• Karel (10/5): Very central but quiet. Would stay again!!! - The location of the apartment was great - very central, close to the boat station and surrounded by many restaurants. It was very quiet despite being right in the center and the host, Niko, was very helpful and gave us great tips on how to get to the apartment as well as on many great places to eat. Thank you! We can only recommend and would definitely stay again!

Appartement très calme dans une rue animée et agréable (les bars et les commerces ferment à 22h, donc c'est très calme la nuit). Appartement très propre et bien tenu. L'hôte prend soin de faire en sorte que votre arrivée et votre séjour se passent au mieux.

Wohnstube mit Tisch, 4 Stühlen, TV, 2-er Sofa. Küche, simpel etwas alt aber mit Nötigem eingerichtet, Kühlschrank, Teekocher, Gasherd, Microwelle, Geschirr für Frühstück oder italienische Cafézubereitung. Sehr guter Infoservice für Check-in, und weitere Dinge des Vermieters, angenehmer Kontakt. Sauberes Badezimmer. Wir waren zufrieden. Grundsätzlich lohnenswerter Aufenthalt zur Frühlingszeit. Mitten im venezianischen Herzen, nahe Piazza San Marco. -nicht für ältere, gehbehinderte Leute geeignet, da Treppe in historischem alten Haus etwas Stolpergefahr, Sturz bewirken könnte (1.OG) Lüften der Fenster war nicht sehr angenehm, da im speziellen , das Kinderschlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten) zum Hinterhof einer Trattoria führt, und so fein das venezianische Essen ist, bei Luftbedürfnis ist der Geruch von Frittieren, Kochen leider störend. Möglich das im Sommer die AC Klima dazu funktioniert, habe aber nicht getestet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer, ist auf die Hauptgasse, "Calle delle Rasse" gerichtet, da ist bis etwa Mitternacht jeweils Gespräch und fröhlicher Krach der untenliegenden Bar zu hören, durch die geschlossenen Fenster. (1 Glasig). Nachts ist es aber ruhig gewesen. Dafür charmante authentische Unterkunft mit Patina, "Romantico" "Sympathico"

• ignacio (10/5): 10 de 10, Todo mas que excelente, nada que criticar. - Para comenzar, excelente la ubicación, en pleno centro histórico y super fácil de llegar (5 minutos caminando desde la parada del vaporetto). Rodeado de negocios, restaurantes, pub, farmacia al frente, supermercado a pocos minutos, etc. Para comer tenes variedades para todos los gustos y bolsillos (debajo del departamento tenes un restaurante con una comida de excelente calidad y muy buenos precios. El departamento muy comodo (eramos 4, mi esposa y mis hijas de 15 y 16 años), bien equipado, super limpio, viajamos para navidad y la calefacción fue perfecta. Otro punto a destacar, fue el trato del dueño (anfitrión), super atento, nos mando por whats App las indicaciones de donde podíamos dejar el auto, como llegar al departamento, recomendaciones lugares para visitar, etc. Las dos fotos que se ajuntan, fueron sacadas desde la ventana de la habitación matrimonial. nada que criticar.

• Janka Z. (10/5): A pleasant retreat in the middle of Venice. - The biggest advantage is of course the location - everything is just a short walk away. Most of the biggest sights are within walking distance, vaporetto 5 min walk. Restaurant right under the apartment, otherwise there are many other restaurants all around, most of which offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. The host Nikos is very attentive, he really thinks about all the comfort of his guests. As for information, we have never experienced this anywhere else. He is simply great and so is his apartment. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. If we travel to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

• ANNE (10/5): je voudrais y revenir ! - TOUT - Logement idéalement situé - très confortable - spacieux avec des rangements - nous avons passé 4 nuits et nous avons très bien dormi malgré son emplacement au cœur de Venise avec ses ruelles animées et colorées... il y a de quoi préparer des repas simples mais bien suffisant car à Venise on peut aussi vivre dehors et profiter de l'ambiance italienne si chaleureuse et vivante, il y a tellement de choses à voir et à découvrir que du bonheur ! l'accueil par notre hôte est hors du commun... tout est prêt et ses conseils et et messages pour nous aider avant et pendant notre séjour sont très précieux... il est très à l'écoute... une très belle surprise et une très belle rencontre... Merci ! Je recommande ce logement sans aucune restriction. RIEN - séjour idéal et parfait -

The host was excellent, kind and available to answer any questions we had. He was very informative about how to get to the apartment. The location of the apartment was fantastic. Right in the center, 2-3 minutes from St. Mark's Square and very close to a water bus stop. Overall I highly recommend it. There is nothing we didn't like.

• Stéphanie (10/5): Idéal à 2 pas de San Marco - Un hôte très attentif avec ses locataires, qui répond très vite aux questions avant et pendant le voyage et surtout qui donne d'excellentes adresses dans Venise. A 2 pas de la place San Marco un rêve ! Je recommande ++++ Le simple vitrage. Avec du vitrage adapté au lieu (au dessus d'un restaurant) et donc au bruit l'appartement serait encore plus agréable.
• ROMAIN (9/5): - L'emplacement à 2minutes maximum de la place saint-marc. La réactivité de l'hôte, la taille de l'appartement. Des oreillers et un lit tres confortables. La climatisation dans les chambres est un vrai plus. Gros efforts d'insonorisation des chambres. Manque peut-être des poêles etc...et les livreurs du bar en bas qui peuvent être tres bruyants (mais vu la situation centrale de l'appartement...) et dans les chambres c'est tres bien insonorisé.

We really enjoyed the little restaurant downstairs where we could go for breakfast or dinner. The flat was close to the buses and meeting points for the tours we booked. Very quiet despite being on a bustling street with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Right next to a bridge where you can watch the gondolas go by so perfect for feeling like you are in the heart of the Venetian experience. We had great support and advice from the flat owner by message about getting around the city. Everything was perfect. Everything was perfect.

The owner is very helpful snd responsive in minutes with every information that you might need regarding the area or transport. There are only one complet of stairs to the apartment, but they are not easy to climb with the suitcases.

• Sharon (10/5): Great apartment & facilities, fantastic location, brilliant host! - Nikos the host was so helpful, clear instructions & pictures on how to reach the apartment from the airport and how to get into the apartment made it completely stress free to arrive and settle in. The apartment was very clean & comfortable with everything you need to cook & eat in the apartment if you choose too. The location of the apartment is fantastic, just one block back from the waterfront where you can pick up a Vaporetto and the Alilguna stop to & from the Airport and a very short walk to St Marks Square. Nikos also kindly shared lots of restaurant & places to go while we were staying, the recommendations were invaluable as there are so many places to eat & drink its great to have some insider info. We were very happy with the apartment and really enjoyed our time in Venice.

We felt cold after a very rainy and cold day in Venice and we have asked if we can have higher temperature in the apartment. Somehow at that moment the heater application did not work from the host's mobile phone, so Nikos - the host, offered to come to us to do this. Even though I have insisted not to come as it was very late in the evening and I did not want to bother, he still came and fix this for us. Nothing

Bistro and bars just outside the door. The stairs leading to the apartment. Steep and difficult to get up and down. Kitchen too small to prepare food. The windows to one of the bedrooms and the kitchen opened out onto a courtyard that belonged to the bistro and bars back entrances and bins. Not pleasant, smelly.

Easy and fast way to Vaporetto, which was important for us, as my aunt is almost 80 years old. Many good places to eat around, Couldn't find fish market nearby. Had to go to Rialto, which is a pleasant path of course.
• Emily (9/5): Good sized apartment in heart of Venice very near vaporetto - This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Venice near many of the main sites and very close to vaporetto stop. It was surprisingly very quiet at night with windows closed (air conditioning worked well) and the apartment was larger than we expected (a small kitchen but ample other rooms including a dining/living room with a big table. A very comfortable bed too! Also excellent communication from the host who gave us lots of helpful suggestions - thanks for a great stay.

The location was fabulous. Few minutes from San Marco Square and from the ferry stop. Clean! Great shower. Property description is accurate. Great wifi. Kitchen is well supplied, but small and lacking storage or workspace. We had to be creative! VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS. Window shutters close against light and some noise. Checkout was 10am, but owner provided easy luggage storage for the day. My only complaint is the noise from outside. There is a restaurant just one floor below. Its noisy! They use the courtyard of the building for the restaurant and the noise echoes right into the flat. Banging metal pots, stacking boxes, cleaning, etc. until after midnight and then again early in the morning. Additionally, there is a shop across the way that has an annoying buzzing sound whenever someone walks across the threshold, but thankfully the shop closes by 11pm. We just played music/TV while in the salon so we wouldn't hear it.
