• Jörg (9/5): Schönes Appartement in Top-Lage. - Die Lage ist optimal. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar und Rom lässt sich am besten zu Fuß erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Unterkunft selbst (Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern) haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, nur die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. An der ein oder anderen Stelle könnte mal etwas ausgebessert werden (z. B. Fugen im Bad). Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Für uns ist immer der erste Eindruck wichtig und der war sofort gut. Und wir stellen uns auch immer die Frage, ob wir diese Wohnung noch einmal buchen würden. Hier ein ganz klares Ja. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett und immer erreichbar. Einige Rezensionen beklagen die undurchsichtige Mülltrennung und Entsorgung. Aber das ist alles super beschrieben in der Hausordnung. Ein- und auschecken war problemlos.

Great restaurant suggestions by the host. Nothing really to report in the not like category. Perhaps an improvement would be to get early access to fan controls.

• Albert (10/5): Nice place to stay in Rome with elevator access and a helpful host - Excellent location near Piazza Navona and walking to the Vatican. Simona helped us with getting an airport transfer van to her place, which was perfect after a long flight to Rome. The apartment has an elevator lift which was great for my older parents. The place has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable living/dining area. It was very clean and the beds were great. A supermarket is located a few minutes away and there’s excellent restaurants nearby. We enjoyed staying in Rome! Highly recommended! Everything was great

El ascensor aunque estrecho funciona a la perfección. A pocos pasos hay muchisimos lugares para comer Simona su host es excelente. Siempre esta dispuesta a ayudar.

De bedden zijn comfortabel en er was voldoende opbergruimte voor kledij en dergelijke. Het appartement was voldoende voorzien van keukenuitrusting. Gelukkig was er airco in de slaap- en leefruimte want het was 37 graden in Rome tijdens ons verblijf.

The host left really useful instructions and information on how to access or deal with every eventuality and was on hand for any questions.
• Jelica (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is everything you need in Rome, you will feel like you are at home. He represents comfort in every way possible, for a family that is more than enough. Apartment looks better than in the photos, very clean, and the owner is available 24/7. This i a place we will always stay at when we come to Rome. Not to forget it is located in the center of all happenings, and you do not need transport to go anywhere in the city.
• Sonja (10/5): Bellissimo! We Loved Rome! - Wow! What a comfortable, roomy apartment in a great location to see all the sites in Rome! The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed with the comforts of home like a washer, shampoo, soap, olive oil, salt and pepper, pots, pans, plates, and glasses. If you want "posh" this might not be your spot; but, if you want to live, breath, eat, and walk in Rome this is a 10. You are a 10 minute walk from the Vatican with a very nice cafe and pizzaria right out the front door. It's a lovely walk through narrow streets with cafes, bars, gelato, you name, it to the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We also walked to the Villa Borghese, the Biblioteca Angelica (the 1st public library), Trevi Fountain (what a mob scene), and the Spanish Steps (a very posh area). It's a short easy bus ride to and from the Coliseum and the Forum. A walk along the river to the island of Tiberina and then over to the old Jewish area is also easy and fun. It was nice to be away from the tourist hotels and crowds between the train station and the Piazza Navona in the evening. This is a must stay location if you are focused on visiting all the sites and wonders of the Vatican; but, want to be able to stretch out and take in the heart of Rome! There is some typical city street noise in the front bedroom; which might bother some visitors if you go to sleep early or you don't have experience with big cities.

The 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment was prefect - The property was very clean and the host was so helpful and always responded quickly to any questions and made transfer arrangements from airport to the apartment and also to the cruise port. Street traffic was a little noisy but that is to be expected in any large city.

The beds in both bedrooms were exceedingly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was excellent for access to all of the main tourist attractions. Rome is a noisy city with car horns and sirens going off quite a lot of the time. However it is an acceptable price to pay for staying in an excellent central location. The noise did not disturb us at night.

Simona was a very responsible and thoughtful host. The kitchen was a bit small and lacked basic cooking items like oil, salt and pepper.

Across the street, not one but two places to eat breakfast drink coffee or have a quick snack. it was clean and organized. The host was responsive and professional. Check in and check out was a easy and hassle free. Washing machine was a welcome perk after a week of travel. Nothing. From our perspective the place was perfect. If you stay here to enjoy Rome and still manage to find faults at this location, then you should pause to reflect on the fact that you might be the source of your dissatisfaction.

• Edith (10/5): Amazing stay. - The location is fantastic. We walked to the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Also Campo di Fiori is next door. We ate at Cantina y Cuchina where we had our best meal. The host was super friendly. Great value. Highly recommend.

Simona, the host, is super friendly and accommodating, she allowed us to leave the luggage in the apartment until our departure in the evening. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in the heart of Rome at a good price, look no further!

• Timothy (9/5): Great Choice - Can't go Wrong - What a Wonderful Location to see Rom - Simona was fantastic ... arranged taxi to and from airport/met us at the apartment/was always only a phone call away for assistance. Couldn't have been happier with the support/location/amenities/etc./etc. Only one minor thing was there was some noise early-morning but hey ... you're right in the middle-of-Rome and at a great location to see the sites so what do you expect? It's not like they're still wrapping the wagon-wheels in burlap so you're not disturbed when they're delivering store-supplies at night (a little Roman history I recall from school).

• Patricia (1/5): Over-rated; over-priced; small. - Location The proprietor was greedy and overbearing; she tried to charge me twice; kept nagging me via WhatsApp; charges a high cleaning fee when the daily price is already too much. The place was ordinary and small; very over-rated and over-priced. The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress had a slope. When you pay, take a screen shot of the receipt! Very poor phone reception inside the apartment.
