Host most accommodating to drop off and leave luggage before and after check-in and check-out times. No top sheet on bed, only 2 donnas which is too hot in the warm weather. O check in necessitou deu ir pessoalmente em um horario comercial (das 14h as 20h) sendo que as chaves estavam em caixas por senha, ou seja, totalmente desnecessario eu precisar ser acompanhado por um funcionario. E esse horario exigiu que eu comprasse uma nova passagem apenas por uma diferença de 30 minutos. Assim é uma burocracia que me custou dinheiro por apenes 30 min. E nesse caso eu cheguei 18h30 e me fizeram esperar por mais 30 min. Em resumo o atendimento não foi bom.

Грязно и неуютно настолько, что хочется поскорее покинуть эти апартаменты - Единственный плюс, который можно отметить – расположение поблизости к вокзалу. Не понравилось всё, начиная с заселения. Мы заранее предупредили о прибытии и были на месте ровно в обозначенное время. На объекте не было никого, на звонки и сообщения в WhatsApp хозяин не отвечал. Единственным способом связи были сообщения в чате Booking, в котором спустя некоторое время ожидания около дверей парадной нам сообщили, что сотрудник, ответственный за заселение, в это же время заселяет гостей на другой объект. Нам было предложено подождать. Минут через 15 нас заселили. При заселении мы оплатили наличными большую сумму, чем было необходимо, и договорились с представителем объекта размещения о том, что он занесет нам сдачу вечером того же дня. Сдачу мы получили только на следующий день после описания ситуации в чате хозяину объекта. Помимо этого сотрудник, который осуществлял заселение, сообщил нам, что после выселения, которое необходимо произвести к 10 утра, мы сможем оставить чемоданы на пару часов, а затем вернуться за ними. Он попросил написать об этом в чат хозяину. От хозяина мы получили довольно грубый отказ и рекомендацию оставить вещи в камере хранения на вокзале. Такое отношение показалось странным, поскольку мы не в первый раз путешествуем по Италии и отказа в подобном запросе еще ни разу не получали ни в одном из типов объектов размещения, будь то апартаменты или отель. В части отсутствия комфорта хочется отметить постельное белье с пятнами; облупившаяся и заклеенная обшивка кровати; полотенца, пахнущие сыростью и не производящие впечатление выстиранных, в добавок на одном из банных полотенец была дырка; грязный нож со следами засохшей пищи; холод и сырость в помещении; очень хорошая слышимость из смежных апартаментов, находящихся за стеной, а также слышимость с лестницы – хлопающая дверь в парадной.

La señora que nos atendió al recibirnos muy atenta y agradable , nos explicó todo muy bien y nos dejó el sofá cama montado. El apartamento estaba limpio y se agradece. Si tengo que poner un pero , es el ruido que hace la nevera por la noche, no era constante pero si algo incómodo. Que al dormir en el sofá cama , inevitablemente la escuchas.

Apartment is spacious and clean. Perfect location. Neighbors are incredibly noisy until very late. Fridge wasn't working. No toilet paper.

• Adel (5/5): Don’t recommend it for anyone else to stay in. - Only the location I had an argument with the manager as he didn’t want to give me the Aircondition remote and was teaching me that it’s not the time to work the AC now, also he gave me another lesson that the kettle is bad and no need for it and that’s why he didn’t add it to the apartment. Totally over priced and bad service and missing a lot of equipments.

Les gens de l immeuble claquent les portes a n importe quel heure de la nuit et c est tellement mal insonorisé que cela nous a réveillé toutes les nuits. Et au petit matin c etait même la femme de ménage avec son balai qui tapait partout. C etait propre, bien placé mais nous avons mal dormi.

Many things, most of negative comments are correct, advise to management: after cleaning go for control, check by yourself cleaning level, especially if sheets are changed, calculate small investments( new pillows, glasses) what benefits can those bring to you, hire facility management to check why water is leaking … simple regular things that could make you property more functional.

Una de las luces de la cama no funcionaba. Almohadas demasiado delgadas. La cortina de la ducha se pegaba al cuerpo al ducharse. Lugar ruidoso por estar cerca del portal de entrada al edificio.

• Cristina (8/5): Estupenda - Estaba muy limpio y el personal fue muy amable. Pudimos dejar las mochilas en el apartamento tanto a la entrada como en la salida. La ubicación era buena; está al lado de la estación central y hay buena comunicación ya que la linea de la estación te deja en el Duomo y en los barrios principales. A pesar de que una de las camas era un sofá cama era bastante cómodo. No se te clavaban los muelles y dormimos bien. Las almohadas también estaban bien; no eran finas ni tampoco muy duras.

• Valentin B (1/5): Cameră mizerabilă - Close to Milano Centrale. The fact that it is called Apartment. It's not an apartment, it's a room. The bathroom smells horribly of urine, the faucet at the sink leaks everywhere, the lime on the walls in the shower is swollen and falling, the towels are torn. The bed, uncomfortable and miserable, the curtains don't work, the pillows are small, the sheets and pillowcases are stained, dirty. There is no spoon, fork, plate. The room is right in the hall from the entrance and it is very noisy. Every person who enters the block hears it without the slightest sound barrier. The entrance door is ancient.

• Nora (5/5): I would choose other place to stay - It’s quite ok place if you are looking place to stay next to Milano central station but for short time only 1) Appartment was very hot, no conditioner was allowed to use, even after shutting down heating we needed to open windows ; 2) noisy - because of noise from street, as well apartment doors isn’t sound proof- so you could every neighbour coming back home and closing house doors , chatting, etc. and fridge standing next to your bed also “singing” lullaby for you… 3) also “very nice” communication about check- in - in the night before (11 pm) arriving I got message with question about check-in time, after 30 min - other msg that if I didn’t answer so no warranty that we can check in tomorrow. After replying about our situation and approximately time (15-16) , I got msg in next morning that let’s meet after 18 (?!) , in that point I started to be nervous why I didn’t choose hotel with reception, because non of these “rules” were written before. 4) broken kettle- the lid doesn’t close, so you need to hold if you want make a tea ( and no tea or coffee is provided)

• Aldo Rodrigo (9/5): Excelente hospedaje, ideal para viajeros con poco equipaje - Tiene una excelente ubicación, a pocos pasos de la estación central. La anfitriona nos recomendó ir a un supermercado que estaba muy cerca, a una cuadra, que era de mucha mejor calidad y precio que los que estaban más visibles cerca de Centrale. El lugar estaba muy limpio. Hicimos una pregunta al anfitrión sobre si existía la posibilidad de dejar nuestras maletas guardadas despues de hacer nuestro check-out, lo que hubiera facilitado mucho nuestra estancia el día del check-out, pero no tuvimos respuesta por parte del anfitrión si esa opción era posible, incluso con un costo adicional. Centrale no esta muy lejos y ahi hay un deposito para maletas, pero viajando con 4 maletas pesadas + 5 mochilas para dos adultos y un niño de 7 años era un martirio mover todo y hubiera sido genial poder dejar las maletas despues del check-out.

Biz ocak ayında gittik akşam ev sıcaktı geceye doğru petekler söndü mesaj attık bebeğimiz var hasta olur en azından klima kumandasını verin dedik gerçekten çok soğuktu.İtalya da sistem böyleymiş gece petekler sönermiş.Bilmiyorduk malum Avrupalı değiliz biz.Ayrıca kendileri doktormuş bebekler bu yüzden hasta olmazmış;)

• Patrizia (9/5): Soddisfatta, lo rifarei - La colazione non era prevista, peccato, un te' e un paio di biscotti al mattino senza la fretta di uscire per far colazione farebbe la differenza. La posizione molto comoda soprattutto per chi non conosce Milano ed ha la stazione come punto di riferimento Consiglierei qualche coperta nell'armadio. Può servire. Non è un servizio dispendioso, ma può capitare che un ospite ne abbia bisogno, lo apprezzerebbe molto.
