• Haesevoets (9/5): Genieten in Venetië - Goed gelegen appartement in Venetië! Ruime slaapkamers en badkamer, ideaal voor een gezin of vriendengroep. De host was zeer goed bereikbaar en hielp onmiddellijk waar nodig.

• Greg (6/5): Glad it was only one night - Location The bathroom was extremely dirty. Mold everywhere, nasty shower curtain. You really need a professional to purge the mold in this bathroom. And no toilet paper? That was just rude and pathetic.

• Abel (10/5): Ca'Leo un 10 - Sin duda, el trato de Leo. Un anfitrión increíble. La ubicación es perfecta. Muy cerca de la Piazzale Roma. Punto neurálgico para llegar desde el aeropuerto, tomar autobús o coger el tren. Era el cumpleaños de mi hija y Leo le trajo unos dulces típicos que estaban buenísimos. También nos trajo desayuno otros días. A la llegada, como regalo de cortesías, pommodoro muy rico y pasta. El tiempo de respuesta ante cualquier consulta que ha surgido es, literalmente inmediato. De verdad que la atención es de 10. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Por decir algo, y que es totalmente ajeno al alojamiento, pero no ajeno a Venecia...los mosquitos. Hay que estar atentos a ventanas porque se cuelan y para dormir es complicado que no te piquen unos cuantos

• Pavel (10/5): Fantastic Leonardo and his team will take care of you - This accommodation was not our first choice, but a week before our stay, our original accommodation cancelled our reservation. I admit that I would not have chosen the accommodation for the price offered, but given the limited choice, there was no other choice. But I have no regrets at all and the place, the accommodation and the landlord convinced us that the price was appropriate for the experience provided. Given our evening arrival in Venice, we chose self check in, which is very easy. The key was to be collected from the mailbox of the office building (two entrances from the accommodation). The apartment is spacious, has basic amenities for a few days' stay. You can walk to the accommodation from the bus or train station in 10 minutes and there are several places to buy ice cream on the way. There is also a well-stocked shop in the parallel street (about 2 minutes walk). Leonardo also provided us with pasta and sugo so we could make dinner, as well as some cookies and lemonade. If you are leaving on a weekday, it is possible to leave your luggage in the office after checkout. Many thanks to Leonardo and his entire team for the amazing experience, they even arranged nice weather :-) I found no negatives about this stay, everything was wonderful.

• Noah (10/5): Wonderful! Great location for seeing Venice. - Ca' Leo is amazing and so is Leonardo, the host! We had a lovely time in our apartment that easily fit 3 people with room to spare. The location was great - we walked about 12 minutes from the train station and had easy access to the rest of Venice. There's a supermarket right around the corner. Leonardo is such a sweetheart and made our stay so much better. He is so helpful, kind, and genuine. And knew so much about the city! Definitely recommend staying here. The garden is great (but for our winter stay it was too cold to use it)! Everything was great!

• Anonymous (8/5): It took us a while - The apartment was very spacious and clean, when we did find it, it turned out to be in a very good location for cafes & restaurants . It took us a while to find the apartment on the Saturday evening, building works going on beside the apartment.

• Jeff (10/5): A great place to stay right in the middle of everything and a short walk to the train station. - Property is very nice in a great location. A little expensive. Second bathroom is small with the washer in the same room.

The staff was very responsive when we had an issue with the drain and helped us secure the property quickly after another property cancelled on us. The instructions were excellent; great job. Property could have been a bit cleaner. Some areas had t been dusted in a while. But overall the property was great.
• Icing1979 (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful, large apartment in a quiet street in Dorsoduro. All necessary equipment, comfortable bed, bathroom with 2 showers. 2 air conditioners. Small supermarket around the corner. 10 minute walk from the people mover at Piazzale Roma. After booking I was added to a WhatsApp chat group and sent a multipage pdf file full of all necessary information. Received periodic messages checking in on us. Managed to briefly meet the hosts on the last day and they were extremely friendly and offered us coffee. Would definitely stay here again!
• Martin (8/5): Good location and great hosts. - The hosts were fantastic and very kind. We enjoyed the amazing tomatoes and pasta that they left for us. The communication was great and we were able to find and access the property easily. It was located in a quiet part of the city but not too far from the main parts and with good restaurants a short walk away. It was only 10 minutes walk from the train station which was very handy. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and it was nice to have the patio, although the weather was too hot to spend much time there during our stay! Thankfully the air conditioning inside allowed us some respite from the heat. We would definitly recommend this place to others. Although there is air conditioning in the main (double) bedroom and the living room, there was no air conditioning in the second bedroom other than a floor standing fan.

Large apartment with sufficient space. We were a couple with our daughter - our daughter could sleep in her own room while we could enjoy the evening together.

• Paul (7/5): Big flat - A big flat. One double bed, three small one person beds in another room. We missed some towels in the kitchen. The code of the Wifi could maybe somewhere in the house when people choose for self check-in? The doors need some oil (hinges / cerniere) so they become silent again. The stove was hard to get on (gas with fire) maybe a good clean could help? Some of the pans were dirty.
• Arnaud (9/5): good choice for our family stay in Venise - spacious and close to transportation, and lively area with some bars and restaurants close by. we are quickly to the main center by walking 20mns quiet appartement despite one room with windows on the street. some issue with lighting the gaz burners in the kitchen.

Their com - The property was well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. It was in a fabulous location, a short walk to all the restaurants and main square. • Monica (10/5): We can really recommend the flat. - We appreciated the very nice and friendly host and the spacious flat as well as the peaceful patio. The flat is situated within 10 minutes reach from the bus station, but still in a quite and non-touristic area. We stayed for six days and enjoyed our stay very much. One of the two bedrooms had a very low bed and the wardrobe in the same room could only accommodate a few hangers.
