• Mario (10/5): Soggiorno magnifico!! - Il soggiorno presso S&T Luxury House è stato estremamente soddisfacente. La struttura si distingue per eleganza, pulizia impeccabile e attenzione ai dettagli. Servizio cordiale e professionale, supportato da una posizione comoda e silenziosa. Un’esperienza di alto livello che consiglio vivamente.

• Franchini (9/5): Che dire...tutto perfetto !!! - Immobile come da descrizione, pulito ed in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. In ottima posizione a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito, via Toledo con fermate Metro e funicolare Augustea vicinissime basilare per noi che ci muovevano con i mezzi pubblici. Molto disponibili e ci hanno trovato una soluzione per i bagagli sia in check in che in check out e questo ci ha permesso di sfruttare al massimo i tre giorni a Napoli. Alfredo all'accoglienza disponibilissimo ci ha fornito tante info sulla città, dove mangiare ecc. Praticamente...tutto perfetto !!!

La posizione dell’appartamento è semplicemente perfetta. Situato nel cuore della città, permette di raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni, oltre a ristoranti, bar e mezzi di trasporto. È stato davvero pratico muoversi senza bisogno di auto o taxi, e questo ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassato. Nulla, tutto perfetto!

L’appartamento è elegante, moderno e curato in ogni dettaglio: tutto nuovissimo, pulizia impeccabile e comfort assoluto. La posizione è insuperabile, a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito e dalle principali attrazioni, ideale per vivere al meglio la città. I’host é stato estremamente disponibile e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a fornire consigli utili per rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Check-in facile e veloce, con grande professionalità e cordialità. Letto comodissimo, ambiente silenzioso, servizi eccellenti: non avrei potuto desiderare di meglio. Consiglio questa struttura al 100% e sicuramente tornerò!

• Christine (4/5): Offre prétentieuse par rapport à ce qui est vraiment proposé, pas toujours en fonctionnement. - Pas top, car la rue était étroite et pas très chic. Il n'est pas normal qu'on n'ait pas de solution pour garder les bagages le jour du départ. Très défaillant ! Plusieurs installation s ne marchaient pas. Il faut une porte pour la douche supplémentaire. Pas possible d'avoir un séchoir électrique dans la salle de bains. Les housses de couette manquent. Les couettes ne sont pas propres. On ne savait pas où elles étaient. L'entrée de l'immeuble et la cage d'escalier n'ont pas d'allure. L'hôte assure un service vraiment minimum.

• Valeska (9/5): Perfect Central and Spacious Stay – Highly Recommended! - We stayed here for 8 days as a family, and it was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The apartment was very spacious and even more beautiful than in the photos. Having a separate bathroom was incredibly convenient, especially when we were all getting ready at the same time. The location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk from the city center, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. It was the ideal starting point for all our excursions, and public transportation was also very easy to reach. Even when we returned late at night, the neighborhood felt completely safe, which gave us peace of mind. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host’s staff was quick and smooth, and they were very friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—it really exceeded our expectations in every way -

• Alessandra (8/5): Vivi Napoli nel cuore del quartiere San Ferdinando - Appartamento molto confortevole con ottimo sistema di climatizzazione, dotato di tutti i confort e finemente ristrutturato. Posizione fantastica proprio alle spalle di Piazza del Plebiscito e con terrazzini sui vicoli del quartiere. Attività commerciali e ristoranti, oltre che attrazioni turistiche, tutti nelle vicinanze. Da migliorare la pulizia, non all'altezza della struttura (destinataria di un'importante intervento di ristrutturazione che andrebbe valorizzato anche sotto il profilo dell'accuratezza delle pulizie). L'osservazione non è per avanzare critiche, ma per migliorare l'offerta ed il lavoro di tutto lo staff.

• Lrueda (10/5): Como en tu propia casa en Napoli - La ubicación es excelente, el barrio es muy amigable y todo lo que había en el alojamiento estaba tal cual se suponía. Nos dieron muchos consejos sobre restaurantes y lugares que visitar. Todo limpio y perfecto para 4-6 personas. Todo perfecto.

• Ashraf (1/5): Not recommended at all ...you will regret. - House was clean with minimum facilities required - The location is really bad, - staff kicked me with my two kids and 4 luggage in the street at 10am as others will check in early !!! They didn't even want to keep the luggage in the house and offered storage 20 min walking from the house which really very tiring in absence of proper transportation. Even when we reached it was king location and we had to walk with the luggage and kids for 4 more minutes. - At night, electricity was cut, and staff wasn't cooperative, and we had to find our way to fix it. Surely I don't recommend anyone this accommodation.
• Gresa (8/5): Very good - Claudio was very kind and allowed us to check into the apartment earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay because we had to leave a €100 deposit upon arrival, and on the day of our departure, we asked if it could be returned between 7 and 8 a.m. However, no one came to return it until 10 a.m. Because of this delay, we missed our scheduled tour of Pompeii on the last day, which was very disappointing.
• Nikolaos (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and spacious apartment. Fantastic location near the historic center, near a metro station, near the promenade, and next to the more modern part of the city, with the high-end shopping area. Overall, a very good value. The neighborhood takes a little time to get used to it. Very soon you realize it is a nice, quiet part of the city.
• Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - The location was superb if you wanna feel the city's spirit. The apartment was very different in the best way possible, it was very clean, and it has everything that you can possibly need! The host was super nice, he checked on throughout the stay to see if we needed anything! We highly recommend!
• Maria (2/5): Stuffy, mouldy and above a fish shop. - The beds were confortable. They left toilettries and welcome snacks. Heating was good. I know the property will contest this review so I will try to be as explicit as possible regarding the many misleading facts about it and the trully appalling treatment we received at check out. To begin with, this is not Chiaia and is not on Plesbicito Square, but many blocks away. The picture of the building is totally misleading since they show a side street and not the main entrance. The main entrance is on a lateral street that looks like some of the worst areas of Quartiero Spagnoli (just check on google earth). Actually, the apartment is located just above a fish shop. Given the narrowness of the street, total lack of light the apartment fells stuffy and smells of mould (only one bathroom has ventilation). So we had to choose between smelling mould with the windows closed or smelling fish with the windows open. Secondly, to reach the apartment you have to go up a really steep set of stairs in a shared corridor with light that goes off after 5 seconds. The next door neighbours kept the building front door open at all times, making a potential security issue. The apartment is weirdly laid out with inside stairs and vaults that are very low, so my husband kept hitting his head. The electrical connections does not work well and we had power shut downs every single time we turned the oven on. So, no cooking on the oven. Last, the worst experience was check out. The guy in charge never showed up. There were no instructions, no supervised anything, we just left unassisted. After a couple of hours, we are contacted by an employee who claims we messed up the lock of the apartment and we have to pay for that. He tells us we cannot collect our luggagge from their "free storage" if we do not pay him (in cash) 50 euros for damages (we had not left our luggage at their storage since, upon arrival, it was just a public garage with no security whatsoever). This guy started contacting us on social media, sending threating messages and even showed up at our departure port in Naples!!!!. He put up a scene, yelling in front of other passengers and demanding more money for other services we had not even used.

• Ingrid (7/5): Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, some road noise, unsafe kettle - Finished to a high standard, lovely having 2 bathrooms We had specified we needed 3 beds on the search but discovered there was an extra charge imposed by the owner for the sofa bed to be used. Also they did not supply an extra blanket for this bed just a sheet. Moreover the kettle is unsafe and the handle goes hot when it is boiling. Needs replacing to avoid a serious injury.
• Maija (7/5): Good - Perfect location: within 10min walk from key tourist attractions and shopping area as well as quieter Chiaia with its great selection of bars and restaurants Very friendly welcome upon arrival: we were greeted by lovely Manuela who kindly provided us with some info about the city and tips on where to eat and what to do Quite spacious, two bedrooms with two baths and the two areas can be well separated which is very convenient if you and your companions have different sleep habits Well equipped kitchen including large fridge freezer, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine Ready snacks and juice are a nice touch Good temperature control system - it was nice and cool inside the apartment whilst very hot weather outside Light sleepers beware of noise levels: vehicle and other street noise coming through even with windows shut; at night I could still hear most of it through the earplugs Dodgy neighbour smoking in the hallway and shouting There were no duvets or blankets on the bed. We contacted staff and were told to check in the closet. We only found two bed throws which were not a suitable replacement - heavy and dusty. It was quite disappointing that the staff didn’t think of checking with us about this the next day. Safe deposits were locked out by previous users and hence not available to us

• Nick (7/5): Nice location - Good location, two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Apartment is in the corner so there is noise from both (small) roads until very late at night and from early in the morning. Could not sleep properly. Otherwise apartment is good and location is central and safe.
• Misja (8/5): Surprising gem in the heart of Naples! - The property was beautifully appointed, clean, and spacious. Manuela was very kind and helpful and arranged for transportation to the airport on departure and the driver was excellent and kind. Very walkable to Toledo St. and metro. Could not get the heat to turn on in the lower room and couldn’t turn it off in the upper room. Could not get the microwave to work. No shampoo or paper towels. Steep concrete steps to get into property. Adjoining neighbor yelled a lot.
• Stacy (10/5): 10/10 in every aspect - The communication with the owners and staff could not have been any better. They were very friendly and made sure they welcomed us and provided as much information as needed. We were picked up from the airport and taken straight to the apartment, which is in a superb location. We were a 10-minute walk from the water front but far enough away from the busy streets and vehicles. I don't know if we would have seen this part of Naples and the local butchers, bakers, and fishmongers, but it is a definite must! The apartment itself was spotless, with great facilities, spacious, and very comfortable. This apartment would suit friends travelling together with each having their own room and on-suite or families. If we travel back to Naples, hopefully we will do it soon, and we will definitely return here. Having to leave after only three nights!
