• Anonymous (1/5): Horrible holiday - Nothing really, I text the owner same day I been there around 22:30 , and he knows it’s my arrival time.the apartment was not clean at all and I took a pictures of everything with a time and dates on it , the bathroom was small and smells of cigarettes and the snick wasn’t clean , the floor was dusty and the bins bag not been changed, there is only one toilet paper for 8 nights , the sawf was dusty and not moved at all , food crumbs everywhere, in the bedroom all the bedsheets was dirty and only one for 8 nights , the bellows wasn’t clean if you check them inside the cover , the washing machine cable was not safe . The rust in the balcony metals and lots of rubbish on side . The towels I find only 2 one for face and one bit bigger, the rest on the floor . So I text the owner and they didn’t back to me until the 3 days after because I email the customer service. Anyway I still have everything on my phone as picture or conversation with th owner . God watch everything and am not happy with the owner I well thank you him about the horrible holiday in his house . I never forgive him. Show Rome

• Fernando (3/5): Worst experience I ever had - The terrace was in pretty bad shape. The shower is way too small. The sofa is uncomfortable and has some weird stains. One of the doors to the terrace was blocked and the other didn't work well. The apartment wasn't cleaned along the stay.
• Paweł (5/5): Passable - The furniture on the terrace was extremely dirty. We got the code for the apartment an hour and a half after the agreed time. We waited in front of the building in high heat, which I found ridiculous. The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work and the terrace door could not be opened.
• Kerry (5/5): disappointing - The proximity to public transport was OK. the balcony was shabby and not pleasant to sit there, all flower pots were filled with weeds, two halos had cactus. the barbecue was not clean, mould on the outdoor shelter, the clothes airer was rusty and old bird droppings were on it. the shower was inconveniently small, dirty crockery, cutlery and pot lids, only one coffee cup which was stained, no wine glasses, no welcome instructions. neighbours provided a seat and water bottle with glasses as they saw us waiting outside in the sun for hours before we were allowed in, they did not even let us leave our bags in the foyer until they let us in so we’re stuck outside for hours, extremely uncomfortable. The curtains were shabby and dirty, we were provided two toilet rolls for the week when we asked for more the answer was no. lights and power points were not all working. The toilet kept running at times which was fixed by continually flushing. not a good experience.
• Mario (6/5): Pleasant - The property has a large area and bed is comfortable as well as a nice closet and equipped kitchen. The terrace is quite in a bad shape... oxidation all over the place and no real barbecues are possible. The area is also quite far and not a great offer of public transportation nearby.

• Gerasimov (8/5): Great stay - The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and terrace is really big and a city view from it is fantastic. Bed, pillows and the mattress were comfortable. The location is okay, it's 10 minutes walk from metro station line C, and it takes about 30-40 to get from there to the city centre. Sound isolation isn't good enough. The bathroom lacks a few additional hooks and shelfs. WiFi wasn't working during the first day of our stay (but it was fixed then and worked perfectly). The host promised to send the access key to us by 17:00 but actually sent it only by the time of our arrival in Rome, by about 22:00.
• Svetlana (5/5): Never again! very unfriendly host - the property was ok, nice terrace and close to the supermarket and metro, quiet area The owner was the most unfriendly host I ever had to deal with. never again! I booked for my parents and he did a real issue about it and wanted me to cancel the whole booking because it wasn’t for me personally. the booking was non refundable, it would mean, I would lose all money paid for 5 days. fortunately, booking.com helped to sort it out. He is just tying to be listed high with lower prices and to earn extra where possible by putting check-in at 5 pm (!) he is trying to earn on „early“ check in and late check out. ridiculous houserules like „if someone else but checked in guests enters the property even to help to carry luggage, it’s considered a crime“ the terrace roof was leaking, not well maintained
• O0o05alf0o0o (9/5): very good place - very good place and it is similar how itailans live these days also the apartment is verrry clean and quiet no place to put your lugguge before check-in and check-in is very late (5 pm)
• Jakub (8/5): Good stay for relatively low price - Well equipped kitchen. Big terrace with grill. Airconditioned. Clean inside. Nice neighborhood with bars and markets. 45min to city center by metro / 20min by scooter. Non-personal checkin Only one shared two-person blanket in bed. I traveled with friend, so not optimal. Terrace sitting bit dirty. Woman that live in same building had some problem with that i parked scooter next to the house, even that nobody used the space for week i was there.
