• Anabel (8/5): Muy bien - En general, nos gustó el apartamento. Nos pareció más pequeño de lo que dan a entender las fotos. Limpio. Cama muy cómoda. La ducha, grande, tiene asiento de obra, algo que me interesaba. Dispone de cocina, realmente no utilizamos nada, llevamos nuestros utensilios. Hay lavadora, artículos limpieza. Muy interesante, poder aparcar el coche en un garaje cerrado. Vecindario muy agradable, zona muy tranquila y segura. La cafetería bistrot Nini, está al lado, genial. Bueno, yo esperaba, porque me parece lo más normal, que alguien de la propiedad apareciera para entregarnos las llaves. Mandé un whatsapp al punto de la mañana, avisando que a las 15:00 h estaríamos en la puerta. En ese momento hubiéramos abonado en efectivo, el impuesto y por el uso del garaje. No fue así. No vimos a nadie. Sólo cruce de sms instando a realizar el check in, que yo no podía hacer porque no me funcionaban los datos en Italia, solo el wifi. Anteriormente, no lo pude hacer en casa, porque me daba página no encontrada..... En definitiva, gracias a Maurizio, del café Nini, la cosa se pudo solucionar, abriendo el cajetín de las llaves, una vez dentro, realicé el check in y recibimos instrucciones para el garaje, etc. Perdimos dos horas con todo esto. Pmr atención, no es accesible con facilidad si os desplazáis en silla/scooter eléctrico, hay dos escaloncitos. El baño es complicado también....

• Parise (6/5): Rapport qualité prix élevé au vue de l’état actuel - Un lit large et confortable. Ne correspond plus réellement au photo, qui ont étaient prises il y a très longtemps. Depuis l’appartement a besoin de rafraîchissement. Draps avec des petites taches, mobilier usés, douche avec un trou (sûrement une réparation rapide non fini), hotte aspirante cassée. Les Fenêtres ne se verrouille pas (heureusement il y a des grilles de sécurité), rideaux sales…

• Cristina (6/5): - El alojamiento está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, con bastantes paradas de autobús cerca. La cafetería y la heladería justo al lado lo mejor del alojamientos. La comunicación con el dueño muy bien. No estaba limpio, las sábanas tenían manchas, la cafetera no funciona y el agua de la ducha no funcionaba muy bien, salía fría.

Mam nadzieję,że nikt się nie nabierze więcej na zdjęcia tego miejsca w rzeczywistości jest źle bardzo źle. - brud okropny brud - odpadające tynki - popsuta toaleta - złamana szczotka toaletowa - obdrapane meble - czerwona kanapa w stanie tragicznym( plamy nie wiem po czym) - brakowało tylko robaków może były ale się nie przyjrzałam ponieważ po pół godzinie w apartamencie zmuszeni byliśmy niezwłocznie poszukać czegoś nowego. Oczywiście właściciel po wielu próbach odzyskania pieniędzy nie zgodził się twierdząc,że apartament jest zwyczajnie używany. Tak wygląda jakby 20 lat nie robił remontu. Ja znalazłam nowy hotel za który myślałam ponownie zapłacić. Mam nadzieję, że nikt więcej się nie nabierze na te zdjęcia. Właściciel arogancki. Szkoda, że tak mało zdjęć można dodać aby pokazać jak źle to wygladalo.

• Paula (7/5): - El apartamento está bien y tiene una buena ubicación. Cuenta con los electrodomésticos necesarios para poder cocinar. También está cerca de una parada de bus y a 28 minutos andando del Colosseo. El apartamento no estaba limpio. Las toallas tenían manchas igual que las sábanas y el suelo tenía mucho polvo.

• Marcia (9/5): Verblijf was goed, fijn restaurantje naast de deur. - Op de voorlaatste dag viel vroeg in de ochtend de elektriciteit uit. De host gaf aan dat het een storing in de omgeving was. Na een dagje Rome zagen we dat in de omgeving van ons verblijf wel alle lichten aan waren. Na telefonisch contact bleek dat de hoofdschakelaar moest geactiveerd worden. Waarschijnlijk is kortsluiting ontstaan door gebruik waterkoker. Als de host in de ochtend nader onderzoek had gedaan in plaats van steeds zeggen (ik heb herhaald telefonisch contact opgenomen) dat het een omgevingstoring was, was het probleem het snel opgelost geweest. Nu waren we in de bange veronderstelling dat we koffers moesten inpakken in het donker (de rolluiken werken ook op electriciteit en waren naar beneden op moment van de storing. Pas na zelf opnieuw bellen ‘s avonds konden wij het probleem oplossen . Heel jammer.

• Zivkovic (9/5): Comfortable, nice, clean. - It was very spacious, good value for money, great location, and the overall equipment was good. The power was constantly going out, that was the biggest flaw, and the oven did not work, other than everything was fine.

• Veronika (4/5): Többet vártam a képek alapján. - A mellette lévő kis kávéz tetszett, nagyon kedves ott a személyzet. Emellett pozitívum, hogy korábban be tudtuk vinni a bőröndjeinket a szállásra, így nem kellett azokkal sétálni a városban. Sajnos a fürdőszoba rémes volt, a legtöbb eszköz pedig kopott, törött és csorba. Továbbá a fal rettenetesen koszos. A kanapét nem használtuk.
• Antonio (10/5): - L'appartamento è molto comodo e ha tutto ciò che serve. La posizione non è centralissima, ma c'è la comodità dei bus: il 360 si ferma proprio di fronte al palazzo. Per andare in centro bastano pochi minuti per prendere vari bus. Inoltre sotto casa c'è un piccolo bar con paste buonissime e che fa anche da trattoria. Insomma, un posto da tornarci. Non c'è nulla

• Anna (10/5): Was great for a city trip to Rome - Spacious compared to a hotel room, kitchen had all it needed. AC worked very well, which was important at those summer temperatures all good.

• Damjan (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect, beginning with the comunication with the host. In the apartment you have everything you need. The location is quiet in general, not too far from the central attractions. There are bus stops 3 min from the apartment.
• Thevarack (9/5): Superb - I like the room to be clean and have enough space for walking. The pillow in the bedroom is too low. We need the glass door to be fixed because it cannot be locked.
• Edit (9/5): Superb - The property is well-located, easy to find, and very accessible, being on the ground floor, you do not need to worry about stairs, etc. The apartment was clean, and the host was kind, flexible and adapting to personal requests regarding check-in time. Getting into the apartment and managing check-in and check-out was a smooth and straightforward process. In general, it was a great experience. It felt that the amount of bathroom supplies (shower gel, liquid soap and toilet paper) did not match the number of guests and the length of the stay. We needed to buy extra during our stay, which is not a big expense, it is just more of a principle since you expect that it will be provided because it is stated in the description. However, it is a minor issue. Also, the sofa bed might be ready to be changed.
• James (1/5): We do not recommend this property until the host starts to care. - Walking distance to stores and restaurants was very good! Close to parks and overall neighborhood of Latina was great. Very disappointing, this property needs a deep cleaning and plumbing maintenance. The toilet 'ran' 90% of the time. We contacted the host and were told to jiggle the flush button.We closed both the bathroom door and bedroom door to dampen the sound. Also, hot water was unreliable. Lack of privacy as everyone living in the adjacent apartment walks past all 3 windows. For privacy the shutters can be lowered, but then you are in a dark cave. Their were lots of pillows available, but no pillowcases provided. The sleeper couch was comfortable but again no sheets provided. Chipped dishes and soap dispenser. We left 2 days early.

• Owen (2/5): Very poor - Location was nice, near good parks and landmarks Many included facilities were not included. Don't expect a spa, breakfast, fitness suite, toster, dressing gowns and many other items listed as included. Be prepaid for continuous arguments if you paid for parking and want to use it without $10 extra per day. Be prepared for dusty floors, mould on walls and grime build up in shower, old smelling bedding and hard towels. Noise from neighbours is continuous, next to a workshop of some kind and under noisy neighbours. Look forward to being offered services from your host for double the cost you could get yourself such as taxi services. If you do stay 10 days like we did, don't expect any cleaning during your stay!
• Jacob (9/5): Great apartment outside of town 👌🏻 - Overall, a great little apartment located on the ground floor within a locked gated area. The main bedroom consisted of a double bed that was really comfortable along with a brilliant walk-in wardrobe that was great for storing our bits. The kitchen/living area had a fridge/freezer along with oven and hobs. However, we only used the fridge as we were out until late each day. This area also had a double sofa bed, so it can accommodate 4 people in total. The surrounding area felt very safe, and the apartment was cleaned to a good standard. The nearest metro line is around a 20-minute walk. However, there are multiple bus routes in the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again 😀 The shower did not get overly hot on any occasion we used it. There were 4 of us, and so it was used a lot. However, even the first shower of the day was not really hot, however, it was manageable The shower curtain could also do we being replaced as it did give off a slight odour. Maybe also need to look at a new sofa bed as it did have a large dip in the middle and not the comfiest. However, was not awful.
• Suzanne (10/5): Home Away From Home - We loved the apartment. It is comfortable, has a fully equipped kitchen, and a wonderful cafe right next door! It was easy to call ubers, and there is a market, laundry, and the all-important gelateria within walking distance. The owner was very attentive. Highly recommend! People who rent rooms should smoke outside. It always leaves a smell, which is not the fault of the owners.
• Katarina (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay at Porta Latina. The location is perfect, as it’s still close to main attractions but away from all the bustle of the city.
• Alenka (4/5): Disappointing - Private parking in a garage was an advantage. The location is green and peaceful, we felt safe. The linens in the apartment were clean. The owner was friendly and he accepted us in person. The apartment wasn't cleaned for a while, although we were charged for cleaning (I guess previous guests, too). The floor was dirty, and the dining table was dirty and sticky. The dishes were not clean. Location was suitable but it is hard to travel with public transport if you don't have tickets. There Is no Tabacchai nearby to buy them. The apartment was promoted as spacious, 70 square meters, but actually, it doesn't have more than 50 square meters.

There was a security gate for the apartment complex. - Nice size apartment and good size bathroom. - Gave plenty of toiletries, and kitchenware to use. - Comfortable sofa bed. - Bedroom and entrance to living room (where sofa bed is) both have closing doors providing privacy. - Convenient location: ~16min walk to metro, lots of restaurants, groceries stores, and dry cleaners nearby. - Good coffee machine and selection for coffee. - Good, free wifi. - The apartment was clean. - Nice welcome gift. Cons: - It was a bit noisy at night, which may be a problem for people who are light sleepers. - Shower curtain and oven were a bit dirty. Everything else was clean.

• Mulki (8/5): A good choice for one night. - The accommodation was very good value. The bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, we could not sleep. It was very noisy in the evening. We had to pay for parking.

It was close to some historical places. The apartment is quite large, has everything you need. Coffee machine with capsules was a nice bonus. There was a smell in the bathroom all the time, and small shower was not working well. The public transportation connection to the area is not the best, metro is quite far and buses are not always on time.

• Darthon08 (9/5): New Year trip to Rome - Nice, fast and unproblematic contact with landlord only via Whatsapp, with a detailed explanation how to get to the apartment and helping all the time. Coffee machine with lots of capsules. There were plenty of shower soaps in the bathroom as well. Quiet and pleasant location. Minimarket and bakery in close proximity. We walked about 10 minutes to the "Re di Roma" metro station. There is also a bus stop near the apartment. If someone prefers on foot, I also recommend this apartment, because many attractions are located in affordable distance from it. The apartment was a bit dusty. The broom and mop were in a locked room that we had no access to. There were no teaspoons and paper towel in the kitchen. Except that everything was fine.

• Frank (9/5): Superb - Very good service and immediate reactions. Basically eyerything is Ok. Only the water flow at the hand washer in bathroom is much to small. Even hand washing is a challenge with this water flow.
