• Sara (4/5): Davvero scadente - L'aria condizionata, Non mi è piaciuto il fatto di ricevere un messaggio dove invitano il cliente a mettere tutti i 10 come valutazioni e a consigliare la struttura per le prossime volte... Divano in pelle, mobili malandati e senza stampelle, non adeguati a chi fi sta più di una notte... Per non parlare della cucina 2 calici, 2 bicchieri, 3 coltelli, 2 forchette, 1 cucchiaio.... 1 padella e 2 pentole, 2 contenitori e poche stoviglie... Il minimo indispensabile senza contare il fatto che cucinare era impossibile non presente olio e sale nelle scatole non affidabile da quanto tempo erano lì... La finestra del salone non si alzava la tapparella, è venuto a tirarla, ma quando ho riprovato a riarzarla non ci sono riuscita... Avrei voluto andarmene al primo giorno, ma non mi avrebbero rimborsato il pagamento... Davvero molto basso come standard... Pulizia media, bagno pulito, per terra sembra pulito ma sotto il letto c'era la lana...

Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Anche la posizione e l’atmosfera della struttura hanno contribuito a rendere l’esperienza ancora più gradevole. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva che consiglio a chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo e ben organizzato.

Posizione: terribile per una donna sola rientrare al buio in un posto così isolato. Ho dovuto chiedere di scortarmi. Check-in: l'alloggio si supponeva pronto fin dalle 15:00. Comunico il mio arrivo tra le 19:00 e le 20:00 e mi viene detto che c'è un problema, e che più tardi arrivo meglio è! In piedi dalle 6:00, stanca, e con estremo bisogno di riposare, non è stato un buon inizio sentirsi dire di arrivare "non prima delle 21:30, meglio alle 22:00"!!!! Aloggio: mi è stato assegnato un monolocale di scarsi 30 mq senza spazi esterni, in luogo di un APPARTAMENTO DI 60 MQ con SALOTTO, TERRAZZO e BALCONE. Per giunta l'host ha provato a far finta di niente e, solo quando ho segnalato io la non rispondenza tra i servizi dichiarati e quelli effettivamente offerti, mi ha detto di aver avuto un disguido tecnico che lo aveva costretto a cambiarmi l'alloggio senza consultarmi e senza darmi modo di recedere e trovarmi un altro alloggio!!! Questa per me si chiama DISONESTA'.. ho pagato per avere certi servizi ed un certo livello di qualità e mi sono ritrovata nel nulla cosmico, scomoda e derubata di oltre 700 euro per 3 notti. Servizi: l'alloggio non è stato affatto confortevole. Armadi rotti e senza maniglie alle ante, lenzuola sporche, ARIA CONDIZIONATA NON PRESENTE (doveva esserci), NESSUN TELEVISORE (doveva esserci a schermo piatto) NESSUNA PRESA ELETTRICA VICINO AL LETTO (doveva esserci) e, peggio ancora, NESSUN INTERRUTTORE PER SPEGNERE LA LUCE DAL LETTO... ti alzi, spegni la luce e poi, nel buio, cerchi il letto... non è lecito leggere un libro mentre si è coricati! Illuminazione scarsa con una fastidiosissima lampadina intermittente (e l'host ci ha scherzato su) e due mancanti nel portalampade. Wi-fi: non presente. O almeno l'host non è stato capace di inviarmi il nome della rete e una password abbinata.

Furniture old and broken, washing machine not working properly, leaking from shower, door handles broken. We asked to cancel our stay for one night(as we booked for two) and return the money, as all desciption about this appartament was lie! But they didn’t return money!

• Peter (7/5): Für gut empfunden wenn man mobil ist und nicht allzuviel Standart erwarted - The Appartment flat is nice the location a bit far off if you have no car avaliable, the sleeping room and bathroom were clean In the kitchen there a few items missing like micro wave oven, cutlery , more cups , spoons, pots, the kitchen is used up quiet a bit because the cupboard doors are loosing the covers , the bathroom shower is leaking on the floor when showering, in general if you look for quiet place far off from the city it's a good place while some main repairs need to be done in order to receive more profit from the rent out, the contact person was very nice and assisted us in any question we had

• Steve (6/5): À part les détails que je n’ai pas aimé, l’appartement était très bien. - La propreté et l’espace Manque d’équipement comme la vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière (expresso etc). Le volet roulant de la chambre cassé donc de la lumière en continu toute la nuit et le matin à la lever du jour (pas très cool quand on a une compétition le samedi matin). Le lit qui fait énormément de bruit lorsqu’on bouge. Et taxe de séjour à 36€ malgres ces anomalies.
• Alessio (8/5): Come essere a casa - Ho trovato questa soluzione con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo perché dovevo per forza soggiornare a Roma. La struttura si trova in un complesso residenziale signorile, molto tranquillo. Gli interni sono molto belli e curati. Erano presenti tutti i servizi, in generale ha funzionato tutto senza disguidi Come essere a casa nel vero senso della parola, non si vede nessuno del personale ed è molto lasciato in autogestione. Mi è dispiaciuto che non si sia riusciti a provvedermi il check-in di persona, la procedura avviene tutta tramite messaggi whatsapp che guidano passo passo per entrare in casa ed evitare di chiudersi fuori. Diciamo che è sembrata più un’Escape Room che un appartamento

• Anne (8/5): Very good - The apartment was terrific, but it could have been cleaner and better equipped. There were very few kitchen utensils. The hot water was unreliable and non existent on our last day. The man we dealt with via WhatsApp was very helpful. With attention to detail this place could easily be a 10.

We were in an emergency situation and needed somewhere to go and it was available. The location is in a suburb outside of the Center of Rome. For a tourist without a car, it is difficult to get to the City Center via public transportation.
• Shastri (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment itself is really nice, bathroom has a lot of space. There’s 2 balconies that also have a good amount of space. They let me do a late checkout also at 1:30pm. Personally I think it’s not great that the main office is so far away, they have to send someone to help if you forgot your key, or if you need something for the apartment etc. I know it’s not an apartment but I wish this was communicated before I checked in.

• Ikue (1/5): Take a proper hotel for this price - Spacious. Remote but it's ok if you are with a car. It had facilities and comfort you'd almost expect for this type of apartment rental. Communication from the host was well-timed, with instructions for check-in and check-out, plus too frequent request for 10/10 review. Surrounding area is very quiet. We arrived with a car and the parking was quite spacious, no problem to find a parking spot if you pay 20 Euro per night. If you choose not to pay, worry not, nearby alley has a lot of space for free. NO INVOICE. We were asked to pay the city tax and parking fee, total 96 Euro, upon arrival BY CASH. Nearby ATM is 10 minutes drive from there. We got just 100 Euro and the delegate had only 3.50 Euro in return. Change of 0.50 Euro was never paid. The host (or delegate) didn't release the receipt on the spot. I asked for it and they promised me to give it at the time of checkout, which they didn't. After we left, they asked to us write 10/10 full review (which I never promised) THEN we'd get a receipt - If you experience the same, call Guardia di Finanza. The kitchen was greasy everywhere. The room was clean and no vacuum cleaner available - who wouldn't want to clean the room if you'd stay more than 2 nights? Bed and sofa were terribly uncomfortable. Single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, no toiletries - brace yourself. Overall, with this budget, I'd strongly recommend to take a proper 2- or 3-star hotel. After writing this review, the owner/delegate noted this is not "honest". Thank you!

• Tal (3/5): Poor - Safe areas Far away from the city center. 45 minutes by the bus . A lot of mosquitoes in the apartment.No microwave or toaster. Only 1 portable AC unit staying by the open balcony door. No screens on the windows. Supermarket is about 10-15 minutes on the bus. The bed creaks so much that you wake up every time you turn around.

• Anonymous (4/5): absolutely over priced nothing like pictures on app - the only good thing about this property was that it was close to the airport. to be honest for the price it was terrible, €180 for 1 night . nothing like the pictures on the app . the toilet didn’t flush , holes in the doors and walls , no hot water so had to have cold shower in the morning. when we arrived we was told that the tv wasn’t working and because it was not the apartment we booked we would given money back from are stay. but as you can imagine that hasn’t happened.
