• Ana Inés (4/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable El baño se inunda y no cuenta ni siquiera con un estante para tener el jabón en la bañera, las camas son incómodas, la puerta de calle se traba y cuando por ejemplo llega el vecino, la administración te llama a vos a las 3 de la mañana para que le destrabes la puerta porque ellos están lejos y no pueden venir a solucionar el tema. Jamás se comunican en castellano (ok) , pero tampoco en italiano ¿Roma no es Italia? Sólo inglés aunque les ruegues que se comuniquen en italiano que te resulta más fácil entender. Por último, no esperes los comprobantes de pago porque no te los envían "si no los solicitás expresamente" por mail al sector administrativo. A todo esto ¿cuando me los van a enviar? (los solicité por whatsapp a la encargada)
• César (7/5): Was fine but not incredible - Location is the best part of this apartment. The outside door did not close properly, The drainage of the shower was not good and it flooded the bathroom several times, which forced us to use a mop to clean everything. The single bed was very small and noisy

• Somraj (6/5): If location is most important for you and you can compromise of ammenities and want to self cook then this is good. But - 1. The check in agent was professional he was very well spoken and well behaved. He was a lovely person 2. The most awesome part about this property is it’s location. The location really felt like staying at the backyard of Pantheon. This is the only best USP of this property 1. The interior was not well managed 2. for charging phones only 1 plug point was there so 2 people cannot charge the device simultaneously 3. the property felt like it’s good for people who comes and stays for very long time, it had lots of utensils for cooking etc 4. For me we got much better self check in apartments for a much better price in Florence and Cinque Terre. After that this property felt too expensive
• Claudia Gabriela (7/5): - Lo mejor sln lugar a dudas es la ubicacion Le falta mantenimiento, no hay donde guardar la ropa, el placard todo ocupado. En el baño no hay percheros ni lugar para el papel higienico. En la.bañera no hay ningun estante.donde colocar los elementos de higiene

• Sissel (8/5): Great location but not where to put bag or clothes. - Location was great! Floors were not cleaned, the stairs to enter have not been cleaned in 100 years. But everything else was clean. No place to put bags or clothes. Nothing to wash dishes with(dishwashing soap or sponge) There is a watching machine on pictures but it doesn’t work. No TV too.
• Antony (9/5): Perfect place for visiting Rome in family. - The location especially. The time for the checkout - 10h00.

Better for 2 than 3 as 3rd bed isn’t fit for purpose as of mid April. - Location was so close to the wonderful Pantheon and the nice square around it. 10 min walk to Trevi. Cute design, there was a washing machine though I didn’t use it. It was fairly spacious. Despite great sound proofing of windows, it was a bit noisy at night. But not a big problem. The biggest problem was the bed for the 3rd person. It was a pull down bed and very very narrow. But worst of all it was so creaky every time you moved. It kept us all up on both nights. That bed is unusable as it is and needs to be changed. Be aware that they hit you with a €25 fee if you arrive after 8pm. They also have no left luggage facility, so you might have to pay for that. Also, not their fault but you have to pay €6 per person (inc kids over 10). Per night for city tax. That soon adds up. Lastly, the front door was left open a lot, not sure why, but not ideal. Lorenzo was very nice and helpful when checking us in.

• Jelena (8/5): Very good - It is really close to main attractions (1 minute to Pantheon; few minutes to Trevi, Piazza Navona; 20 minutes to Colloseum and Vatican). Very nice indoors, great view! :) Also close to supermarket. Main bed was insanely uncomfortable - kept falling off. Suggestion to get one mattres instead of two smaller ones. Noisy neighbours but we didn’t mind.

• Slavica (10/5): Lovely apartment! - The apartment is a block away from the Pantheon, amazing location for anyone visiting for the first time. Plenty of restaurants and cafes, be it fancy or a quick bite. If you are not traveling with a small child or someone with mobility issues, it is a walkable distance to the Colosseum as well! N/A
• Sergei (7/5): Good - Very central. The shower was a bit messy, in a sense, that as soon as you switch on the water it sprinkles all around the bath-room.
