• Andrea (8/5): Very good - The place was comfortable, had everything we needed. From smart tv, air conditioning, wifi, iron, washing machine, all kitchen appliances (cooker, stove, microwave) and all kitchen necessary items (plates, pots, pans and cutlery), hair dryer and other. The location is not the best, not really close to the centre and not close to a metro station (but really close to tram and bus station).
• Ebl (1/5): Bad - nothing it was too hot there we could not sleep there because of the high temprature. then we asked for a solution but we got no help. there were ants in the bathroom, the bedbwas broken and it was not possible to close the Windows compeletely. the second day we wanted to cancel the reservation but at the end they took half of the money that we paid for 6 nights but we stayed there only for one night! the location is bad and not safe and the building was too old.

• Eduardo (9/5): Cousy rooftop with a sunny veranda - The apartment is a perfect size for two people and is well equipped. The balcony catches the sun, has a good view and is very bright (dries clothes easily). Highlight is the statue of Venus of Milo. Trams pass very frequently on the street just a block from the apartment, which go to San Siro and pass through the center. The kitchen faucet and toilet seat need to be fixed. The vacuum cleaner is broken which could be a problem for a longer stay. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator, which is necessary because the apartment is on the sixth floor. As the apartment is at the end of the street that ends at Ortomercato, the area is a little abandoned and dirty (trash and debris in the street), which gives a feeling of insecurity when you return at night.

• Andreea (4/5): Bad experience - The location is next to an industrial area, and the open view is about this, nothing great about it. Also the location is one you want to get away from, not pleasent for walks, for finding something to eat. The apartment is outdated and badly cleaned (dirt and footprints on the floor, we had to swept it ourselves, deep cobwebs and sticky/dusty everything), you have to think again before touching anything. The inconvenience that made it too much and so we cut our stay here, was when the very next day because of a problem with the water, you couldn't take a shower other than using either too hot or too cold water (some people came but couldn't solve this). Also the apartment is on the top floor and the temperatures are quite hot starting from early in the morning. All in one, it wasn't a pleasent stay and I regret chosing it by its pictures which are also outdated..... Well, to the host's response, we got reimbursement for the nights we didn't stay in the apartment, but still payed for the nights we stayed under those conditions, plus for the trouble of finding & moving to another place from one day to another. And I don't see in what way was acceptable hosting guests when the place couldn't be cleaned first.
