• Ela (10/5): Ottima esperienza. - C’era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La zona, essendo molto vicino alla stazione, non è proprio bellissima. Però, nello stesso tempo è comoda sia per raggiungere la stazione a piedi, sia il centro della città.

La literie n'est pas très confortable et le nettoyage laisse à désirer. Le divan de l'appartement de gauche n'est pas du tout confortable. Certaines casseroles n'étaient pas propres.

Ottima la pulizia Purtroppo l’unica nota negativa è la zona e le persone che ci sono fuori la sera, ma una volta entrati in casa ti scordi della brutta zona perché l’appartamento è davvero bello. La cosa positiva della zona è che c’è la stazione vicina, la casa si raggiunge a piedi.

• Carina (9/5): Perfekt! - Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

They dont mention there are 2 rooms connected with no doors between, therefor no privacy for the 2 couples sleeping there. Water pressure mostly to 0 for showering, in the morning it was better, but in the evening it was awfull. No cover for the duvets.

• gabriele (8/5): - Posizione centralissima vicino alla stazione Termini come volevamo noi. Finiture di lusso, silenzio, accogliente. Suggerisco intanto di correggere l'indirizzo indicato nella prenotazione che è diverso da quello effettivo. Inoltre avevamo ben specificato che avevamo tre biciclette da mettere al sicuro, perché costose, cosa che non è stato possibile fare e questo ha creato difficoltà e perdita di tempo. Infine mettere a disposizione degli ospiti non solo il caffè ma anche qualche fetta biscottate, un pò di marmellata, così come fanno un pò tutti i proprietari di appartamenti.

• Roula (8/5): Incredible apartment but sketchy area. - I booked this for my 2 sons (20 and 24) and a friend of theirs. They absolutely loved this 3 bedroom. Said it was a beautiful apartment and the host was amazing! Sadly my 20 year old whose 6’5” tall and 230 lbs got his baptismal cross ripped off his neck by 6 guys! I’m happy he’s ok but it was a sad thing for him. They said the location was very sketchy. I chose it because it’s close to the Rome train station and they needed to leave early the next day for Naples. That incident soured their taste for Rome, they were only there for a couple days.
• Anthony (5/5): Glad it was only a two day stay. - It has a small lift which was handy for moving three large suitcases. It is located close to Roma Termini and close to Vittorio Emanuele metro station, which made it easy getting around Rome. The photos of the interior of the apartment on the website don’t match current furniture. No tv in lounge, old tired leather couch, outdoor dining table and chairs vs what is in the pictures. The floors were dirty, the bed covers were heavily stained, the one shower was partially blocked so the base would fill with water. You could also hear people having arguments in other apartments. Did not feel that it was good value for money.
• Beatrix (4/5): Very disappointed in myself and also there is a bit of misleading information on advertisement. - The property was clean and close to station and the contact person was very nice. The apartment we were in was not shown in any of the photos on booking.com. I should have read the details and was led by photos on website. We booked the deluxe apartment. No TV in lounge room only a very tiny screen opposite the kitchen nook. Only 1 person could be in kitchen at one time. No microwave, no toaster. We booked for 6 people and there was no area for us to sit and watch tv together. There was a large dining table. One of the 3 bedrooms had no door and open to a lounge room. Very disappointed in myself for not looking it into more carefully but none of the pictures showed this apartment. Would not recommend this apartment for more than 2 people. It did cost us a large sum for this apartment for the three nights but I thought we were getting something far much more to enable us to celebrate our last nights in Italy.

• Wee (1/5): Fraudulent Apartment with Non-functional Facilities - Upon arrival, I was re-directed to another apartment which I later discovered that several essential amenities were not functioning: * The washer was non-existent, which is not what was advertised. * The toilet is non-functional, which is a serious hygiene and comfort issue. * The stove does not work, preventing me from preparing meals. * The electric kettle is unclean, disallowing me to use it. These issues are unacceptable, especially considering that these facilities were listed as fully functional in the booking description. I expected a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and this experience has been disappointing. I would not wish for anyone to go through this experience. Hence, please reconsider your choice wisely,.

Rooms were spacious, clean and all neccesary utensils and appliances are there. Beds were comfy. No complaints.

There is no possibility to leave luggages after the check out. Of course it is not a must condition but it could really help. • Stevechong001 (9/5): Made our stay in Rome a great one - Excellent location, handy to some of the major sites of room, good communications with host. Host uses Whatsapp, so best to add her to what's app for calls. Apartment was really clean and gave us a good start for our stay in Rome. A few minutes walk from a big supermarket. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge benefit as we were two adult couples. Also the cook top is induction, so users need to be aware of this. Internet speed was good at 47 mb/s down and 16 mb/s up. Other reviewers said the neighbourhood was bad, but we felt safe at all times. Train station is about 10 min walk We had no problems as all, a microwave would have been hand, but no big deal for us

• Mohsin (3/5): Bad terrible scary experience - Location was good walking distance to train station and attractions Rude staff, poor wifi connection, uncomfortable beds, poor quality pillows and no hot water. The main surprise was when the taxi booked by the apartment did not show up in the morning. It was 2:45 am and we were stranded. Luckily we found the other taxi and made it to the airport otherwise it would have ruined our trip. When i later texted the owner about this instead of apologizing she kept stating that the taxi driver was there. I sent her my messages and voice call snapshots from WhatsApp to the taxi driver who did not respond to any. This was so disappointing experience as i was travelling with children. Won’t recommend this place to anyone
• Vicky (10/5): Fabulous! Lily was just wonderful - a true diamond! - Close to local amenities and walking distance to most attractions. It was easy to access transport links and felt safe and secure. We struggled a little with utensils for cooking meals - a couple of knives for cutting up vegetables etc would make the kitchen area perfect.

• Teresa (8/5): Great apartment and convenient location! - It was a little difficult to find the property at first. But our calls were answered and we were eventually directed to the right place. The apartment was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station. It was perfect for our family of 4! It appeared to be located in a fun area with lots of restaurants/wine bars but we didn't have much time to explore as we were only there for 1 night and spent most of our time in Rome seeing the typically tourist sites.

• Anonymous (3/5): Great location, poor staff, don’t give Lilly 200 euro deposit, it’s a rip off - The location is perfect, the apartment has amenities but they need better cleaning. The 200 euro deposit, the lady staff Lilly, I believe that was her name is rude and not welcoming when we had trouble with the broken towel rack, we asked her to come and check our shower because the water was not working. We made the mistake of letting her in while we were out and the next day the towel rack fell off the wall. She blamed it on us, scream at us and rude and she left and we never heard about our 200 euro deposit. I had to reach booking.com to get my deposit. I feel she is a scam artist. The towel rack had screws undone, and not properly aligned, that was very suspicious. It took me about a week and half to get my deposit and I was charged for the failing towel rack a fee of 50 euros. Plus I was charged fees to get my euros to my account. I was with my family and she ruin our stay in Rome. The only bad part is they only give you one metal key. Location is perfect. The apartment needs a better way to reach out whoever is responsible for the flat.
• Maurice (8/5): Nice apartment - but not location - The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. There was a lovely park across the street with a cafe and free museum with an architecture display. The wifi reception was good. There was an elevator to get to the 5th floor where our apartment was. Being near the train station is not a safe location as there are many thieves preying on tourists. The nearest stores and shops are Asian. In order to get to the Rome sites, we either ubered or rented scooters or electric bikes. The closest site, the colloseum, is a 20-minute walk. We had 2 phones stolen. One when getting on the metro near our apartment and one a couple blocks away from the park - not sure how that happened.

Also at 15 minutes walk to colosseum All appliances could not be used simultaneously. Limited hot water supply after which takes time once tank is empty. These are things which should be mentioned in the property details.

• Adrianne (8/5): The apartment was comfortable, however, the hosts were not welcoming, friendly, punctual or efficien - The apartment was spacious, bright and relatively clean, it was also in a good position and quiet. The hosts weren't punctual. They took 2 complete payments, due to their inefficiency, and one promised refund hasn't arrived 3 weeks after my stay. The hosts were rushed and kept telling us how busy they were. In fact, too busy to give us a walk through of the apartment. Consequently, with the AC on, the addition of a kettle caused all the electricity to go off. This was repaired 2.5 hrs later. There was a lot of rubbish outside the bedroom windows.

• Hákon (8/5): A grand top-floor apartment near Roma Termini - A very grand and spacious 3-bedroom apartment. A 10-minute walk from Roma Termini. Everything was very clean and both the kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor with only a small elevator which is very old. Also the beds were not that comfortable.

• Kirsty (3/5): Poor - The overall location in terms of vicinity was good but in terms of safety it was not very reassuring. The apartment was not clean. There was a strong bad smell. The floors were dirty and the kitchen appliances and cupboards were not cleaned. We had no connection throughout the apartment, not even right next to the modem. We were asked for a deposit a couple of hours before check in and the sheets were ripped. Additionally, we were a group of 5 yet, the hot water tank was only enough for 2 people to use at a time.

We were able to reach them by phone everytime for a need or question.The room had two different bathrooms,very helpful for a group of four.The Metro line station was less than 50 meteres away.

The apartments furnishings were very basic and in need on an update. not enough seating in the lounge area. Mattress in main bedroom was in two sections and moved during the night.

• Leroy (5/5): The apartment was okay for 2 nights and the location near the train terminal was very convenient - There was no breakfast included. We never got the apartment we booked instead we were switched to another. Then we were told a 200 euro deposit was required for a 2 day stay which was returned the next day.
• Simone (6/5): Comfortable but needs some additional touches - Close to the Termini and other public transportation options. Spacious apartment. There is no air conditioning in gone of the rooms and the advise to keep the other doors open wasn’t that successful in cooling it down. For the other rooms, the air conditioning worked great. WiFi was horrible. We kept getting kicked off and sometimes couldn’t access it. I didn’t appreciate being asked for 200 euro cash deposit upon check-in. Nothing previously indicated that this would be required. We were able to sort it out but it was quite a surprise. The larger bathroom is cramped but large simultaneously. Toilet, sink, and shower bunched up along one wall with a huge open space on the other wall. It’s hard to shower without wetting the floor with the large rain shower. The neighborhood is very immigrant and working class. Not a lot of boutiques close by.
