• Bogdan-Alexandru (10/5): 3 nights in Naples - Very well equipped and large apartment, nice and clean, 2 bedrooms, 2 confortable double beds, vey good showers with good pressure and no water leaks (like in most accomodations), good location with stores and restaurants nearby (I recommend Lombardi 1892), nice owner, good value for money Napoli is noisy and this applies also to this property. In the night you might hear the planes taking off, music or loud talking on the streets and in the morning the garbage company which seemed to come daily depending on the type of the garbage. Napoli is dirty in most of the places, but this does not have anything to do with what the owner can do. Looking at what they say on the internet and at a first glance when you are there, you might feel unsafe, but this is not the case. We felt safe and did not have any issue.

Soggiorno perfetto. - Appartamento situato nel Rione Sanita´, tenuto perfettamente in ordine e dotato di quanto serve. Posizione ottima, vicina alla stazione della metro ed ottima per visitare a piedi la città. Host gentilissimo e disponibile

• Fausto (9/5): Bellissimo weekend a Napoli - Fantastico appartamento molto grande ideale per famiglie con figli oppure due coppie di amici date le due camere matrimoniali e i due comodissimi bagni. Posizione super strategica per visitare il centro di Napoli. Super accoglienti anche i proprietari! Non manca nulla ma mi sarebbe piaciuto avere una TV in camera e non solo nella zona giorno.

• Giorgio (10/5): Soggiorno ottimo presso la Dimora San Gennaro - Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, bello, camere e bagni grandi, cucina spaziosa e completo di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Tutto pulitissimo ed ordinato. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Riscaldamento ottimo, Quartiere Sanità, il vero quartiere storico, con botteghe, trattorie e mercatini: molto suggestivo e sicuro. La metro a 3 minuti a piedi, comodissima. Lo consiglio vivamente !!! Nulla tutto perfetto

• Federica (9/5): Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. - Mi è piaciuta soprattutto la posizione, molto comoda e vicina al centro storico. Inoltre la struttura è situata anche vicino alla fermata della metro utile per poter visitare altre parti della città. Positivo il fatto di avere 2 bagni, di cui uno in camera, comodo per chi ha un bimbo piccolo. Ringrazio ancora Silvio per la sua ospitalità, siamo stati davvero bene! :-) Purtroppo era rotta la tapparella elettrica in una camera e non si poteva abbassare, ma il proprietario ha garantito che la sistemerà a breve.

• Christiana (10/5): - Very nice, clean, newly renovated apartment. Large rooms with everything we needed. Good water pressure. Good location close to piazza cavour and a short walk from the city centre. The area around the building is not very clean but didn't bother us.

• Karen (10/5): Paradise for our first time in Naples! - Cannot say enough good things about this place! We had 3 nights here and couldn’t be more comfortable! Tastefully decorated as well. Perfect location with a great restaurant just 2 doors down and a fantastic coffee shop out the front door. We are definitely planning on returning here in the future it was such a wonderful experience. The communication was excellent and owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Not a thing!

• Kb (6/5): Very Good house and location i wish it was with a better host. - Cleanliness of house, Location safety Host - 1. requested for an early check-in - not obliged 2. we informed arrival time and reached place at 4pm and host reached late and made us wait on street about 25 min to handover keys. how inconvenient to stand on street with luggage and kids in new town. same with checkout he didnot appear as promised to colelct key and last minute he said to leave keys inside. 3. coffee machine was not working 4. as advertized its 2 bed room house but without a living area which was not clarified in advertizement. 5. rquested help on finding a taxi for our tour but no response. 6. no extra towels for 4 night stay of 4 people

• Krzysztof (9/5): Successful exploration of wonderful places in Naples - it was clean in the apartment, three working air conditioners, well-equipped kitchen, coffee machine + coffee cartridges, cleaning products, good contact with the owner and friendly owner, good location next to the metro station, grocery stores, fruit shops, cafe in front of the entrance building. a place worth recommending to other tourists it is a pity that there is only one set of keys to the apartment. When three people who are not a family live in the apartment, it is a bit difficult to explore Naples with one set of keys. Not everyone goes to the same places
• Snezana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in the old building but renovated, very nice and clean. The location is good close to metro station but also 15 min walk to central street.
• Ana (10/5): highly recommended - I liked the property from the photos but it exceeded my expectations when we arrived. Rooms are bigger than in the photos, everything is super clean and new. apartment is newly decorated and everything is very cleanly preserved. Communication with host was easy, although he did not speak fluent English, we understood each other perfectly. He met us and explained absolutely everything about the apartment. Host let us leave our luggage without any extra fee when we checked out for several hours. I will definitely highly recommend this place to everyone. there is absolutely nothing that I did not like

• Sabina (10/5): perfect - it was very clean and cozy. Also, it has two bathrooms. it was perfect for two families with 2 kids, aged 4 and 6.

• Anantha (1/5): Avoid- unclean space and unprofessional host threatened and forced to evacuate early. - The air con was good, the host rude and threatening. Keep the police emergency number for the hosts behavior. 1. The host is rude and unprofessional and unable to handle crisis situations. The house has sanitation issue and one of the emergency numbers is sanitation. Unfortunately the toilet in the house got blocked and we informed the host. The host blamed the whole situation on us and went on to say this never happened before when their emergency number is for sanitation. 2. The host came to the house to fix the sanitation issue and walked around the living spaces where the families were relaxing and created a ruckus arguing and swearing. He was abusive for opening the extendable bed and picked up a dusty (photo attached) chair and asked us to use that for sitting. We would have called the police if it were not the last night of our stay, few hours before our checkout. 3. Host forced us to checkout at 9AM and only mentioned it the night before the checkout. They came to the house to fix the sanitation issue and made a big argument about it and blamed the situation on us. Booking.com should ban such listings. Their checkout time is 11-12 but they committed to the next person and made it our issue on a 4 night stay. 4. The house was unclean and had loose hair in cupboards and shelves. The chairs and cupboards had months of dust accumulated. In general under the bed and on floors there was lot of dust and unsuitable for kids to roam around. Avoid if you can, the host is rude and will makeup rules as it fits them.
• Linda (7/5): Nice apartment but area is a little rough around the edges - Beautiful interiors and exceptionally clean. Local restaurant was fantastic too. We had some difficulty communicating with the hosts regarding collection and return of keys - only one set provided was somewhat challenging too. Loud karaoke played by local wine bar on one night was difficult to sleep through. Area is ok but a little rough.
• Madalina (10/5): A pleasant place to rest and be in. - Modern and very well equipped apartment. There’s a huge discrepancy between the building and the apartment, but that’s what will surprise you very pleasantly. The air conditioning worked properly and it was a lifesaver for the hot temperature outside. The outside morning noise can be a little disturbing.
