Serata di luglio, arrivo e non funzionava l'aria condizionata, temperatura torrida,e sono stato informato di questo problema solo quando ho inviato un messaggio per sapere come mai non si accendeva.Non sono stato avvisato prima. Asciugamani da bagno di scarsissima qualità. La vista giardino è sul giardino all'entrata del palazzo, l'appartamento è a piano terra, ha solo finestre che danno su un vialetto condominiale non curato. Odore di chiuso e umidità e all'entrata c'era un profumtore di ambiente, vuoto.Alla mia richiesta di parziale rimborso mi hanno riferito che su un prossimo soggiorno avrei avuto uno sconto, impensabile ritornare visto quanto accaduto.

• Mikhailov (10/5): - A very good appartment. I highly recommend it for families with children. We have stayed there for 6 days. The location is top. 10 minutes to the metro station, 5 minutes to the big shopping center where you can take breakfast at Lino's coffee (coffee and dessert is included) and buy everything. Also you can walk to the city centre around 25 minutes. There is a small park and a playground near the appartment, so you can go for a walk with children every evening. Nice complements from the host - sweets. Some shortages with hot water occured.

• Julianna (5/5): Csalódás, inkább nevezném Arnb lakásnak, mint appartmannak. - A reggeli egy bevásárlóközpont földszintjén lévő kávézóban 1 teát/kávét és egyetlen süteményt foglalt magában, amit én reggelinek nem is neveznék. A szállásadóval nehézkes a kapcsolat, csak WhatsApp-on keresztül, a felmerült gondokban nem nyújtott segítséget (a klíma nem működött rendesen).

• MF (9/5): Zadbane, czyste i wygodne - Apartament zadbany, czysty i wygodny. Wyposażony w najważniejsze elementy. Niedaleko do sklepu spożywczego i naprawdę blisko do metra (spacerkiem kilkanaście minut). Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Nie było problemu z odnalezieniem mieszkania i kluczy oraz z zaparkowaniem samochodu na ulicy przed mieszkaniem. Niewielkie mankamenty (o których napisałem dalej) nie przeszkadzają przy kilkudniowym pobycie. Jesteśmy zadowoleni i gdybym jeszcze odwiedzał Mediolan chętnie skorzystam z tego miejsca jeszcze raz. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni! Śniadania były, ale włoskie (dla mnie włoskie śniadania - kawa i coś słodkiego nie maja nic wspólnego ze śniadaniem). Dwa jedyne minusy mieszkania to: 1. mieszkanie na poziomie -1/2 - tzn. okna mniej więcej ciut ponad poziomem ziemi - na ładny widok z okna nie ma co liczyć!, 2. mieszkanie bardzo akustyczne, w sypialni wszystko słychać co robią sąsiedzi, wiedzieliśmy kiedy sąsiadka suszy głowę w łazience i doskonale wiedzieliśmy kiedy korzystała z toalety :))).

• Gesine (6/5): - Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war problemlos. Fragen jeder Zeit möglich und schnelle Rückmeldung. Die Wohnung an sich ist in Ordnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut. Der Dom ist ca. drei Kilometer entfernt. Fahrräder zum Ausleihen über App stehen in der Gegend bereit. Nachts und in den Morgenstunden ist es sehr laut durch die Wasserrohre in den Wänden. Der Gastgeber hat vorgesorgt und Ohrstöbsel liegen bei Ankunft bereit, dennoch ist es sehr hellhörig. Allgemein war die Wohnung dunkler als erwartet. Das Bad ist sehr klein bzw. die Dusche.
• Elena (4/5): In summary, the apartment has some strong points, but due to the noise, the broken AC, and the lack of a real breakfast, - We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights during our trip to Milan. There were definitely some good things: the apartment is very close to the metro, in a quiet area. It is very clean, very spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge, stove, and all the necessary utensils to cook Meals. However, there were also some serious issues. The air conditioning only worked in the bedroom. In the living room, where we had the second sleeping place, the AC was broken. We informed the owners, but unfortunately it was not fixed. During hot days (it was 35°C when we stayed), this was very uncomfortable. Another big problem was the lack of soundproofing in the bedroom. There seems to be a water pipe running through the room, and at night and early in the morning we could hear water running and people using toilets or showers. We could also clearly hear loud conversations and shouting from the neighbors (and yes, Italians can be very loud and passionate!). All noises from the staircase and main door were also heard. At first we were surprised to see earplugs offered by the host, but then we understood why — although honestly, they didn’t help much. So if you are sensitive to noise and care about a good night’s sleep, this is important to know. Another disappointment was the breakfast. When we booked, breakfast was listed as included. In reality, it means a voucher for a nearby café in a shopping mall. And the “breakfast” is just one cup of coffee and a croissant — nothing more. It’s not enough before a long day of sightseeing. We had to eat a proper breakfast at home first and then go out for coffee.
• Yosra (9/5): Very good option for a few days in Milano! - The apartment was very clean and had really anything that we needed (a coffee machine, an iron, comfortable beds, a clean WC...)
• Jane (10/5): Perfect accommodation whilst in Milan for meetings - Comfortable bed, kitchen had everything we needed, great location for my business meetings. Communication was good and very helpful.

• Tudor (10/5): A wonderful experience and an excellent host - The location was excellent. A very quiet and elegant residential area with a lovely park just over the building. The apartament was large, very clean with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom and even had a kitchen area where we could heat up and cook a little something. The host, Francesco, is a model of how a proper host should be. He was very polite and always ready to answer our questions and to help us if we needed anything within the apartment and even within the city. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and will also come back when I will go to Milan again. Thank you, Francesco!

Very quiet and residential area, the proximity to the metro and main public transport makes the location perfect. The host was helpful and friendly and professional! Recommended!

• Emma (10/5): Pleasant stay, everything ok - The apartment is very pleasant, cozy, new, well equipped, clean and in a good position, we moved comfortably to visit city center, the area is quiet with a well-kept park in front. Bed and sofa are comfortable, brand new bathroom and shower. We found towels, soaps and hairdryer. It is located 1 minute walk from the shopping center with various shops, pharmacy and a supermarket, we also had breakfast there offered by the host. Wide choice of restaurants in the area, helpful and courteous host, everything OK!

• Jane (9/5): Pleasant clean apartment in a nice area - location is in a quiet neighborhood close to the subway and some really good restaurants and a lovely park. We felt safe in the area being gated and I was happy the apartment was on the first floor not the best pillows but the king sized bed was quite comfy. I would have liked an American coffee maker as I don’t know how to make espresso. The washing machine would’ve been great but it has apparently been closed for quite some time and the amount of mold and smell of mold was disgusting
