• StellaNik (10/5): - Очень красивая и удобная квартира. Удобно добиратся до исторической части города. Есть все необходимое. Самостоятельная регистрация и оплата налога на интернет странице хозяина. Жаль было терять на это время. Застряла с оплптой со своей банковской карты, так не смогла оплатить. Пришлось платить с карты мужа. Лучше бы оставили хозяину наличкой. И нигде таких сложностей мы встречали (было 5 разных мест размещения). Везде хозяева сами платили налог.

• Mariana (7/5): Agradável mas com margem para melhoria - Gostamos da localização com um mercado bio na mesma rua, a cama era confortável, tudo limpo, e as instruções para entrar no apartamento foram claras e bem explicadas pelo anfitrião. O exaustor não funcionava e precisamos abrir as janelas para o fumo do que cozinhamos sair, também teria sido bom ter um pouco mais de toalhas na cozinha.
• Milena (10/5): - Appartamento pulito , molto spazioso e comprendente di un ampio balcone. Si trova all'interno di un bel complesso residenziale. L'appartamento e il bagno sono dotati di tutto il necessario ed è nuovo negli arredi. Suggerito per non stare nel centro caotico di Firenze. Nulla, da cosiderare solo la zona in cui si trova l'appartamento, è molto tranquilla e residenziale, c'è anche un autobus che porta verso il centro. Tuttavia muovendosi a piedi è leggermente decentrata, ci vuole circa 30 minuti a piedi per arrivare a Santa Maria del Fiore.
• Stephen (9/5): - A lovely apartment which was good value for money compared to the very centre of Florence. The balcony was a nice bonus to sit outside on the warm evenings we had. Either a 20-25 minute walk into the centre or a few buses that go that way. Highly recommend!

• Marija (10/5): Our experience was great, we enjoyed Florence! - The host was very nice and available for all our questions and help when we needed it. The apartment is located in a very quiet part of the city, away from the crowd and noise, but it is close enough to the city center (both on foot and by public transport).

• Zhaoqi (10/5): Exceptional - It was big, quiet, and clean! I would stay there again when I go to Florence. It is better than the city centre and you can still walk to the centre. I enjoyed the route to the centre a lot!

The main minus is the location. 15 minutes by bus, if you catch it or minimum 45 minutes on foot to the city center. 10 minutes to the supermarket. Noise from the street. Not easy to check in, the neighbor should open the door, if she is in a good mood. The pants in the kitchen are old, the kettle was in very bad condition.
• Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Large, bright apartment with balcony. The shower was exceptionally spacious. Well equipped and comfortable. The owner very kindly allowed me to check in early and check out later than scheduled.
• Alexia (10/5): Perfect stay in a quiet, clean place. - I always go to Florence and I had never stayed "outside the historic centre" and it was one of the best choices we made. The property is easily accessible by bus (I think 2/3 stops at most), super clean and the host very helpful and easy to communicate with. Everything was perfect
• Maria (10/5): Definitely +++ - Clean, modern apartment. Eric was very helpful during the stay and suggested many local restaraunts Some troubles with hot water (because of construction works), but Eric managed this issue with house administration
• Gergő (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, clean, well equipped and comfy apartment in the edge of the historical center of Florence. The Ponte Vecchio is in approximately 15-20 minutes walking distance. The bathroom, kitchen and the sleeping area were all great, perfect for shorter or even longer stays. There are a lot of nice restaurants, shops and bars around which are visited by the locals, (eg we had a great Fiorentina Steak in the next building). The host is really kind and helpful, managed if we asked something. Although it did not have its own parking spot, there is a cheap parking option to park your car at the street, we could find a parking spot close to the flat. Everything was great, would stay here again.

• Tomas (1/5): Unclean Apartment, Non-Functioning Amenities, and Arrogant Host - Florence I would like to summarize my initial complaint regarding my stay at Charming Loft in Porta Romana and highlight the arrogance of the property owner. The property owner should not be renting out a dirty and unclean apartment. Upon our arrival, the apartment was not cleaned, and we could only access a cleaned room late at night, which ruined our plans in the city. Additionally, there was no hot water in the evening or the next morning, and the air conditioning did not work at all. In the surrounding area, you can find much better accommodations for the same price. This place is a tourist trap.

• Tina (9/5): Nice apartment - Nice location. About 30 minute walk to Florence centre. A few eateries in the area. Lovely to have balcony. Very clean and modern, spacious apartment.. Shower gel to use. Bed was comfortable. Lift to the third floor. A kettle would be nice and a tea towel as no draining board by sink. Minor points, but can make a difference! Problem with outer keys , Erik was responsive, though wi fi wasn’t great.
• Florin (9/5): Nice modern apartment - clean, nice decoration and furniture, spatious.it had all the things you might need. the balcony is really nice there was an issue with the hot water. the bed has a too soft of a matress that makes it look like a boat and you end up with your feet above the level of you head.

• Aline (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay in this apartment very well located in a nice neighbourhood - just 15-20 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio, + a Carrefour supermarket , bakery, pizzerias all very close. It is a quiet area not too touristic, which we enjoyed. The appartement is big, cosy and confortable, very very clean, nice furniture, fully equiped kitchen. Aircon was working perfectly (we needed a little bit of heating as April was cold in Forence !), also a good heating in the bathroom. Communication with our host was smooth and easy, Erick is very reactive and helpful 🙂 There are 2 convenient parkings near-by if needed. Should have stayed longer !

• Emilyvr (10/5): Great stay - Great appartment, big, clean and very well equipped. The host was really accommodating with our questions and petitions and the self check-in was very convenient. The appartment is well located, with many bars and restaurants nearby and at a walking distance (20-30 mins) from all the main attractions. There is also a bus stop right next to it that connects it to the city centre. Would definitely stay again.

• Asil (10/5): Beautiful flat . Excellent central location. Brilliant host . - Flat is so beautiful , clean , spacious and modern . Nice residential tuscan view from balcony . Host is very nice and helpful . Bus stop is right outside the flat to city centre and station or only 20 min walk to city centre . Will definitely stay here again on my next visit .

• Gordon (9/5): Nice apartment with balcony - Lovely apartment in a nice block with a lift. Host kindly let us check in slightly earlier than advertised as we got an early flight. Located close to facilities and approx 30 minute walk into the centre of Florence which was great. Loved the balcony, very good spacious shower, coffee machine, aircon. WiFi worked very well (though it took us a while to find the code) One set of keys didn't seem to work the outside gate, and because of the way the locks work it would have been easy to get locked in/out. Had a couple of near-misses! Worth taking both sets out, or leaving them in the lock-box. Had to spend extra on washing up as there were no dishwasher tablets provided. Or draining board. Or tea towel. Very limited and mismatched kitchen supplies.

• Magdalena (8/5): Very good - The location was nice - close enough to city centre to walk there but far enough to be quiet. 3 minutes away from Boboli gardens. Easy bus connections with main attractions. The apartment was indeed elegant. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances, coffee machine, teapot, stove, microwave and pots. Smart TV worked great. The host was very communicative and replied fast. There were multiple locks outside the apartment complex which made it a bit more complicated to get in. But the host was able to quickly point us in. The balcony window didn't fully close - it didn't make it too cold, but it was an unnecessary annoyance. The blinds in the bathroom didn't work. The bed had a soft mattress- not our personal preference. With few fixes the apartment could be a gem.

• Monika (10/5): Beautiful , modern apartment in the Florence - The apartment was very clean and very good located. You have a beautiful view from the balcony. It was not complicated to get a key if you follow the description in the message. In the surrounding area you have everything what you need. There is a bus station near the building, very good restaurants, not so expensive and also gluten free. There are a lot of bars, Bar d* Angelo near Porta Romana offers very good coffee. There is also Boboli Gardens not so far from the apartment. The localization was perfect outside touristic center but very close to the city . You could walk to the city without any problem. There is also a very good cafeteria with the ice cream and small garden. In the apartment you have everything what you need. There is also a working Wi-Fi. I feel there like at home.
