• Nicolas (5/5): - L emplacement (près de la gare) Calme - D'abord en entrant, nous avons constaté de suite que celui-ci mérite un bon rafraîchissement dans son ensemble même s'il a très bon potentiel comme nous l imaginions sur les photos qui ne doivent pas être toutes récentes. - La nape trouée et rebouchée avec des pastilles autocollantes transparentes ? La table et les chaises un peu légère pour une personne avec un peu de poids. 2 chaises d intérieur, logement pour 4 ? - Nous avons dû nettoyer le réfrigérateur (super bruyant) avant d'y déposer quoique ce soit. - Le congélateur sale et dégageant une mauvaise odeur, le lave vaisselle sale. - La douche vieillissante ++ dont le bac est fendu (proprietaire avisé par message, ne semblait pas au courant). La poubelle et la lampe de salle de bain rouillées ++. - Nous avons passé le balai chaque jour, même s'il s'agit d'un balai d extérieur et le dernier jour nous avons sorti l'aspirateur, qui vu l état a été remis à sa place comme tel. - baignoire non testée Logement avec beau potentiel mais qui en l état mérite un bon nettoyage, le remplacement de certains équipements, c est limite pour l instant.
• Veronika (9/5): - Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Jazz Style Home in Rom. Die Lage ist ideal – angenehm ruhig außerhalb des großen Trubels, aber dennoch sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Größe für zwei Personen und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders gut hat uns auch die kleine Terrasse gefallen – ein toller Ort zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist zwar ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dennoch ihren eigenen Charme und war für uns absolut passend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Supermercados por todos lados, y vale destacar la preocupación en todo momento del anfitrión, solo esperamos volver! Super recomendable, ah y tiene una terraza de diez puntos. No podemos pedir más. • Oliviero (8/5): - Posizione a Trastevere. Stazione Roma Trastevere a 600m. Fermate autobus sotto casa a 100m. Non in centro ma risaputo. Servono comunque più di 20' per arrivare. Appartamento accogliente con terrazzino e vasca idromassaggio. Presenti tutti utensili per cucinare. Proprietario disponibile per aiuto Unico neo il getto dell'acqua. Usciva veramente molto lento ma problema non insormontabile.
• George (5/5): Needs some upgrading! - Location. Cleanliness. The building is quite nice and secure with a working elevator. The outdoor sitting area is nice as well. (The plants outside could use some better care!) The place clearly hasn't been attended to with care for some years. It needs a brand new shower with working plumbing; the overhead did not work and I had to use the handheld. The stove and refrigerator are outdated. The washing machine is buried in a remote floor cabinet and is nearly unreachable. The bed is too low to the floor and the mattress moves if you try to sit up and read. The ceiling over the bed is too low (it is an attic room, so...).
• Pekka Taisto Juhani (8/5): Loistavalla paikalla ihan mainio, hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja kylpyhuoneessa poreallas. - Sijainti oli loistava Trasteveressa, Roomassa. Erilaisia palveluita; kauppoja, ravintoloita jne. oli lähistöllä runsaasti. Huone oli tilava ja parveke mainio. Plussaa poreallas. Lämmintä vettä oli saatavilla niukasti ja vaati pitkään turhaan veden juoksuttamista ennen kuin lämmintä vettä alkoi tulla. Tiskialtaasta puuttui tulppa tai toimiva mekanismi, jotta sinne laskettu vesi olisi pysynyt siellä tiskatessa. Tiskit piti pestä virtaavan veden kanssa eli vesi poistui saman tien viemäriin, joten pesuaineen käyttö oli hankalaa.

• Harold (6/5): Needs an update - The house is outdated with stove and dishwasher not working. Tap in kitchen was loose. Needed to hold it while using. Bed was too low. In the bathroom the shower was half working, paint was falling off too. The restaurants on the photo was more than half an hour walk.
• Casa (5/5): Pleasant stay and with more attention to important issues as I outlined, could be wonderful. - This listing could easily be a 4 or 5 ( on a scale of 1-5). At first glance it is beautiful and resembles the photos in the listing. But, the owners neglected let a number of important things and those contribute to my answer here and above. Paint the bathroom! It needs it and has been mentioned before. Paint is peeling in many places and is so obvious. Fix the shower door so it closes and opens properly. Fix the jacuzzi which is prominent in the listing but only one jet works and is a pain to operate. This has been mentioned numerous times. The seductive blue lighting is absent and only by manipulating the overhead lights can you achieve something approaching pleasant lighting. How about some plates??? No places anywhere even when I asked the owners, so be prepared to eat on a napkin. No counter space so be creative and make that possible. I could go on, but this unit has all the makings of a 5 star experience, but inattention for a long time (based on other comments) make it rate it as "adequate. It was nice. Nice overdo patio, etc, good amount of space - but beware the table by the patio window which will collapse repeatedly unless you balance everything perfectly. Until then, don't put anything valuable on it. It's about a 45 minute walk to the heart of the city. Fine if you don't mind walking that for, or a 12 Euro taxi which is OKM as well. You pass through Trastevere which is nice and there are local places for pastries, coffee, pizza, etc. I liked it...it was ok and I really wanted to say more positive things about it, but it needs attention. You will also have an OK time here, but will leave with a similar feeling. A little love will go a long way. Rome is super crowded with tourists. I would not return in September as well as the summer. Try later October or Nov-April. Sure, cooler and maybe rainy but that would be delightful in contrast to the hordes of people. Trevi Fountain. Amazing. If you could see it!!!
• Michael (3/5): In dire need of an update - Air conditioner worked well Full sized fridge The terrace was nice Building had a lift Check-in was easy Close to Trastevere station Close to some good food (Osteria il matto) Side note: I added an unrelated photo from Siena by mistake and can't figure out how to remove it The mattress was terrible, it is the same piece of foam I use in my tent when camping to save space, not only that the bottom of it is covered in what appears to be mould.. there is no way that could go unnoticed when changing the sheets (see photos) The washing machine didn't work, which was part of my criteria of choosing to stay here The shower was cramped and the pressure on the hand wand is way too high The towels are almost see-through, definitely need to be replaced Paint is peeling off the tiles and right next to the bed on the elevated platform appears to be a pushed in power point, I'm not sure if it's live but it could be a bit dangerous?

It was a wonderful stay and the city centre is a pleasant walk, just perfect. If you happen to be staying here on a Sunday, be sure to check out the flea market as it is right out on the street! Nothing, it was great!

• Isabella (10/5): Nice apartment in good location - It was a good and relaxing apartment located near a train and bus station so it was great for getting around, and saving money on cooking meals, really came in handy at the end of our trip in Italy The washing machine didn't work but there was a laundry mat down the road so all was good
