• Antonino (10/5): WONDERFUL - Alojamiento espacioso,nuevo,limpio,y con todas las cosas necesarias para tener una estancia excelente.renato el anfitrión una estupenda persona que nos facilitó incluso la entrada antes de la hora prevista.juego de sábanas toallas limpias e incluso papel de wc.tal cual como se ve en las fotos o mejor.apartamento muy céntrico cerca de todo.un 10. • Beata (8/5): Idealne na weekendowy wypad do Neapolu. - Świetne położenie, przestronne, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenie ale właściciel szybko zareagował i przysłał personel do sprzątania.

• Dirk (8/5): Volkse toplocatie dichtbij het centraal station met opstap plek van de metro. - Locatie in een volkse buurt dichtbij het centraal station vonden wij een pluspunt. Heerlijk koffie tentje om de hoek! Klein kritiek puntje was de keuken. Voldeed niet helemaal naar onze eisen wat hygiëne betekend. Het servies onder andere eerst een rondje vaatwasser gegeven voordat wij het gebruikten.

• mario (5/5): - La posizione, sia pure un quartiere un po' problematico, è comoda sia per la stazione di Napoli Centrale che per il centro storico. La struttura è un po' datata e approssimativa, molti infissi interni non funzionavano, la terza camera, un po' improvvisata, era dotata solo di due brandine che peraltro impedivano di accedere all' armadio, la seconda camera non ha armadio ma solo una cassettiera, il secondo bagno veramente molto piccolo. Il cortile interno del palazzo è sporco ma questo purtroppo è un problema per tutta la città. L'appartamento avrebbe poi bisogno di una pulizia un po' più approfondita.

• jia (8/5): 挺好的！ - 交通非常方便，因为我们要去庞贝和海边，每天都需要坐火车，离火车站很近。楼下确实人很乱，但我觉得这不是她们的问题本身Napoli就是很乱很危险。 而且退房的时候也没催我们，来打扫卫生的人态度很好。 被罩可以换一换感觉有点脏，厕所比较小，整体屋子里东西都比较老了。

• Sinne (8/5): Ruim verblijf - Ruim appartement op het vierde verdiep met lift , 3 kamers waarvan 2 ruime kamers , keuken ook comfotabel maar niet gebruikt ,2 toiletten en douches, de communicatie met de host en vlabij Garibaldi station . konden onze bagage afgeven aan de vriendelijke concierge ! Gedateerde bedden en het appartement heeft een opfrissing nodig, een buurt die s'avonds rare figuren aantrekt

The area itself made me a little nervous but as I was in a group all fine. But that’s not properties fault. Would stay again
• Kathy (6/5): The place was fine for just sleeping which is what we needed it for, but rough neighborhood - It was close to the train station. The location is in what appeared to be a rough neighborhood of Naples. Being our first time here we weren’t familiar with the areas but have now learned. The toilet in the kitchen area does not work correctly. Very difficult to flush. The extra beds “cots” are not comfortable and need to be replaced. The area was close to some good restaurants and the coffee shop down the way was great. Very close to the train station.

• Ketan (7/5): Spacious and convenient but could be cleaner - Apartment is quite spacious. Easy to get to from Napoli Centrale / Garibaldi / Port Nalone stations. Communication with host was easy and prompt. Surrounded by supermarkets that were generally open pretty late in case you need to buy food items. Unit is dated. Note that bathrooms are not attached to the bedrooms — 1 is attached to the kitchen and the other is in the hallway. Apartment furnishings and cleanliness wasn’t up to par — cleaning between guests could be much better. Washer’s soap area for example had brown stains from some powder that we had to clean. Still felt weird using the machine to clean our laundry! Kitchen equipment could use better cleaning too. Bed mattresses a little work and sunk in on one side.

• Eimantas (8/5): Very good - The location is very good, with excellent connections everywhere The sink was clogged, the internet was very slow, the beds, mattresses, and bedding were uncomfortable, the shower was clogged, the door handle was broken, and the batteries in the air conditioner and TV remotes were dead
• Abhishek (5/5): Passable - The location is good and the host is helpful. A few things are not working which disappoint us like the sink is not running properly, the gate door is not locking for one of the rooms, the door handle is broken for one room. There is no lock in one of the washrooms.

It had multiple rooms and 2 bathrooms. - beds were not comfortable, mattresses were old and overused - single beds were the foldable metal ones where the mattress was super thin and used that made sleeping impossible - although it was clean, there were multiple "cockroaches" - towels were old and had stained - no fly screen on windows to block mosquitos

The location was in an area that seemed quite dangerous and very dirty. Some of the towels would be good to be replaced (because there were some make up marks). Also at big groups would be good to provide 2 keys so they can split if necessary.

• Jeanne (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is just 5 minutes from the train station. A little noisy outside, but it's the same everywhere and didn't bother me more than that. The apartment itself is very practical and everything inside is modern and clean. We arrived a little late but it was very easy to get the keys. The owner is very kind and really available by message! Thanks to him, we had a great stay.

The apartment is beautiful, extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The immediate neighbourhood is slightly rough but I think that's normal for central Naples.

The mattresses are not very comfortable and there are no appliances such as a toaster and a coffee machine with capsules. The water in the bathroom is a bit problematic although the owner was quick to send a plumber and fixed it to a great extent.

Breakfast (grande cornetto, jam, sweet breadsticks and orange juice) was complementary, which was a nice surprise. Host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is dirty but so is most of Napoli. Inside the apartment everything is top.
