• Roby (3/5): - Appartamento carino, abbiamo apprezzato la coperta elettrica. Anche il letto è comodo Purtroppo è successo un episodio troppo imbarazzante che riguarda la pulizia. La host si è scusata per telefono, ma non è venuta a dare una controllata se effettivamente il resto fosse stato fatto. Visto che viaggiavo con un bimbo piccolo, ho provveduto personalmente al controllo/ pulizia. Siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dalla porta di entrata perché abbiamo dato doppia mandata ( nessuno ci aveva avvisato). Il giorno seguente ho sollecitato un fabbro, ma la host per telefono mi ha detto che se davo solo una mandata non sarei rimasta chiusa fuori... Totalmente inadeguata come situazione. Tostapane rotto e sporco.

• Manuela (8/5): Per chi vuole la sicurezza e tranquillità della città e allo stesso tempo potersi spostare facilment - Posizione ottimale. Quartiere tranquillo e con molti punti di ristoro vicini di vario genere. Anche se non abbiamo conosciuto di persona la proprietaria è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile nel darci indicazioni per le nostre necessità. Già nel messaggio di benvenuto ci ha dato tantissime informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Se dovessi tornare a Roma sceglierei la stessa struttura.

• Lucian (10/5): Washing machine, TV, clean rooms and bathroom, microwave, plates, glasses, spoons, etc. - The property had all what you need. The bus also was in walking distance. The TV, Washing machine and the pizza shop close by was a plus. Property also had internet, plates, glasses and two beds. Our family of for was comfortable for the 5 days we were there. Had to fill out the forms online last minute, before getting the key box code. Nothing. All as expected.

• Thinker (7/5): Adequate apartment with good access to Rome temple. - Pros: comfy bed in the bedroom, nice sized bedroom/bathroom/kitchen area, big refrigerator, excellent A/C, great water pressure in the shower, quiet location, easy access to bus, nice local eats and convenience store. Cons: the apartment itself was nice enough, but there were a few things that made our stay less than perfect: •management didn’t notify me that I needed to fill out a lengthy tax form and pay the room tax before I could get the code to the key box, so I had to stand outside the apartment on a very hot day after a long flight filling online forms on my phone. I fortunately had data available. I could have done this beforehand if I had known. •No toilet paper on arrival and the water wand was broken. Elisabetta, the property manager, quickly responded by sending a delivery of toilet paper, but her response to the broken water wand was that she wouldn’t be fixing it because she was in a dispute with AirBnB and it wasn’t a necessary amenity anyway. •Cushions on sofa bed offer no cushion, very uncomfortable. Perhaps a good option for a child, but not an adult. •Drain in shower was very slow so shower pan flooded. •No detergent for washing machine.

Not up-to-date. access to grocery store by walking was poor. Need a car in this area or plan to use taxi alot

• Marc (9/5): Nice convenient apt - Clean and well decorated. Apt was great with everything you needed. It is located on the ground floor right after a pharmacy. Good WIFI and AC. Parking right outside door. We had a good stay. There is a small restaurant near by called Ippo which was great. Small family place. It was a bit difficult collecting the key code. We did not get the code until an hour before we arrived in the afternoon, which produced some anxiety of whether we could get in or not. We were almost ready to panic. Not sure why they cannot provide it a day or more before. It was also confusing when she sent a link to "register" for the apt just before we arrived. It turns out that in Italy it appears that you have to send your passport info just before you arrive. This was not explained and also confusing, so I am doing this now for the benefit of others.
• Lionel (9/5): Roomy, comfortable and reasonably priced. - The Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The bus stop was about 300 metres from the apartment. The cooking facilities and utensils were good. The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to communications. The host provided a WhatsApp number to facilitate communication. The Wifi was reliable and fast. The rooms were quite chilly but heaters were available. Bedroom blinds were damaged, allowing light in early in the morning. The bedroom door scraped when closing or opening. Grocery shopping was a little over 1 km at Carrefour..

• Taha (7/5): If I visit Rome again, I wouldn't hesitate to book the same apartment. - It was a beautiful place with a nearby temple, numerous restaurants, and a serene, clean atmosphere. The place was comfortable, but I noticed a hint of moisture softening the air. The place was cozy, but I noticed a hint of moisture in the air. I recommend using a dehumidifier to eliminate this sensation and maintain a dry, comfortable environment.

• Howell (8/5): Very good - This apartment was in close walking distance of the Rome Temple and visitor center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and also close to one of their church meeting houses. The second day, our host made an effort to improve what needed to be improved. We believe this accommodation would be great for Italians who want to visit the close by temple and visitor center but as the instructions were emailed in Italian and we don't speak that language....even with a door key, we struggled opening our door and so always had to get help. The locals had no trouble opening the door!

• Monhammad (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a residential area far from the hassle of tourist area in Rome. The bus stoppage is within 2 to 3 minutes walk and takes you to nearest Metro, shopping mall and laundromat. So it's very convenient. The restaurants are nearby and serve delicious breakfast, buffet Launches (including vegetarian) or Pizzas. We wanted to experience the local lifestyle. So it was a great experience for us. The apartment itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Since we stayed four nights, we even cooked 2 to 3 meals and found all the utensils in the kitchen. The host is great. The details provided during check-in contain all the information you need. She not only responded to our questions regarding tranpost, laundry, etc, offered to assist if needed. It felt great knowing you can reach someone in a foreign country if needed. The internet is also fast.

Complete kitchen with stove, utensils, cutlery, oil to cook, tea, sugar, coffee maker. Fridge & Freezer, kettle bonus microwave. Excellent. 10 of 10. More than 5 stars. Love it. The Electric kettle could have been proper size for the kitchen. Hot water shower could have been improved.
