• Julie (8/5): - Perfect location and wonderful views. Liked the historical but would be even better with a few additions. Microwave would be useful, couldn't tell if part of oven - didn't see any instructions. Lovely shower. Beds v comfortable. Glorious garden. Plenty of crockery and glasses etc 👍🏻 Riccardo was very helpful Lounge lighting - poor, too dark. Whilst history beautiful, old mirrors not really usable. As heating not on yet couldn't dry towels.

• Manuela (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, alles hat gepasst! - Tolle Lage - ruhig und doch nahe Vaporetti-Station und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir es geliebt, uns abends noch in den Garten zu setzen. Alles perfekt!
• Georgia (10/5): Perfect accommodation - Absolutely loved our stay in Venice. Cannaregio was a quiet area away from the hussle and bustle of the touristy areas. The beds were so comfortable, and the peace and quiet at night helped us sleep better than we did at home! Lots of local shops close by coffee, local bakery, restaurants, etc. We all absolutely loved Venice (my children and husband) and will miss it. We didn't book to stay longer!!!

• Sheila (9/5): If it is good enough for Jeff Bezos.... - The location is exceptional! Just on the outskirts of the madness...so in high season we could walk to the sites and shopping but when we returned to our area it was super peaceful. Our area also offered our best dinning experiences - more local and relaxing. The one dinner that was poor was on the other side of the action and we got scammed.... Not near Casa Contarini... absolute magic! Walked to the train station when it was time to leave...place was impeccably clean, good sleep space and lovely outdoor area too. Not out hosts fault that Jeff Bezos hosted his welcome party for his Venetian wedding in the Cloister directly behind our room! The Jeff Bezos wedding in cloister behind our bedrooms. Although watching the celebrities arrive by gondola a few feet from us was neat...being trapped in our rental the first night by security with no warning made us a little stressed...but the overall experience was truly excellent and we would absolutely stay there again!!
• Moira (9/5): Superb - Quiet location away from the crowds with beautiful church next door. A private garden to sit out in was a bonus. The owners took great care to decorate the flat in an authentic manner to suit the building. We were met at the nearby vaporetto stop and shown the way to our accommodation by Riccardo, who showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us. Close to lots of eating places but away from mass crowds. Apart from having only one pillow each, there was nothing we didn't like.
• Melanie (9/5): Superb - We had a great experience with check-in as we were kindly picked up at the water-bus station by one of the staff members, Riccardo, who took great care in showing us the apartment and giving us tips in terms of local food etc. The accomodation itself was beautiful and comfortable, and the decor created a great ambiance. The location was perfect - 4min walk from the water bus stop; walking distance from restaurants and grocery store; importantly, it felt less touristy than a lot of other areas in Venice. The hosts were also flexible with checkout and luggage storage on the day of checkout, which made things easier for us In rainy weather, the apartment was quite dark even with all the lights on. Outdoor furniture was not available in winter therefore we couldn’t utilise the beautiful garden space.

• Maria (8/5): very convenient and nice - Located in a very nice area, off the beaten track with lots of vine bars and restaurants near by but still not crowded or loud. The Appartement is well equipped and had all we needed. It is tastefully furnished with a lovely garden next to a beautiful church, directly facing a canal. Heating worked and it has 2 bathrooms. Staff is very responsive and kind. We will definitely come back. Small detail are the slightly heavy woolen blankets, would have preferred duvets, but that wasn’t a big problem.
