• justine (6/5): OK good location but wouldn’t stay again - Location was good just on outskirts of Florence but only 15-20 mins walk to the main centre area. Good size bedrooms Main Bathroom tiny - the shower sprayed all over the toilet as so close no screen to close off. Mattress in main bedroom was bigger than the bed so very wobbly. Parking - was led to believe we could park up and drop off luggage then there was a garage. this was not possible as only resident parking nearby and Nearest parking about 10 mins away cost us approx 50 euros extra. Owner was not present as arranged and had to call a number of times she was rude and said she was on holiday and that we had to call someone else. Who kept us waiting an hour to check in which was stressful due to lack of parking as well.
• Suzanne (1/5): - Location only Everything Unclean No hot water for 24 hrs No power, broken fuse all within first 24 hrs Ensuite shower door broken Shower heads blocked need cleaning Filthy couches big stains, cushions on couches need throwing out were torn and dirty. Main bathroom so small couldnt dry yourself Toilet right next to shower water went everywhere including toilet Broken latch on bathroom door couldnt get opened sometimes Upon arrival we were faced with 61 stairs 4th floor No lift No water in fridge like previous property No essentiala eg coffee pods, coffee tea etc etc. When we were vacating I requested the host Stefania to order a taxi for us which she offered a nbr instead. Not impressed at all the place needs a big clean
• Deborah (9/5): Great place and location, quiet at night, we were able to cook two nice meals there. - Easy enough to find the key box with directions and pictures. It would have been easier to pay the city tax on the app. I was able to do this with previous stay in Rome. Or, at least pay with the same form of payment as was used on the app.
• Janeth (7/5): 4th floor without elevator in a good location - Excellent location with pleasant surroundings and robust public transit. The apartment is well-appointed, boasting abundant natural light and an efficient air conditioner. The kitchen is stocked with essentials such as sugar, oil among others. The 4th-floor location, accessible only by stairs, posed challenges for our elderly family members. City taxes can be paid in cash or through PayPal, which may incur extra fees and suboptimal exchange rates. the host requires the use of PayPal option to send as a gift to family or friends. Note: One bathroom is quite small, and a few beds lack comfort
