• Federica (8/5): - Posizione ottima, appartamento luminoso, letto molto comodo, Host molto cordiale. La pulizia, soprattutto quella del bagno, non era impeccabile. La doccia da manutenere e/o pulire e siliconare accuratamente. Nel complesso però è una buona soluzione per un breve soggiorno.

• Robert (5/5): Loved Milan, our accommodation was conveniently located , but poorly presented. - The location was good. Close to the central railway station with a lot of good, authentic (not touristy) restaurants nearby. Close to the Metro. The bathroom. The shower was disgusting - lots of black mould. The toilet seat is not properly fitted. Kitchen poorly kitted out - e.g., no tea towels, no washing up detergent, no tea bags, milk etc.

I arrived too late for cafés etc and there was literally nothing in the flat to drink - not a teabag or a coffee pod in sight. This felt frankly rather miserable.

• Oriana (10/5): Good quality stay - The flat was very clean, well-designed, and well-equipped for short stays. The location was also excellent. Additional note: I loved the view, but I was also lucky to find a sunny day in Milan :D The shower is clean but the mold situation needs to be fixed.

Despite their small size, they are incredibly cozy — every detail is thoughtfully designed, and everything is organized in a very convenient and tasteful way. The window offers a lively, atmospheric view of the city that immediately creates a special mood. The apartment is clean, neat, and comfortable, and the option to check in at any time makes the stay even more convenient. I would also like to highlight the excellent location — the bus station is within walking distance, which was especially important for me, as I had a train early in the morning. A very pleasant place that you want to return to and that leaves only warm impressions ❤️

• EUNAE (5/5): The location is great, but the cleanliness is not so good. - Well-located, close to public transportation and the city center, making travel easy. The bathroom cleanliness was disappointing, with mold on the toilet and in the shower. The decorative linen on the bed was heavily wrinkled, so the first impression was not very good. Although we booked for three guests, there was only a double bed and a regular sofa, not a sofa bed, which was disappointing.
• Urszula (8/5): - Great location - close to the main train station and cool bistros and restaurants. Easy to access with good instructions sent beforehand. Nice and simple decor. The building entrance and the lift have a cool and vintage ambience. The shower cabin walls need a bit of refreshing, no washing up liquid in the dispenser in the kitchen, the inside of the kettle was completely covered in scale (wouldn’t dare to use it). Nevertheless, I consider these points rather minor and if ever in Milan again, I would definitely use this flat again.

• Mario (8/5): - Ruhige Lage, U-Bahn nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Supermärkte, Bäckereien und eine Einkaufsstraße. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß lediglich 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus ist ruhig, die Nachbarn hört man kaum. Der Markt ist zweimal pro Woche, ist aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern de facto nicht zu hören. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt empfiehlt es sich Handtücher mitzunehmen, da es vor Ort welche gibt, aber nur für wenige Tage ausreichend sind. Wer sich mit einem Induktionsherd nicht auskennt, sollte sich vorher damit vertraut machen, um sich etwas zubereiten zu können.

Ci ritorneremo quando torneremo a Milano Nel bagno mancava un tappeto per la doccia. La cabina doccia avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore pulizia.

• Pablo (10/5): Volveremos a Milan - Estuvimos dos noches y el apartamento nos encantó. Muy limpio. Perfectamente dotado. La ubicación, junto a la estación, nos resultó cómoda para llegar e irnos. Todo lo relativo al apartamento en sí fue perfecto. El barrio de día está muy bien, pero de noche tuvimos una mala experiencia que nos generó cierta sensación de inseguridad. Nada que ver con el apartamento, que estuvo maravillosamente bien.

• andrea (9/5): Milano tranquilla vicino alla stazione - Appartamento accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Le finestre si affacciano su una bella piazza grande e tranquilla, e in lontananza si vede un bello skiliner e pure il frontone della stazione, che dista pochi passi dall’appartamento.

• Nabeel (8/5): Great place and Location - Close proximity to train , bus station and Halal (cheap) restaurants. The cheapest grocery store Tuday Conad is also round the corner. All European hotels have two pin plugs. Just letting anyone know that bring your three pin converter if you need charge. The property has USB charging port but not type C. I had to buy converter from outside costing €15 !! The property is third floor but good clean and comfy with kitchen facilities. We only stayed one night. It’s number 34 right beside Just India restaurant.

Итак , уставшие и измотанные перелетом , мы с друзьями приехали в полночь , наша задача была поспать, поесть и утром отравится дальше в путь, я ,измотанная, легла спать , а один мой друг открыл папочку и сказал мне, что утром мы должны , согласно правилам в папочке вынести мусор! Бинго, на утро выяснилось , что из трех мусорных баков в комнате для сортировки , в двоих нет пакетов, как это должно было выглядеть , мы не поняли. На ровном месте- головная боль.

• Sara (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist zentral und gut erreichbar in der Nähe des Haptbahnhofs gelegen. Wir konnten die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir sehen wollten, zu fuß erreichen - aber natürlich gibt es alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hell. Sie hat auch eine Klimaanlage zur Abkühlung. Mir haben die Architektubücher im Regal gefallen.

• Eduard (8/5): Enjoyable and comfortable stay. - Very comfortable apartment in a nice farily quiet location with air conditioning which was most appreciated in the hot weather. For a self catering apartment there was a bit of a shortage of some basic utensils for cooking and eating.

• Sandra (5/5): Good location and hopefully it’s better cleaned than my experience. - Location and quality of building. Had not been cleaned properly. Shower needs upgrade on top of being unclean. When i complained to the owner, they agreed to to my request for a 30% refund but also suggested i should perhaps leave! AFTER 24 hours flying and then walking around milan since 7am (an earlier checkin was refused) we had no intention of relocating - are you crazy?? When i found more faults (no milk for coffee, no liquid soap in kitchen or bathroom, not even cleaning products to clean the shower myself) i suggested a 50% refund and was then accused of blackmailing her. A property being old or weary is one thing, but lack of cleaning is not acceptable. The owner really should have offered a full refund - and in which case i would not have left a public review. She blamed the cleaners and apparently that should have satisfied me but alas that’s not how it works in the hospitality industry. There is also not a blind on one window so it’s very light if you’re trying to sleep in.

The apartment was in a great location, easy walk from the train station and very close to multiple subway lines and tram lines for quick access to the main sights. • Medved (10/5): Great stay, great host, great value. - The location is close to the central station if you plan some outbound activities. The apartment is not big, but it is totally fine for a couple. The apartment is equipped well. The host very much cares, and you will find all necessary things prepared. The street is a wide boulevard with no traffic, so the taxi access is very easy if you need one. The area is safe. It's not about not liking, just be ware that there is a market on Saturday right below. This is good if you want to buy some farmers food, but be prepared for an early start :)

The room had a great temperature, the bed was very comfortable, and there was always hot water! We liked our stay very much and will definitely choose the apartment again when we revisit.

• Louise (10/5): Absolutely perfect apartment - This property has everything that you could possibly need! Well stocked with extra pillows and blankets. Washing machine with laundry soap. I really appreciated the few drinks and snacks that were left. There was plenty cooking utensils and plates. I appreciated the great communication from the host, and the clear check in instructions. I would absolutely stay here again! This property is close to the metro, as well as Milano centrale. At night time I felt a little unsafe walking back to the apartment as there were a few dodgy people around (this is not a criticism of the apartment, just for other travellers to be aware)

The day we arrived the Saturday market was in full swing in the street outside - vibrant and colourful. Good shopping at Lima a few minutes away and a metro station that can take you straight to the Duomo and upmarket shopping district.
