• INMA LORA (7/5): EN FAMILIA POR FLORENCIA - La ubicación, el apartamento se encuentra cerca de la estación de tren y en el centro de Florencia, cerca de la iglesia de san Lorenzo. Al lado teníamos los mercadillos y el mercado central donde se podía comer, beber,...., los colchones son buenos y el dueño nos atendió muy bien ya que cuando llegamos la puerta no se abría y nos tuvo que abrir el desde su móvil. El apartamento se encuentra en el primer piso sin ascensor y la escalera que hay es estrecha y con escalones estrechos. Íbamos con mis padres y les costó mucho trabajo subir y bajar aparte de que las maletas había que cogerlas a pulso, muy incomodo el acceso. Hay dos baños pero uno de ellos no tiene ducha es decir que en realidad para ducharnos 5 personas teníamos 1 ducha solo. Una de las habitaciones está arriba del salon y se accede por una escalera que comunica ell salón cocina con la habitación que está abierta por todos lados y se escucha todo . Las personas que ponen el mercadillo abajo guardan los carros en un garaje que estaba al lado del apartamento y por las mañanas a las 6 de la mañana ya estaban los carros por la calle y te despertaban, las ventanas no aíslan mucho.

• Jonathan (10/5): I am coming back to Florence and to here. - I love how the property is located off street but pretty central to everything. The area has restaurants, an excellent food market, and very close to the train station.

• Tom (10/5): Feeling home at the Florence downtown. - This was wonderful experience. Living in the middle of Florence in beatiful apartment made us feeling like at home. The checkin experience is seamless and very well documented. The location is just perfect. There is typical market right next doors with local articles. It is walking distance to all important places and there was everything needed. I'd add a bit few more knives and a cutting board to the kitchen, but that's just small thing not impacting our positive experience. Also the parking house recommended by the host did not have working web pages (what is not hosts fault) and as the Florence ZTL (low traffic zone) requires you to have parking ordered in advance so the parking operator provides your license plate to authorities, I advise using Parclick app, it helped us also in Rome later. I suggest going to La Bucheta restaurant near St. Croce Basilica, that was also wonderful experience.

• Bing (5/5): Not recommended; given the passive attitude of the host regarding the water dripping aircon and moldy wall. - Location is the best because it’s just right by the central market, lots of shops and restaurants and super markets. Train station is just within walking distance Broken TV and moldy and water dripping aircon. The mold is so bad in one of the rooms that I felt breathing in the mold while in that room. Water drips down alongside the wall and on the floor. Messaged the host several times and no one replied; we even tried to call but still no one answered. But before checking out, they don’t seem to forget reminding us to leave the city tax.
• Beverley (8/5): Lovely comfortable apartment, in a great location. Host very helpful. - Great location, good amenities in the apartment, outside terrace a nice bonus. A second shower would be ideal for 5 adults staying, but probably impractical in the second bathroom space.
• Thai (5/5): Good location but apartment is small. - The location is great, close to the main train station. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean. The apartment is small. One of the bedroom is quite small. We also expect 2 full bathrooms with 2 showers, but there are only one full and one half bathroom. One bathroom does not have a shower. We had to wait for showers in the mornings and evenings since there are 5 of us. Both bathrooms are quite small, hard to move around. The stairs leading to the apartment are quite steep. They are hard to navigate for seniors especially with luggages.
• Hannah (8/5): Great location but air con needs fixing. - Good location and outdoor terrace is a great bonus. Second bathroom shower isn’t connected. Air con doesn’t work so apartment gets really hot and with it being a city it’s loud with the windows open.
• Wynand (5/5): Great location, but… - The apartment has a perfect location - mere steps from the central market. It was spotlessly clean and the private terrace was special. The unit was advertised as having two bathrooms, but be warned: the second bathroom ONLY had a toilet and bidet (no shower). This is blatantly misleading in the description. Also, none of the AC’s has remotes. Even when contacting the managing agent, this never materialized. Lastly, the managing agents are totally unresponsive to issues. So be warned, all is not what it seems with this listing!!

• Shao (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment locates nearby the central market and really close to the train stain. It is really an enjoy memory to sit in terrace and having a drink.
• Maria (8/5): Great location, there are only a few clarifications to be made - The location of the apartment was great, fast internet, comfortable beds, nice terrace. The biggest bed is in a "room" above the living room and kitchen. It's just on a high platform reachable by stairs and so theres no door or any privacy whatsoever. Also there was no showerhead in the second bathroom so essentially there are 2 toilets in the apartment and one shower, which is in one of the bathrooms. Overall we had a good time there, im just stating some facts that might be important for someone especially if you're traveling with friends, colleagues, etc.

• Allison (7/5): Good - The online checking in easy. The apartment was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable. The market is right next door which was fantastic. Short walk to many attractions. Excellent location. The steps up to the apartment are so steep and dangerous. There is no shower in the 2nd bathroom, only a toilet even though they describe as having 2 bathrooms/showers. The apartment was so cold at night however we were advised heating couldn’t be turned up due to restrictions.
