• Virginia (1/5): - Per festeggiare il Capodanno a Firenze, io e le mie 6 amiche abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questa struttura, dal giorno 30.12.2025 al giorno 2.1.2026. Quindi per 4 giorni e 3 notti, al costo totale di 1510 Euro. In seguito alla prenotazione, sono stata contattata delle referenti Sig.re Ilaria e Martina, che mi hanno fatto avere le istruzioni per l’ingresso nel palazzo e nell’appartamento, al 3° piano. Niente da dire sulle dimensioni dell’appartamento, effettivamente ampio e comodo per 7 persone. Ma lo stesso giorno dell’arrivo, ci siamo accorte che la caldaia funzionava ad intermittenza, con il risultato che non c’era abbastanza acqua calda per tutte e 7 e i termosifoni non scaldavano a sufficienza. Considerata la stagione invernale e la temperatura esterna molto bassa, si è trattato di un problema non indifferente, che tra l’altro non è nemmeno stato risolto. Infatti dopo svariati tentativi, anche a distanza tramite il padre di una di noi, la sera del 31 dicembre i gestori hanno detto che l’unica alternativa sarebbe stata quella di spostarci tutte in un altro appartamento. E lascio immaginare cosa sarebbe stato traslocare tutte e 7, proprio la sera dell’ultimo dell’anno…. Il peggio però è stato proprio il giorno 31. Rientrate in casa verso le 17.00, al momento di consegnare i soldi della tassa di soggiorno all’incaricata Martina, ci siamo accorte di essere state derubate. Infatti dall’appartamento erano spariti non solo i soldi in contanti della tassa (126 €), che avevamo lasciato pronti per il ritiro. Ma anche altro denaro ed oggetti personali di valore: 300 € in contanti, una borsa di Prada, una borsa di Cavalli, una giacca di montone e un phon Dyson. Né da Martina che in quel momento era presente, né da Ilaria chiamata al telefono, abbiamo ricevuto alcun tipo di assistenza. Anzi, dopo averci detto che “sono cose che capitano”, Ilaria ha addirittura ammesso che non era la prima volta.
• Ivonne (1/5): ROBO EN EL DEPARTAMENTO - Negocios cerca Las instalaciones no estaban muy limpias, al segundo día, salimos a recorrer y al llegar nos topamos con la sorpresa de que nos entraron a robar, un monto evaluado en 1000 euros, entre euros, dólares, pesos chilenos, perfumes, debió ser alguien del personal porque el ingreso es solo con llaves, tanto para la puerta de ingreso a la calle como la puerta de ingreso al departamento, los dueños no dieron mucha solución, sin embargo sospechamos de ellos porque me solicitaron el pago del tax municipal en efectivo y que ingresarian al día siguiente a retirarlo, siendo que normalmente deberían retirarlo el mismo día de nuestro ingreso o cuando ya dejemos el departamento, y el robo fue justo al día siguiente, la persona que nos atendió al preguntarle porque podían ingresar cuando estábamos dentro me responde que es normal y yo quedé más sospechosa, al dejar el reclamo en la policía me informan que es muy habitual que sucedan estos robos y en especial con estos alojamientos, NO LO RECOMIENDO.

• Russo (1/5): BED BUGS | AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE | "things happen" - Host - N/A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! INFESTED WITH BED BUGS.. THEY WERE 4 HOURS LATE TO INSPECT THE APARTMENT.. THEN SAID THEY WOULD CLEAN IT AND MAKE US STAY IN THERE AGAIN.. WE SAID NO.. MOVED US TO ANOTHER APARTMENT WHERE THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION HAPPENING 12 HOURS A DAY.. WOULD NOT REFUND US PROPERLY.. AS THEY SAID "I'm sorry about all the issues but it can happens".. ONLY OFFERED 1 DAY REFUND.. WE SPENT 1 DAY DOING LAUNDRY WHICH THEY WOULDNT PAY FOR AND ANOTHER DAY IRONING ALL OUR CLOTHES.. GIVE US OUR FULL MONEY BACK...
• Frank (8/5): Very enjoyable stay. Loved the area and the apartment. Will recommend to this place to friends. - Location was fantastic.! Bit loud at night in the piazza, but not the properties fault. Apartment was very clean. Rooms were quite large. The market in the piazza each day was great, especially the large one on Sunday. The restaurants were very good in the in the area. Only 1 washroom was an ensuite. The other 2 were a bit remote from the bedrooms at the front. A second key would have been helpful, for when group split up to do things outside.
• Chadwick (6/5): We had a great stay in Florence. - This location was amazing. The Piazza had many restaurants and bars. The pictures were accurate. The cleaning wasn’t finished until 5:30, making our check in very problematic. The pillows were outright terrible.
• Glenda (9/5): Lovely home in a nice location, enjoyed our stay! - Spacious and beautiful, multiple bathrooms, good location Would have liked coffee options…. Didn’t know to get pods for the machine, didn’t know to use pour over, especially for a group.
• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent communal location. Great food and drink options just outside the apartment. Lively atmosphere all throughout the week. Within walking distance of so many cultural, artistic and general shopping opportunities. All that a holiday should have. There was nothing I didn't like.
• Stephanie (7/5): Beautiful place. Impeccable location. The lack of adequate AC makes me not want to return. Would also like dish soap and - It was stunning. We love antiques and history, which is what drew us to this spot. I studied abroad and lived in this exact piazza which is the main reason we picked this area. The decor is why we picked this exact apartment. The apartment advertised AC, but it was unbearable most of the time. The temperature regularly said it was 26 degrees Celsius which is 79 degrees Fahrenheit. The one bedroom was extremely hot, while the other one was hot, the third was bearable. We had to buy our own fan to make it habitable. We are from the USA, so I’m aware our standards are higher for temperature control, but this was unacceptable to advertise as air conditioned given how poorly it cooled the apartment. We even left the bedroom doors shut to help cool it. Ultimately my sister and her boyfriend stayed in a hotel because they couldn’t sleep in the heat.

• Nanci (9/5): Excellent location. - Location. My sons girlfriend forgot an item that was given to her by her grandmother, she contacted the property requesting it be returned assuming delivery cost but Gad not received a response.
• Vinit (3/5): Poor - The location is excellent, overlooking a busy square with markets. The check in process and initial communication was good, but unfortunately we had a few issues during our stay which were not resolved despite reporting it quickly. The rooms are very big Old furniture, many of which broken and dangerous. Uncomfortable beds There was no WiFi from the start due to broken router, which we reported to the owner immediately. Rather than arranging to have this fixed, they asked us to try things ourselves several times when it was clear the router was dead. When they finally sent someone out and confirmed it needed replacing, this was not done until the night before our check out. Despite complaining immediately, we were not offered any compensation for this significant inconvenience. The property is not fully as described and failing to resolve the WiFi issue quickly was disappointing.

• Nereida (6/5): Spacious Apartment - The location is great with places to eat outside of the apartment. It had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and high ceilings which made the place seem bigger. The kitchen was fully equipped. The staff responded promptly to our concerns. The sheets in the largest room had several hairs. One of the toilets was dirty and had not been cleaned. The bathroom and bedroom mirrors were dirty. A couple of chairs were broken, the shower head in one of the bathrooms kept falling, and lamps were broken. It is a beautiful apartment, but very disappointing that cleanliness is not a priority. I called the staff about having the sheets changed and the toilets cleaned. While we were out the cleaning staff came in an took care of our concerns.
