• Emilly (10/5): - Location was amazing, we walked everywhere and found it incredibly convenient. Fabio was an incredible host and gave us many recommendations for restaurants, that were well worth a visit. He arranged tours for us, transport to and from the airport (and Port!) and was top notch communicator. It is an older building, and it is located on a very busy street - so the noise from the street does carry and it is noisy; but to be expected in a main part of the city with lots happening!

The host was extremely accommodating and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and excursions. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.The children were especially happy about the sweets left on their pillows. :)

• Francisco (10/5): Very nice and comfortable apartment. - Very nice apartment, fully equipped with kitchen accessories, washing machine and comfortable bed. The location is excellent, close to the main tourist attractions, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies. The area is full of restaurants, bars and cafes. The staff are very courteous and attentive, especially Mr. Fabio, who was always concerned that we had a good stay. I highly recommend it.

• Singh (10/5): Definitely recommend . - Very convenient, comfortable and relaxed stay. You will have everything you need from comfortable bed to hot water and all working kitchen appliances. Communication with owner was very prompt. He was able to check us in really early because our flight arrived early in the morning, this really helped us as we were able to freshen up before long day ahead :). Definitely recommend.

• Athena (10/5): Modern, spacious, central with a great host! - The property is centrally located, safe, and within walking distance to major attractions. It is modern and spacious. Fabio checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and had some wonderful recommendations. Also, helped arrange a car to pick us up from the airport. If I'm able to go back to Rome, I would definitely stay here again!

Fabio es simplemente extraordinario: atento, servicial y pendiente de cada detalle para que la experiencia sea perfecta. Y la ubicación… inmejorable. Estar en Via del Corso te permite vivir Roma caminando, con todo a pasos de distancia. Hazte un favor: reserva tus vacaciones aquí. Sin duda, volveríamos.
• Ricardo Farias Jr (9/5): excelente hospedagem - Localização perfeita. Perto de todos os grandes pontos turísticos. Fizemos tudo à pé, mesmo com crianças. Apartamento amplo, camas boas, calefação eficiente, tem maquina de lavar roupas e louças com produtos à disposição. Possui elevador. Anfitrião muito gentil, deu boas dicas de restaurantes locais e com boa vontade em ajudar (conseguimos fazer o check-in mais cedo e deixar as malas no apartamento no dia do check out). Voltaríamos com certeza. No banheiro, o box é bem pequeno e tem uma janela (que vai até o chão) que é facilmente aberta por uma criança ficando apenas um guarda corpo de varanda. Minha sugestão é colocar um trinco interno na janela. Mas nada disso impede uma boa estadia.

Verpackte Croissants für unterwegs. -

Accessible avec ascenseur. Propriétaire et personnel adorables. Emplacement à 10 minutes à pied des monuments et bus très proche. Le bruit car l’appartement est vraiment en plein centre historique. Donc prévoir des bouchons d’oreille pour les personnes sensibles pendant leur sommeil.

• Urvi Gadhvi (10/5): Excellent stay at Corso apartment! - We had a great stay at this apartment, this is my 3rd time visiting Rome and have always opted for hotels but as we came as a family of 3, we thought we would try an apartment instead this time and I'm so glad that we did! Would definitely recommend & we will certainly be back again in the future! This apartment had an excellent location & is in walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Victor Emmanuel monument & many more. The host Fabio was very helpful and gave us a great list of restaurants he would recommend while checking in every few days to see if we needed anything! Check-in process was smooth and very personable! Clean & tidy apartment with all amenities we could need for our stay 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed in a room - the sofa bed was really comfortable and the rooms were good sizes! All in all, would recommend a stay here! Thanks Fabio for making this a lovely stay! No real complaints during our stay at the apartment! The shower leaked ever so slightly when we showered but not enough for it to cause an issue!

• Gilles (8/5): Bel appartement sécurisé au centre à proximité de tout. - La location de l'appartement est parfaite pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques de Rome. On éprouve un grand sentiment de sécurité, ce qui est agréable quand on voyage en famille. L'insonorisation pourrait être meilleure par exemple en installant des fenêtres à double/triples vitrage. L'appartement étant central on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue. On entend aussi les bruits provenant du couloir.
• Rudy (10/5): - Everything was great about the apartment. Fabio checked on us frequently and made sure we had everthing we needed. He also arranged transport for us to and from the airport. The apartment is in a spectacular area full of life. Almost all major attractions such as the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon are within walking distance.

• Ela (9/5): Great location and super friendly host! - We stayed at the Corso 277 for 4 nights as a family of four. Communication with Fabio was perfect from start to finish. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location, walking distance to all main attractions. We appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea and the packaged breakfast options provided. Fabio checked on us daily during our stay to see if we needed any help. And his restaurant suggestions were also great :)

The location was ideal – close to all the main sights, great restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. What truly made our visit special was our amazing host, Fabio. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He gave us great local tips and was always available if we needed anything. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. • Jennifer (10/5): Just perfect! Truly exceptional and absolute top location. - Perfect location. Literally the best location in all of Rome. Short walk to all the sights, great shopping and huge selection of restaurants. We spent 5 nights and didn’t have to take a taxi or public transport even once. Quick and responsive communication from owner Fabio, who also shared restaurant recommendations in the area and they were all fantastic. Very well equipped property including washing machine. Property is fantastic but if I I had to choose one negative, the sofa bed is too soft and the dryer doesn’t work very well.

From the moment we made our reservation, he guided us with utmost professionalism while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor. This made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The house was not only in a prime location but also provided ample space for our family of four. Every major attraction we wanted to visit was within walking distance. Comfortable beds, all utilities worked very well. Loved every minute of our stay, family of 4. Just keep in mind that Rome city center is not a quiet area but it is worth it! Nothing.

• Wahba (9/5): Excellent location and clean! - The location is great! Walkable to all tourist attractions. Someone met us at arrival to give keys and answer any questions. The host contacted us several times during our stay to ensure everything was good. The apartment is clean and has just about everything you need! One of the reasons we selected this place was because it had a washer and dryer. It is combo unit and the dryer portion doesn’t work. The host was responsive and said he has called for repair. The other drawback is it has a very small shower stall.

• Hien (10/5): Quaint, cute apartment that made our stay in Rome memorable! - Location! Location! Location! 15-20 minute walking distance to so many of the great sites: Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and convenient. The owners are also very nice and responsive to our needs. Not much at all! Just be careful with the moveable shower head that could point out and spray you or the bathroom.
• Shehnila (10/5): It was home away from home, which made my family and I comfortable. - It was centrally located. Loved the layout of the apartment and all its amenities. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
• Hai (10/5): Exceptional - We love everything here: The comfort, the cleanliness, the convenience with all necessary items a tourist might need. We found everything in the house including an iron,hair dryer, kettle, and basic kitchen utilities. Alex is a wonderful host, he is caring and so friendly. Especially the house is located on a very central street with 5 minute walk to everything you need such as Forum Romanum and Palatine Hill. Recommend to anyone.
• Sam (9/5): Excellent location and host! - Excellent host, very responsive. Our washer went down and host came to help us wash/dry the clothes! Could be a bit noisy at nighttime as it's closer to the main street. Ear plugs work for us.

• Sevilay (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect. Fabio is very attentive, constantly checking in to see if we need anything.. Thank you for the small jams and snacks. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The location is central, so it can be a bit noisy at night, but closing the window is enough. Having an elevator provides great convenience, and Fabio also left us some delicious coffees.
• Abdul (10/5): Perfect family holiday home with an excellent location. - Location, staff, and the apartment was amazing. Not once did we feel anything was lacking. Fabio and David really made us feel at home. Will definitely stay here again. Although the windows provide good noise isolation, there is still too much noise from the main road. Might be good to explore some more noise isolation options.
• Maya (10/5): We had the best time - We traveled with two teens aged 13. The apartment is absolutely lovely,with all the small things you need,snacks,coffee,milk and much more. The bed rooms are very comfortable and with space. Very clean,no maintenance problems. Fabio and David were great,taking care and checking up on us. And now for the amazing amazing location,50 m from piazza Venezia,with everything you need just a few feet from you. We went on foot every where,not taking a taxi even to the Vatican tour. Best place for a vacation with kids in Rome Thank you

• Steven (10/5): Excellent location for a family visit - The appartment is perfectly situated in the centre at walking distance of all main points to visit colosseum, pantheon, trevi etc. Of course as you are in the middle of the centre you have some noise but this is also part of the charm of visiting a city like rome.

• Lorrie (10/5): Perfect Experience - Rent it!!! - The location of the apartment can’t be beat. We loved being in the heart of the city. Major sights & resources are steps away. The apartment is super cute, in a nice building, with so much thought & detail put into the needs of the guest - from travel guides, maps, directions, recommendations, slippers, towels, snacks, breakfast items, juice, milk, coffee, water, shampoo, soap, detergent, etc. The little kitchen with washing machine is perfect for extended stays. Everything worked as expected & was exactly as pictured online. Apartment is clean & tidy. Beds are comfortable, including the sofa bed. The hosts, Fabio & his wife Emanuela, are both wonderful, always checking on you & addressing any need immediately. They make you feel pampered without intruding, & their kindness truly elevated our vacation experience. We are usually more hotel than apartment people, but this great experience changed our minds & set the bar high. Rent this place, it will go well. Nothing - only good things to say, would stay here again.

• Andrew (8/5): Great apartment in a great location with a sensational host Fabio - Location was excellent - 100m from Place Venezia and about 1 km to Colosseum & Forum - walking distance to all major attractions, shops and the metro. Plenty or restaurants and cafes. Vibrant place. The host Fabio was sensational. He was exceptionally helpful and accommodating and welcoming. Even though we were on the back and side of the building the noise from the street was constant even throughout the night. We were there in school holidays just after new year so it is possible that it was also a very very busy time of year.
