• bianca (10/5): - Antônio it was awesome with us since the beginning. The apartment is great, very comfortable for a family of 4, super clean and well maintained. It was very nice to have some food ready for breakfast and also coffee, sugar, oil, salt if you want to make some eggs, very convenient. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. I recommend this place and I’ll come back in the future Nothing, we liked everything!

Gospodarz, który nas przywitał i przygotował cudowny poczęstunek sprawił, że na pewno będziemy chciały tu kiedyś wrócić! Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, kuchnia wyposażona, nie trzeba było robić nawet zakupów dzięki temu co zostało dla nas przygotowane! Łazienka, sypianie, wszystko było idealne. Dziękujemy Panu Antonio za wyjątkowy pobyt i przemiłe powitanie w Rzymie :)

Apartament był czysty i w pełni wyposażony na pobyt rodziny z dziećmi. Bez uwag. Do stacji metra Colloseum i Monsini (pisownia polska) bardzo blisko (ok. 10 min. pieszo). W okolicy cerrfur expres oraz bardzo dobre croissanty oraz liczne restauracje, w których można zjeść za rozsądną cenę. Gospodarz miły i uprzejmy. Podaje dużo informacji co do zwiedzania i poruszania sie po "Wiecznym Mieście". Dziękujemy Antonio. Mariusz z rozdiną. Brak uwag.
• Mercedes (10/5): Inmejorable - Antonio es un anfitrión maravilloso, nos recibió en casa con un aperitivo y nos dió todas las facilidades y consejos, nos ayudó en todo lo que nos fue surgiendo en todo momento, es encantador. El apartamento es más especioso de lo que pensábamos, las camas cómodas y el agua de la ducha estupenda de presión y temperatura, y teníamos todo lo necesario para desayunar o cenar en casa. Hemos estado como en nuestra casa en Roma, y muy cerca de todo, el Coliseo a seis minutos, el foro romano, el Palatino... todo muy cerca, y bien comunicado de transporte público para ir a sitios más lejanos como los museos vaticanos, el bus 87 nos dejaba casi en nuestra puerta. Si volvemos a Roma ya sabemos dónde está nuestra casa, porque volveríamos seguro. Muchas gracias por todo Antonio!! No puedo decir nada a mejorar, porque el anfitrión, el alojamiento, la ubicación, ... todo fue mejor de lo que esperábamos y hemos estado encantadas. Fui con mi madre y mi tía que tienen 70 años, y otra cosa que se me olvida incluir, que fue importante para nosotras, es que el apartamento tiene ascensor, perfecto para ellas después de llegar cansadas de hacer turismo y no tener que subir escaleras.

• Shane (10/5): Absolutely the best apartment we’ve ever rented through any of the apps - The owner was the friendliest host I’ve ever met. He met us on the street in front of the building, and even helped us with our luggage. He responded via WhatsApp immediately every time I asked a question. He provided some snacks and drinks for us upon arrival. Everything in the apartment met or exceeded our expectations. The location looked good on the map, and was even better in person. You could walk five steps into the street and see almost half of the colosseum. The view at night was even better. The restaurants within two or three blocks of the place were amazing also. I wish Rome was a bit closer so we could take advantage of the apartment more often.

• MONICA (10/5): El mejor apartamento y el mejor anfitrion de todo nuestro viaje por Europa. - Excelente apartamento, todo impecable, Antonio es un super anfitrion, nos permitio entrar antes de la hora del check in, además nos recibio muy amablemente con frutas, jugo, leche, panes, bocadillos deliciosos, vino, definitivamente el mejor anfitrion que hemos tenido en todos nuestros viajes. El apartamento tiene una ubicación espectacular cerca del coliseo y de todos los lugares importantes de Roma, la pudimos caminar y disfrutar ampliamente. Sin duda recomendamos este magnifico apartamento y volveriamos sin dudarlo. También Antonio nos permitio dejar nuestro equipaje temprano mientras visitabamos el coliseo y luego pasar a recogerlo, además que nos pidio un taxi para ir al aeropuerto. Antonio es un anfitrión maravilloso, nos espero con un desayuno que constaba de cosas típicas de Roma y desayuno mediterráneo. En el apartamento había todo tipo de comodidades que te harán parecer que estás en tu casa! Lo recomiendo y ojalá volver pronto

• Köhler (10/5): Kiváló szállás Rómában 3-5 fő részére tökéletes elhelyezkedéssel a Colosseum közelében. - Ellátás nélkül foglaltuk a szállást, ettől függetlenül gyümülcskosár, péksütemények, joghurt, tej, gyümölcslé, kávé, tea és prosecco várt minket. A lakás tágas volt, a kulcsátadás gördülékeny, a szállásadó kedves, segítőkész. Nagyon közel volt a Colosseum és a metróval is könnyen elértünk minden turisztikai célpontot. -

L’appartement est d’une propreté exceptionnelle et dispose de tous les equipements necessaires. Ajouté à cela, la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la flexibilité d’Antonio. Antonio a eu la gentillesse de nous preparer une asssiette de fruits et de gateaux et autres pour le petit dejeuné. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et tout y est pour se sentir comme à la maison ! • MOONSEOK (10/5): - 호스트인 안토니오는 정말 다정한 사람입니다. 식사때쯤 도착한 우리를 위해 간단한 음식과 과일등을 준비해 주었고, 숙소 여기저기에 로마 여행에 관한 책과 자료를 만들어 놓는 등 여행자에게 좋은 시간을 제공하려 세심히 마음쓰고 있음이 느껴졌습니다. 숙소 위치는 로마 주 관광지를 도보로 다니기에 좋고, 저녁에 몬티지역을 즐기기에도 탁월합니다. 숙소의 방의 구조나 청결도 이러한 부분은 말할필요도 없이 완벽합니다. 한동안 저희는 안토니오의 온화한 미소를 잊을 수 없을 것 같네요. 덕분에 이번 이탈리아 여행을 잘 마무리하였습니다. 고맙습니다. 완벽합니다. 나중에 로마에 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 예약하고 싶네요.

Situated close to the Colosseo , lots of restaurants, bars , shops and small supermarkets close by . Antonio was a super host , he has thought of everything you might need whilst staying at his lovely apartment. He was so kind to leave us a small buffet of food on arrival, plus fresh fruit and drinks just what you need after a long day travelling . It is exceptionally well equipped, extremely clean and beautifully presented. Antonio's communication is great and he is really welcoming. The welcome was so warm and friendly, totally beyond what we expected. Antonio was so helpful during the stay with recommendations for restaurants etc. and also helped us call for a taxi when we left. The apartment was spacious, clean and the AC worked well.

Antonio was an exceptional host, always responding quickly to communications and offering suggestions for restaurants, etc. He even took care of ordering a taxi to pick us up at the door for the airport. The experience truly exceeded all expectations. If you are looking at this apartment, do not hesitate to book! It was all good!

He also gave us a few pointers on where we could go to eat. He was also very quick to respond to our messages. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. I can only recommend! There could have been kitchen towels in the kitchen but that's the only complaint I have. Otherwise everything was fine.

We had everything we needed to have a perfect stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen worked perfectly, host was always available and the environment felt safe. There is no actual living room and makes it difficult to relax on the couch and watch TV. However, we already knew it since it is exactly like the picture.

He had also provided some lovely snacks and sparkling wine for our arrival which was not expected at all but welcomed after a long day of travelling. The apartment has everything you need and is extremely well located just down the road from the Colloseum and also within walking distance of other famous landmarks. Highly recommend the property.

He met us at the door and already had the air conditioner running when we arrived (it was very hot). We were met with a selection of fruit, olives, yoghurt, other eats and even sparkling wine. His communication was excellent and quick and he promptly offered suggestions for pizza and pasta places and helped us find a luggage storage space close to the apartment. • Ernesto (10/5): Exceptional - We were a party of 5 and it was perfect for the 5, very comfortable and spacious apartment compared to others in Rome. It was very clean and you got everything you need, location was great just a couple of blocks from Coliseum and many good restaurants around it. The best of all was Antonio the owner, very kind and nice person, he welcomed us with a botle of wine, fruits and snacks and gave us good tips of the area. Unfortunately we just stayed for 1 night, the last night in Rome before our trip back to America but definitely we will stay there when we will return to Rome. If you're looking to stay in Rome and you see this apartment available don't waste your time searching for other ones. Thank you Antonio. None

• Aliurq (10/5): October 2022 Visit to Rome - Everything about the apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean, central location, so we couldn't have asked for better. What really made a fantastic stay was Antonio the owner. What an absolute gem of a person, who met us on arrival. Antonio had provided us with a splendid array of food, not too mention a fridge full of yogurts, water, milk and fruit juice, more than enough to get you started. 😋 Both my friend and I are very familiar with Rome having lived and worked in Rome in the past, and have visited the city on several occasions, so it's very special to both of us. Antonio was a gracious host, who couldn't do enough for us, so I can highly recommend a stay in this lovely apartment. Will definitely be returning at some point, hopefully next year. Finally there are some great restaurants in the area-I Clementini, Il Boccincino and Li Rioni too mention a few. All highly recommended by us and Antonio himself.
