Dieter (8/5): Tolle Lage - Sehr gute Lage am Canale Grande und zur Biennale.Nette kleine Restaurants an der Via Garibaldi.Gute Ausstattung Die Kommunikation war teilweise schwierig, da unterschiedliche Personen involviert waren, und sich oft der eine auf den anderen verließ. Appartement nicht ganz einfach zu finden, da kein Namensschild. WLan funktionierte erst nach 2 Tagen wegen der genannten Kommunikationsprobleme.

Dmitriy (10/5): Excellent apartment option for Venice - The apartment is convenient and quite spacious for Venice. It is one flight of stairs up from the street. The kitchen is small but the terrace is very large with shade for much of the day. The area is close to Biennale gardens and about 10 minute walk to San Marco. There are public transport stops nearby and it is easy to get to from the train station by taking the vaporetto. There are supermarkets and good restaurants close by. The manager provided good communication and waited for us during check-in as we tried to find the correct boat to take. This is an excellent apartment recommendation for Venice! The fridge and the TV are small but functional.

Location is amazing, right next to the water but also a few mins walk to shops, bar and restaurants on Garibaldi. I will definitely try and book again when I’m back for work! It would be really good to have a kettle!
