, restaurants and various supermarkets. Very secure apartment. The second bathroom was perfect for a family or couples. Would definitely stay there again.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect location in Venice for 4! - Location was fantastic! Accommodations had plenty of space to relax as well as eat and good-sized bedrooms with closets. Bathrooms were huge! It was nice to get restaurant suggestions. This place is close to everything!! The only challenging part; keys were at the hotel & going there with our bags (instead of meeting the host at the apartment) was a bit challenging. But it was very organized and easy to do.

• Mrs. (8/5): Live (sort of) Like a Local - We were right in the heart of Venice and had the feeling of a residential stay (more like Airbnb). The beds were comfortable and the living space was spacious. A/C worked very well. The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The amenities you might expect in a hotel weren't there, like hand soap at the sinks (we bought some) and there were only two tiny bottles of shampoo, but nothing else for the showers. There was a Nespresso (?) coffee maker and a stovetop espresso percalator but no coffee, or sugar or tea. The elevator has a terrible smell (like feet?) and made for a very unpleasant welcome, but once we were in the apartment, it smelled fine and was very clean We did not understand the garbage sorrting instructions.There were bags and stickers and guides in Italian, but we ended up just putting it all together.

It was perfect for us as a family which doesn’t like - Apartment is very close to Rialto bridge or San Marco. 5-8 min walking distance Even it is centrally located on n the center of Venice it was quite at night. Two Supermarkets are close to Rialto boats station.

• Buchynski (9/5): Superb - The space had everything you would need. Was comfortable. Had an elevator. It was close to everything. Overall was a good experience. To make the experience better, it would have been great to have wine glasses, face cloths, bathrobes and more dishtowels. Also, an extra set of keys would have been great. There were no coffee pods when we arrived. That would have been nice to have.

Very good hotel and could be my next stay. The location is excellent, Apt. clean & spacious with two bedrooms far from each other with each have its own bathroom Nothing. BUT.................I would like to bring to anybody's attention that the apartment on booking.com & on the Hotel's website indicates that it is 45 sq. meter. ACTUALLY it is 100 sq. meter.
• Moore (8/5): Really great location! - The location was excellent! The space was really great for 3 people. Having a washer was really wonderful too! The door to the 2nd bedroom was locked when we arrived, so it took a bit of time to get that managed, but the management staff was pretty quick about it. The beds are not that comfy, and there must have been some mosquitos that got in b/c someone kept leaving the front door wide open; my husband and I got 5-10 bites.
• Robert (8/5): relaxing and enjoyable after receiving keys - liked the size, central location and access once I had the keys. after a flight, customs and an hour ferry ride it is quite difficult to receive the keys from the reception of the hotel which is quite a distance from the actual apartment whilst carrying bags and a child. refer to above please

• Nelson (10/5): Exceptional - Central location to all shopping, food venues and easy walk to pick up some groceries. 10-15 minute walk in any direction to most major sites. The apartment was spacious, two bathrooms is a big plus and a small useable kitchen to do some small meal prep. AC units were very good. IT is not really a didn't like, but something to consider in terms of getting to the apartment. It is a 20 minute walk from the bus terminal station and if you are considering taking the water transportation (Vaporetto) it will be about the same amount of time and can add to your travel costs, 9,50 euros one way per person.
• Sheila (9/5): Would highly recommend a stay at Fenice Apartment San Luca - The apartment was perfect for a short visit to Venice. Amazing location, close to all main tourist attractions and good restaurants. It was a little difficult to locate the reception desk to collect the keys.

• Leung (8/5): The place is in fact easy to find in day time. It’s in a convenient location - It’s difficult to find the check in hotel probably we arrive at 5pm when it was dark. We were lost and find the place for 1.5 hours We still need to stroll the heavy luggages after check in to get the apartment
• Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional - It was super clean and the staff was quick to respond to our queries and fulfill any additional requirements we had. The kitchen was small and can be improved but it had everything that was needed.
