• samantha (7/5): - Has a large bedroom. Has a compound area. Lot of luggage storage space. Metro access is easy. Super markets and shops all around there if u need to buy groceries. Washing machine leaked all over the pantry area.
• Mirtha (9/5): - Las habitaciones eran amplias, la cama cómoda, las sábanas de buena calidad y la cocina muy bien equipadas. Un barrio muy tranquilo.
• Nicola (9/5): Ne vale la pena soprattuto per la posizione, le stanze sono grandi e il proprietario è gentile e disponibile - La posizione è top vicino alla metro (sole 4 fermate da Termini). La stanza è molto grande e anche il divano letto per il terzo e quarto letto è abbastanza comodo (forniscono un piccolo topper). Andrea è stato super gentile e disponibile, ci ha addirittura fornito l’acqua distillata per il ferro da stiro!Sicuramente se ne ce ne sarà occasione torneremo! La cornetta della doccia forse è da sostituire e la lavatrice ha fatto acqua. L’appartamento è al piano terra e c’è un po’ di umidità di risalita in alcune parti. Inoltre lascerei almeno una bottiglia di acqua agli ospiti

Supermarkt, Restaurants wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. 10 Min. zu Fuss zur sehenswerten Priscilla Catacombe und zum Park Villa Ada. Andrea hat uns Tipps gegeben wie wir am besten vom Flughafen zur Wohnung kommen, Schlüsselübergabe verlief prima. War alles ok, Wohnung wie bei booking beschrieben.

• Giulia (8/5): - La posizione molto comoda in un bel quartiere e vicino alla metropolitana, letti comodi, tutto per cucinare
• Deborah (9/5): This was a pleasant place to stay, well located, safe and quiet. - It was comfortable and fairly close to the metro and also had some nice little shops close by to by food. The bathroom shower had a window blind in it that was moldy. I had to not think about it when showering. We also had some problems with the door lock and not being able to open it easily.

• Marcin (8/5): A great stay in Rome with a few steps to the metro. - The host was very helpful and arrived on time to give out the keys and to explain everything important about the flat. The host speaks also good English. The check-in time was very flexible. There was some free water and coffee capsules for the start. The location of the flat was not far from the metro, that we used every day for visiting Rome. There were also places nearby to but groceries or eat something. The house itself seems to have problems with warm water supply. The warm water temperature is not stable when you take a shower or wash the disher. By the way - a dishwasher would be much better to have instead of the washing machine we didn't used.
• Dan (10/5): great location, comfortable stay - the apartment was clean, spacious, in a quiet street within a great neighbourhood. the facilities were good in the apartment, and Andrea the host was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

• Safiya (9/5): A wonderful first time experience in Rome! Enjoyed it all. Would stay again! - The property was great and in a safe and secure location. Was a great fit for myself, my mother and my sisters. Host was very kind and quick responses. Set up transportation for us from the airport and to the the train station which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the lack of AC. Which I knew before booking it was just very hot during this time of year. I am not sure what could be done to fix it as I know AC isn’t too common in Europe.
