• Grant (7/5): A pleasant and well situated apartment that needs a bit of a refresh. Attentive management company. - Clean apartment and a good size. Having a washing machine and dryer was a big help. Showers were OK if in need of some maintenance/repair. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen very poorly equipped: only 2 coffee/tea mugs (for a six man flat), only 2 drinking glasses (no wine glasses), no vegetable peeler, no small sharp knives, there was a corkscrew but it was a cheap one that was broken. Also, no oven, just a combi microwave/grill which is disappointing. Very thin duvet on the main bed - we were shivering with no ability to turn the heat on (the AC remotes having been removed). Sofa was stained and looked quite unappealing. No side tables or coffee tables (nowhere to put down a drink). Nasty smell in the entrance hall probably due to a lack of ventilation.

• Glodeanu (2/5): We are extremely disappointed with this accommodation in Rome. - Positive points: the apartment is big and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Negative points: - the apartment is very, very, very DIRTY; - the smell in the apartment is terrible; - the devices for heating the apartment do not work properly and water even flows from them; - the beds have springs and are extremely uncomfortable; - the apartment key is picked up at the fixed time - 4:00 p.m; check in cannot be done later or earlier than this time; - the linens on the bed are very dirty; - the walls of the apartment are scratched and dirty; - mold is found everywhere in the apartment; - I found hairs on the cans and glasses in the kitchen; - the bathroom vent is full of dust and mold; - the hairdryer is sticky; - the water from the shower flows very hard in the bathroom; - the lights in the apartment sometimes don't work. Because of the extremely bad conditions in the apartment, we had to stay there as little as possible. We are extremely disappointed with this accommodation in Rome.

• Irén (5/5): Passable - The apartment is nice. There was a problem with the water flow strength of one of the showers. We informed the contacts, however it was not manageable for them to fix it. Since we only could occupy the flat from 4pm on Friday, by the time we coulr inform them they only could make any effort on Saturday. Obviously during the weekend they were not able to find anyone to have a look at it. It was a very simple problem with the strength of the water flow, but since it was not manageable, in that shower the water could not heat up properly (every time we turned the tap and the water flow on higher strength, the water was not getting warmer anymore, it started to get colder and remained cold). Therefore one of the showers was not usable. Since we especially booked it because it had two showers and we were many people, this was very unpleasant and we were quite disappointed. If we had known this we would have looked for one with two properly working showers. For us this was important. Maybe just the head needed to be changed in the shower or somewhat adjusted to have a stronger flow even when it was turned to the warm side, we don't know.
• Nomthandazo (8/5): Very good - Everything is perfect here I loved every moment of my stay Nothing at all. The place exceeded my expectations.
• Jose (8/5): Comfortable stay for family - The house was near a tram/bus station and quite spacious. ACs in rooms and fans in living rooms have proven to be very comfortable as the weather is scorching. The kitchen had a stove, microwave, fridge & necessary pots. A grocery shop was close by. The Tram line is approximately 200m away, and you get the tickets from the machine at the tobacco shop. Use tram 14 or 5 to get directly into the city's center. There are a couple of shops nearby to get essentials well worth it. I had a slight problem with the shower head

• Dylan (6/5): Pleasant - Quite spacious and clean. Was in a decent neighborhood with good transport links. Difficult to get hot water on the taps or shower. Plus the shower was not great.
• Robert (10/5): It's a great place to stay - Made very welcome, and it was all clean and ready to go. I had a slight problem with the shower head, but they replaced that straight away. The Tram line is approximately 200m away, and you get the tickets from the machine at the tobacco shop. Use tram 14 or 5 to get directly into the centre of the city. There are a couple of shops nearby to get essentials well worth it. On the ground floor so you have to close the shutters fully to block the sound out. But the bonus withe them full shut it makes it dark for sleeping.

• Manish (8/5): Comfortable stay for family - House was near tram/bus station and quite spacious. ACs in rooms and fan in living room proven to be very comfortable as weather was very hot. Kitchen had stove, microwave , fridge & necessary pots. Grocery shop was close by. Nothing was provided for dish washing ( tablet or solutions). Kitchen towel/ tissues could also be added to make it much better experience. AC remotes looked like with low battery. No option in TV for English.
