Абсолютно всичко е на близо и не е необходимо дори да се ползва градски транспорт. Препоръчвам. Аз лично ще посетя отново!

• alla (5/5): Ужасна квартира - Расположение Ужасная,грязная,необустроенная кватрира Плесень в ванне,диван поломан не возможно спать,подушки в комках,старая потрепанная мебель,посуда,поломанные старые стулья,вобщем прошлый век!!!!никакого комфорта;цена слишком завышенна для таких ужасных условий Единственное местоположение,до эспанской площади 3 минуты.

Rien à dire propre et très spacieux Le wifi ne fonctionne pas trop à certains endroits mais le propriétaire nous a trouvé une solution le jour même

• Stefano (4/5): Unico vantaggio la posizione. - La posizione è decisamente molto comoda. La stanza era grande, anche se non curata. All'arrivo ci è stato detto che avevamo riservato la stanza più piccola perchè avevamo lo sconto Genius, ma in realtà durante la riservazione non era indicato nulla. Le risposte erano lacunose; solo il giorno prima, quando ho scritto tramite messaggio ho ricevuto risposte esaustive. La stanza è mal tenuta, sportelli rotti, luci che non vanno, ecc.... La pulizia è scarsa. I letti scomodissimi, soprattutto il divano letto. Eravamo in 4 e ci hanno consegnato una sola chiave.
• Cristina (1/5): Apartamento céntrico pero con pésimas instalaciones - Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación. En pleno centro de Roma El apartamento está muy viejo. En tres días no conseguimos meter la clave de wifi. Por más que lo intentamos, imposible. La calefacción sólo funcionó el primer día y, el segundo día, ya no había agua caliente. Poquísimo menaje de cocina, el baño muy viejo, tapa del WC rota, sofá incómodo, sillas del salón viejas e incómodas. Un reguero de hormigas en la pared del salón que nos acompañaban todos los días. En fin, el apartamento necesita una reforma y lavado de cara urgente. Pésima relación calidad -precio

However, the apartment is not comfortable for four people, as the sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no natural daylight because there are no windows, which makes the space feel quite dark.

• Leonardo (9/5): - Appartamento pulito , molto carino e accogliente. Ci siamo stati solo una notte, ma ci siamo sentiti a casa. Posizione centralissima a 50 mt. da piazza di Spagna e con ristoranti notevoli nelle vicinanze. Non posso parlare dei proprietari in quanto abbiamo.fatto un self check in,.ma sono.stati prontissimi con indicazioni o risposte a domande Come cose non piaciute ci sono 2 cose piuttosto soggettive, una la poca luminosità naturale dell'appartamento , in quanto si trova incassato fra i palazzi. La seconda la temperatura piuttosto alta del riscaldamento

• Sadia (6/5): Emplacement idéal pour tout visiter à pied, malgré des défauts dans le logement. - L'emplacement est idéal. La chambre est grande. Alessandro a fait son maximum pour nous rendre le séjour agréable malgré quelques soucis dans l'appartement. Le canapé lit n'est pas confort. L'hôte a dû mettre un deuxième matelas et mes sœurs ont pu dormir correctement. La machine à café est une machine à café italienne et non électrique. Pas de vue extérieure - Barreaux aux fenêtres au 1er étage. Quelques autres choses défectueuses.
• Onofrei (9/5): Excelent! - Locatia este extraordinara, zona zero, exact langa Treptele Spaniole si fix in centrul istoric, a fost senzational! Saltele comode, se doarme bine, camere separate, foarte potrivit pt 1 familie cu copii sau 2 cupluri, noi am fost 2 perechi si a fost totul perfect. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte eficienta si prompta de fiecare data, m-am simtit confortabil si in siguranta. Recomand! Mai multa atentie la detalii in curatenia de la baie si ar fi binevenita cate 1 cafea de persoana dimineata si ceva apa de baut.

• Brandalise (9/5): Satisfeito e bem acolhidos. - Localização do apartamento é excelente. Perto de tudo a pé. Fomos até o Vaticano também a pé. Fontana di Trevi a 300 metros. Tudo perto. A segunda cama podia ser melhor. Faltou água quente para o banho um dia. Não havia uma vassoura para limpar p chão, no nosso caso ficamos 05 dias. Mas o resto é tudo excelente.

El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. El anfitrión es muy amable y atento. El apartamento es muy agradable y cumple con las condiciones para la estancia; sin embargo, consideramos que requiere renovaciones, principalmente en los clósets, la cocina y el baño. Falta horno microondas y cafetera. El aire acondicionado del comedor debería estar en la sala, pues esta se usa como habitación.

W mieszkaniu praktycznie nie ma światła słonecznego, klimatyzacja niestety kiepsko działał, a sąsiadka z góry robiąca problem, ponieważ wchodząc po schodach byłyśmy głośno nie jest zbyt sympatyczna,

• Pardeep (8/5): Very good - Nice, quiet place. Near the Spanish steps and close to metro. Owner was available and receptive. Wifi was not good on first night, he addressed it the next morning. Accommodated late check in and check out. The water would get cold in 3 to 4 mins. So, cold showers. Sofa bed was not that comfortable, but inside bed was very comfortable.

• Christiaan (7/5): Very nice stay at a cosy appartement right in the centre of Rome - Alessandro who checked us in was very friendly. The appartement has everything you need and is spacious enough. Location is superb, in a nice street with some restaurants, right in the middle of the old city centre, between the Spanish steps and Trevi fontain. Really good value for money! The appartement could be a bit cleaner, layers of dust at the wooden beams. It was a bit noisy sometimes in the evening and you could notice sigarette smoke because of the cosy restaurant in front of the front door and the lack of a window above this front door. We couldn't detect a smoke alarm and there are no escape routes in the worst case of an emergency. We think safety measures are more of an issue in The Netherlands.

• Besso (9/5): This is a great apartment in the perfect location to explore Rome. - The location was absolutely fantastic. We were walking distance to most of Romes must sees. It was also great to have a kitchen even though there were numerous restaurants to choose from. We liked everything about the property.

• Catherine (6/5): Needs a refurb and overpriced - Great location Very badly furnished, very poor kitchen equipment, the bath was cracked and mould all around the edges. The shower did not have a wall bracket and you had to hold it up. The terrace was filthy and the table belonged in a rubbish tip. The light switches were greasy and dirty. There was a picture on the bathroom wall that had not even been unpacked from its wrapping. The kettle was dangerous and old. It was a stove top one with a whistle and was corroded and had an unstable handle. The sofa was a disgrace and there was no tables or any other furniture in the sitting area. The apartment had no windows!

When I called the owner he said there is a lift but when we got there and we told him that he lied, he did not comment. There are Steep steps even to go up and down and carry luggage. Completely different from pictures.

The internet connection is totally random and most of the time it does not work: not the fixed and not the mobile. Not even the telephone line always works. The bed mattresses are terrible as well as the mattress of the sofa bed which is less than 5cm thick. The only two windows open on an tiny and dirty court so that flat is quite dark… small resemblance with the pictures on booking Long story short … absolutely avoid this flat unless you are willing to pay an awful amount of money just to be 1 minute from Trinità dei Monti
