• Stéphanie (9/5): Appartement 2 chambres confortable au centre de venise, près de toutes les commodités - Disponible sur place pour la remise de clé (bons échanges clairs par messages). Appartement super bien situé quasi sur la rue Strada Nova, remplies de commerces et restaurants et vaporetto (Ca'd'oro). Chambres spacieuces, lits confortables, petit coin cuisine et petite sdb. Ce qu'il faut pour un court séjour.
• Stefanie (9/5): Großes Apartment - Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße, trotzdem zentral mit vielen Geschäften um die Ecke und einer nahegelegenen vaporetto Haltestelle. Die Waschmaschine hat in Apartment 2 auch gut funktioniert. Das Apartment war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesen, die Bettdecken hatten einige Flecken und im Bad war leider schwarzer Schimmel rund um das Fenster und einige Feuchtigkeitsspuren insgesamt im Apartment, was man aber wohl in Venedig so hinnehmen muss. • Eva (10/5): Perfect base to explore Venice. - I would come here again. Very good location, walking or going with vaporetto. Still not so noisy, you can relax. The apartment is well equipped, just in case. Nothing special. We were happy to stay here.
• Romina (10/5): Lo mejor de Cannaregio - La ubicacion es excepcional!! A metros de calle principal y estacion del vaporetto. Amplio depto, todas las comodidades, divinamente decorado. La terraza-balcon es un extra que suma mucho, si bien es interna no es algo facil de encontrar en Venecia. Un piso x escaleras pero nada dificil para subir las maletas, a tener en cuenta para viajeros ya que la gran mayoria de lo que ofrecen otros no lo aclaran. Lo vuelvo a decir, creo que es el gran miedo cuando hay que decidir al momento de reservar...la ubicacion en el barrio de Cannaregio es increible!! Volveremos ❤️ No funcionaba el lavarropas, solo eso.

• sofia (9/5): Tutto benissimo 😊 - Casa piccolina ma funzionale. C'è tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, soprattutto in cucina, sono rimasta sorpresa. Staff molto gentile e cordiale e posizione molto tranquilla e comoda. Se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa, il phon. È piccolino ma tutto sommato funzionante, l'aria però rimane freddo/tiepida quindi per chiome folte consiglio di portarlo da casa 😂

• Lucie (10/5): Naprosto skvělá lokalita a pohodlné, čisté ubytování - Skvělá lokalita, čisté ubytování, obchod 3min chůze. Na vaporetto - linka 1 - doslova pár kroků. Varná konvice, sporák, základní vybavení kuchyně nechybělo. Postel pohodlná, zásuvky v ložnici v blízkosti. Rádi se vrátíme! Ocenila bych třeba několik čajů, nebo opravení nefunkčního vybavení (pračka). Za náš pobyt bychom ji nevyužili, ale pokud je ve vypsaném vybavení, obzvlášť při delším pobytu s ní mohou hosti počítat.

• Victoria (10/5): Ubicación zona Cannaregio y comodidad mucho mejor que una habitación de hotel de 4 personas - Ubicación en Cannaregio, con parada a pocos metros de una parada de vaporetto , cerca de zona comercial y supermercados y a un paseo de los sitios más importantes . Ideal para 4 personas, dos habitaciones amplias, cocina equipada, baño y hall con sofá. Muy bien acondicionada de temperatura y limpio. Pietro muy amable al entregarnos las llaves y además nos dejaron hacer check out manteniendo las llaves durante la última mañana de turismo, para recoger las mochilas posteriormente antes de ir al aeropuerto. Es un primero sin ascensor, para tener en cuenta para personas de movilidad reducida. Todo perfecto

The host was most kind to allow us an early check in. The location is outstanding.. in the heart of a street, yet away from the noise and hustle. Access to restaurants, ferry dock and short walk from the key sights and sounds of Venice. Well equipped with all services and facilities and amenities and brand new renovated rooms, bathrooms.

Spazi puliti caldi e accoglienti, il proprietario Pietro ci ha accolti personalmente ed è stato molto disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Si dorme benissimo perché l’appartamento è silenzioso e il materasso comodissimo!Doppio tipo di cuscini molto apprezzato Mi è piaciuto tutto. Come consigli di miglioramento aggiungerei dei calici per il vino, delle scodelle e qualche stoviglia in più, ma sono dettagli !

Lively neighborhood during the day and yet enjoyable at night. The flat was super comfortable and only up one flight of stairs. It had all the amenities we could have wanted for our short stay. The host's representative was extremely nice and helpful upon check-in. We hope to be back soon.

Boisterous voices may sometimes be heard from the alley and adjacent apartments in the evening -- common to most lodging in dense Venice, so this one may be quieter than most. As with most queen beds in Italy, a harder seam down the middle discourages cuddling.

• Lisha Joyce (10/5): - What I like about the property was that the location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, we didn’t even need to use the water bus. We also just walked from Santa Lucia railway station as we only had cabin size luggages. I also felt safe around the area and the restaurants around the accommodation are not that expensive. Everything was nice and clean; all you need is there. Even the washing detergent if you need to use the washing machine. Me and my family had a pleasant stay in the apartment. Would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends. It would be nice if there would be extra pillows, but that’s personal preference.

• bamblues (5/5): 좋은 위치의 숙소입니다. - 위치가 메인스트리트에 위치하고, 베니스 기차역 앞에서 Vaporetto 1번을 타면 10분 만에 Ca' D'Oro 정류장에 도착하고 걸어서 2분 거리에 위치합니다. 산 마르코 광장까지 걸어서 15분 거리에 위치합니다. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 나고, 샤워실에 배수가 잘 안됩니다. 수건이 체크인할 때만 지급되며 건조시켜서 사용해야 합니다. 여분의 수건을 가져오세요. 화장지가 부족하니 근처 Coop에서 구입하세요.

• Bettina (7/5): - Hallo Pietro, es hat uns in der Unterkunft gut gefallen. Insbesondere die Lage des Apartments sowie die Sauberkeit waren prima. Für die nächsten Besucher gibt es ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: die Ausstattung der Küche kann noch ergänzt werden. Es gab weder eine Schüssel, ein Sieb, Geschirrtücher, scharfe Messer oder weitere Gebrauchsgegenstände.  Die Anzahl des Geschirrs, die Gläser und das Besteck erforderten jeden 2. Tag einen Spülmaschinendurchlauf. Dafür waren ausreichend Spül- und Waschmittel sowie Tabs für die Spülmaschine vorhanden.  Die Angabe auf der Website, es gäbe eine Terrasse/Balkon ist unzutreffend! Der sogenannte Balkon war ein über 2 Fenster erreichbarer größerer Blumenkasten. Das fanden wir sehr schade, denn es war mit ein Grund, dieses Apartment zu buchen. Der zugesagte Handtuchwechsel nach der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes hat leider nicht statt gefunden.  Toll organisiert ist die Mülltrennung. Die Übergabe des Apartments durch Tommaso war super. Er kam früher, obwohl wir vor der Zeit dort waren. Keine Terrasse/Balkon, obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand

• Ana Isabel (10/5): Bello apartamento cerca de San Marcos - El apartamento es muy céntrico, a 10 minutos andando de la plaza de San Marcos. Es muy cómodo y está muy bien decorado y equipado. El muchacho que nos hizo el checkin era muy amable y hablaba algo de español, lo que nos ayudó a entender bien las indicaciones. Es un primero sin ascensor, para nosotros no fue problema, pero a tener en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida.

• Judy (10/5): LARGE Apt. with EVERYTHING & great WiFi in Prime Venice Location - Everything! Staying there was a breeze from check-in to check-out. Grazie Mille Pietro! He met us at the apartment (apt.) when we arrived. We called him as we boarded Vaparetto #1 at Piazzale Roma. He told us to get off at Ca d'Oro, which we did. Then it was a quick 100m walk to the apt. The small street on which the apt. is located is right next to a colorful store called "Pylon." Check-in was fast & easy. Pietro spoke English & answered all our questions --- like which nearby grocery store was good. (Answer: Supermercato Coop - Via Cannaregio, Calle S. Felice, 3660 - 180m from apt.) Make sure to bring some Euros in cash to pay the Venice Tourist Tax. Apt. has EVERYTHING --- window shutters, dishwasher with dishwashing liquid, laundry machine with laundry detergent, iron for ironing clothes, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine, tea bags, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, full complement of plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, etc. There were even scissors with the cooking knives. In the main bedroom, between a wardrobe closet and the wall, there is a clothes drying rack. There is also a clothesline outside. Clothes pins are next to the laundry machine. Though I didn't need to, I washed clothes twice while I was there, just to test out the machine. It worked perfectly. However, don't use the ECO wash cycle. It takes forever. WiFi also worked well throughout the apt. Apt. had an extra blanket in the wardrobe closet; so, we were comfortably warm when we slept. Apt. is right in the heart of Venice. Great eateries & shopping nearby. One can walk to Piazza San Marco in 15-20 minutes (depending on how fast the people traffic jam is moving). Price for the apt. is excellent given its prime location. It's also quite a large apartment for being in the center of things. All in all, I would definitely stay here again & have been recommending this place to all my friends and family since coming back. Venice was on the cool side during our stay. The apt. floors were cold. (I think in hot summer weather, these cool floors would be a definite plus.) I was very HAPPY that I brought my house slippers with me.

We purchased vaporetto ticket unlimited thinking we have to ride a-lot but almost everything we want to see is walking distance. • Tony (10/5): Great location. Lovely apartment. Bigger than expected . Pictures did not do it justice. - Modern clean fresh looking and smelt very nice every time you entered the apartment. I liked it all but the shower was slow and as the plugs are thinner than normal European adaptors, it made it difficult to charge phones with only one adapter that would fit. Maybe some usb or USB-C would be good if not able and socket next to bed.
• Kirsty (8/5): Fantastic little apartment close to everything - Fantastic safe area to stay, ability to walk everywhere, plenty of choices of restaurants, close to a decent supermarket and close to areas off the beaten track within 5 minutes walk, close to the vaporetto to Murano and Burano which are well worth a day trip. Apartment was great, nice to have a separate bedroom to the living space, only one level up so not too many stairs to climb. Fantastic having a washing machine and outside lines out the bedroom windows that hang over a quiet pathway which I discovered by chance (just not quite enough pegs supplied, consider bringing some yourself) plus there was a drying rack to dry inside Not much to dislike but it is a small shower space, no tea towels supplied which was super inconvenient. The little balcony with table and chairs is within an ugly inner courtyard that smelt bad and got no sun so unfortunately wasn't really a nice place to sit. Needed more clothes pegs for hanging washing outside

• Kai (8/5): Great location, good value for money! - Great apartment space, central and quiet location, washing machine is a bonus especially for longer travels. No tumbler dryer but there were clothes rack for drying. We didn’t cook but there were stove tops and cooking utensils. Great heating system/panels during winter. Shower space is really small with ok water pressure (I am 162cm tall). Note no toiletries are included in your stay, however this is already clearly stated prior to booking. Property could perhaps consider providing toiletries as most (almost all) hotels/aparthotels/airbnb now provide toiletries.

• Chris (9/5): Top location - Large space pad, good kitchen and washing facilities and close to the a vaporetto stop makes getting there easy. Close to Rialto so central to everything. Shower was a bit small was the only issue.

The kitchen was not very well equipped ( missing cutting board for example) and it did not have the basic ingredients to cook such as olive oil, salt and pepper ( we stayed in Airbnb that had these basic ingredients). Some of the glasses were dirty and needed to be clean prior to using. The hair dryer didn’t work and the washing machine for clothes does not drain well so your clothes are soaked when cycle is done. The terrace advertised was also a bit disappointing.

Instant coffee in Italy is not my ideal of good coffee. We were in constant contact with the "fill-in" property manager updating him with when we would be there. Yet, he still had us wait about 15 min to arrive with the keys. There were no instructions provided as to which water taxi to take or where to get off.

• Gail (8/5): Apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. Very close to water taxi. - The host let us know what water ferry to catch and met us at the apartment. Everything was great. Cannot complain about anything.
• Amanda (8/5): Very good - Fab location and easy flight of stairs to the apt. Lovely bathroom and shower. Plenty of air conditioning units. Everything was pretty good, a coffee pod machine would have been great. The bed in the main room was very uncomfortable and lumpy mattress. We didn't use it but there wasn't a wardrobe in the second bedroom.

• Alice (7/5): Good quiet area just a few steps away from the main streets, very easy to find and perfect location for exploring Venice - Good location, helpful facilities with quick washing machine and drying area. Comfortable bedding and lots of spare blankets. Kitchen is equipped well if needed, decent quality bath towels supplied. The washing machine sounds like a plane taking off. Avoid using at night as the family living upstairs will be disturbed. Courtyard is very very hot and unusable due to mosquito but it’s Venice so that’s to be expected. Needs better lighting on entry, very dark staircase.
