• Agnes (10/5): A fantastic stay in Roma! - We really appreciated the apartment's location which is perfect. The apartment itself is very well decorated. The layout is excellent, with very comfortable bedrooms and quality bedding. The kitchen and bathrooms are also very well equipped and very clean. And the living/dining room is very pleasant. All of this overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. I should also mention that Francesco was a great help and extremely helpful, which also contributed a lot to our stay! The kitchen is large, well-equipped, and in a separate room. There are three bedrooms and two large bathrooms, both clean and beautiful. Francesco welcomed us warmly; he was charming, kind, attentive, and helped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and the bed was slightly too firm for my taste. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

It is very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The owner is extremely kind, friendly, and always available—he checked in with us every day to make sure everything was okay, which we really appreciated. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We stayed there as a family with three young children (ages 2, 5, and 7), and it suited us perfectly. The location is excellent—close to everything: great food, supermarkets, charming streets, and beautiful historical sites. We would definitely love to come back again!

Francesco was superb on time for meet, checked in with us during stay and sorted cab for airport. Beds are a good size but frames creak so would benefit from a bit of attention to enhance a full nights sleep.

The apartment was absolutely excellent - the location was perfect and the space was wonderful. 3 bedrooms and plenty of living space. Immaculately clean. Everything we needed. Short walking distance to much of the key things in the city. The property manager Francesco could not have been more helpful - organising transport, providing ideas, ensuring we had whatever we needed. Thank you so much for looking after us so well! • Rodney (10/5): The best place to stay in Rome. - Excellent location! Close to all the major sights and yet quiet and away from all the throngs of tourists. You are within a 25 minute walk to all the major sites (except the Vatican), meaning we just walked everywhere and never had to bother with public transportation or taxis. It’s a very well appointed apartment with plenty of space. The host was very responsive and checked in daily to ensure we had no issues. NA
• Michael (10/5): A Comfortable Stay Close to Everything - The apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped to cook a dinner if you are tired of eating out. Showers were large and comfortable. Francesco was a gracious and thoughtful host. The neighborhood has local restaurants and a short walk to the Forum, Capitoline Museums, Largo Argentina. We walked to all of the major sights except the Borghese. We would definitely stay here again.Loved the apartment and the host. Everything was perfect.

He provided concierge level service! We ended up having a medical emergency with our daughter and Francesco made us feel like we had family helping us in Roma. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, raggiungibili in 20-30 minuti a piedi. Cortile accogliente, camere luminose e spaziose, cucina attrezzata, pulizia impeccabile, piccoli omaggi da parte del proprietario: grazie mille per la vostra attenzione :) Voglio tornare in un posto simile! • Shirley (10/5): Perfect - Hosts were very nice and welcomed us to the apartment. We arrived a couple of hours before check in time and they allowed us to do early check in which was very helpful. The apartment exceeded our expectations - we all said "wow" when we got in! Big, cosy and beautifully decorated. Excellent location - within walking distance from almost everything we wanted to see.
• Shiri (10/5): Wonderful stay for families at Rome - Had a wonderful say at Lovatelly Home. In terms of location, value for money, facilities, comfort, size of the apartment and nearby attractions- it was one of the best rentals as a family we ever had via "Booking.com". Location is everything- 5 to 10 minutes from city center, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, Pantheon, 10-15 minutes from Trastevere and Via de Corso. Very good WiFi, comfort and cozy, A/C and heating, all necessary kitchenware, 2 nice and big bathrooms, they thought of all small details such umbrellas and even an electricity adaptor! perfect for families. 2 nearby supermarkets, many coffees and breakfast options, and 5 min away also bars, restaurants etc. Francesco is a wonderful host, helped us with everything we needed during the whole vacation. In addition, we had a late arrival and he waited for us, which is not an obvious. The bed matches are hard, but in the overall, the benefits definitely overcome this issue. No other points of disadvantage, the apartment served us well and we truly recommend it.

The location was very good and walking distance from the center. The host left us a welcome cake and Nespresso coffee. Gave us advices and suggestions about resto and bars. We were welcomed before the check-in hour and we left the luggage. I totally recommend it. I wouldn’t say there was something that bothered me. Everything was great

The property was very close to the Pantheon and Colosseum, and 10 to 20 minutes from other popular sites and restaurants. Communication was impeccable with our host; he texted everyday to check up, was extremely flexible (early check in) and considerate (left us snacks and water in the fridge). • Sam (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Rome - Perfect Location - Wonderful stay in Rome! We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Rome. About the host: Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. He was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived, and he was so friendly and welcoming. We could text him at any time if we needed anything. During our stay, my handbag was unfortunately stolen (a good reminder not to leave your bag unattended even for a second in the city!), and it had a set of apartment keys inside. The host didn’t charge us for this and was genuinely more concerned about our safety and that we were okay — which we really appreciated. About the apartment: The apartment was perfect for our 4-night stay as two couples. It had a spacious lounge area, two great-sized shower rooms, and lovely air-conditioning throughout — ideal for the summer heat. About the area: The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, with plenty of bars nearby and a local supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing (apart from the bag situation — but it only had a water bottle in it, so no big loss!). We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again!

The facilities were exactly as described, and everything we needed was provided. The host was absolutely lovely — responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. We did experience a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host addressed them promptly and professionally, which we really appreciated. It's clear they take hosting seriously and want guests to have a good experience. A special mention: our 2-year-old absolutely fell in love with the host — they were so warm and kind, and made our little one feel completely at ease. Would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again!

A true oasis of tranquility in centro storico of Rome. Location was just great - all the main sights accessible by foot. Small grocery store with more than sufficient selection and nice restaurants basically around the corner. Francesco as a host is very friendly and helpful and always available for communication.
• Angela (8/5): The apartment is very large and beautiful - The location was great! It is located in a quiet street in the Jewish ghetto area yet everything was so easy and close to walk to. There is a market very close, so many restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. The apartment is very large and beautifully decorated. The living room couch/chair were so comfortable. All 3 beds were comfortable. The 2 queen bed bedrooms were very large and had an AC vent in the room. The smaller twin bed bedroom was a little smaller and did not have an AC vent however with door left open, the room was cool at night. The AC worked great. Both bathrooms were very large. The house has a tankless hot water heater so we always had hot showers with 5 people. The kitchen had many dishes, pots, pans,Moka pot, hot water kettle (heavy calcium buildup though), an iron, ironing board, a washer and a large drying rack. The host left the fridge stocked with cold water bottles for our arrival. Beautiful views looking out to the courtyard from the kitchen and living room windows! The apartment wasn't very clean. Both showers had dark mildew buildup in the corners, heavy dust under the beds and our feet were black after walking on the bare floor. The twin bed bedroom dresser drawers were broke as well as the kitchen exhaust fan was unplugged because the outlet was broken. The bathroom shower floor base was cracked so it leaked out on the bathroom floor. The closet door where the iron, iron board and drying rack was extremely hard to open. The house cleaners were sitting outside the front door at 9:45am with all of their cleaning supplies waiting for us to vacate which was very intrusive. When we arrived, we had a difficult time finding out where to go because the pictures showed the inside courtyard not the exterior door. We stood outside for a few minutes with the Uber driver until a man came over and asked if we were the guests checking in. He was very nice and explained he was helping his friend out who was out of town so he didn't know much about the apartment.

• Laura (9/5): Superb - The location is great. The building it’s in is absolutely charming and beautiful. The staff were helpful and communicative - helped us organise cars and extended check out for additional fee with no problem. Was happy we didn’t need to walk up flights of stairs. The place was very spacious and well appointed with what you needed - lots of tools, basic cooking supplies (could do with more wine glasses but I expect they get broken by guests!). I was worried the location would be noisy from street noise but it looks like the street is restricted car access wise to those with permits and only got the occasional walker by. Our young kids (3 and 6 year olds) were playing in the afternoon in the courtyard and got yelled at in Italian by a neighbour, which I didn’t understand. Would be helpful to know in advance if that was not permitted / is a faux pas or people just being cranky because accommodation being rented out in a mixed residence building. Could do with some kids stuff to make it a bit more family friendly - eg a nappy pail, kids cutlery and plates/cups from ikea. I also didn’t know where we should empty the bins out to so they became full quickly.
• Susan (8/5): Location perfect. Lovely apartment. - Details on how to work the towel rails and heating - it got a little cold at night and we couldn’t dry the towels. No welcome pack, this is not a cheap place to rent. Some tea bags, coffee pods for the machine, milk etc would have been welcome. A bench/seats would have been welcome in the courtyard.

Thank you! - It was so nice for Francisco and Ricardo to greet us so finding the place wasn’t a challenge at all. Loved that it was in a little internal courtyard, so it was quiet. The location was great - walking distance to everything we wanted to see. There was a bus stop with every bus we needed a short walk from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and the bathrooms were well appointed. And thank you for extra toilet paper. There were a few things that were broken, and it would have been nice to have a dish towel in kitchen.

• Fatema (10/5): 10/10 for this one!! - This was our favorite apartment in Rome. Firstly because it was located in a residential area away from the swarms of tourists and still close enough to access everything. The home is comfortably sized, has 2 big bedrooms 1 small bedroom, and 2 very generous bathrooms. The kitchen is also fully equipped and beautiful that we just had to cook whenever we could. we enjoyed ending our trip here, Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Francesco was very helpful in ensuring we had a smooth check in. The main door at the entrance is very heavy and every time someone would come in, there would be a loud bang if it wasn't closed with caution.

The apartment was amazing, within walking distance of all the major sights and in a very quiet location. The apartment was bigger than expected, the bedrooms were a great size we had a good living area where we were able to relax between sightseeing, have lunch and watch tv. The kitchen was a great size too with everything we needed. I can't speak more highly of the apartment. It was very stylish, clean, comfortable and luxurious. We had two great bathrooms between the 4 of us. We will recommend to friends and family and would go back.
