• Vladimir (9/5): Excellent location, spacious apartment - Excellent location for exploring Rome. Within walking distance to all must-see places in the city, we used metro only to get to Vatican, metro station is near the apartment. Excellent communication with the owner, Nando was very helpful. All rooms in apartment were very spacious, beds comfortable. I can only recommend. Lift to the apartment is in reconstruction, we were informed by host in advance, it was not a problem for us.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem i duży plus za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania oraz pozostawienia walizek w dniu wymeldowania. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i dobrze sprawdza się dla rodziny lub większej grupy. My byliśmy w trzy pary – każdy miał własny pokój i łazienkę, co było dużym komfortem. Jedynym minusem był brak windy. Polecam!
• Zeren (9/5): Great host,great apartment - Beautiful Apartment at a busy street in Rome. Very comfortable beds, good showers. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner welcomed us personally and made sure we settled well. We had good communication with the owner and could ask for help if needed. Nando is a great host! The apartment is located high in the building and unfortunately the lift does not work. It was not an issue for us. Nando helped us get the bags up the stairs, which was very nice.

Lamentablemente un lugar sin ascensor en un cuarto piso...aunque tuvimos la ayuda del dueño para subir y bajar el equipaje. Subir y bajar 96 escalones varias veces algo complicado. Teníamos una personas con problemas en su tobillo...
• Marina (9/5): Roma a Ottobre in famiglia - Sicuramente la posizione: vicino a Termini, ma nel contempo vicino al centro. L'appartamento è grande e per un gruppo di persone come noi ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Un punto a favore aii bagni che sono belli e comodi. Letti comodi, ben accessoriata la cucina, stanze spaziose. Buona anche l'insonorizzazione, a finestre chiuse, per le stanze che danno su Via Nazionale. Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità da parte di Nando. Ci si muove a piedi con facilità e la stazione della metropolitana è a due passi. L,'ascensore fermo, l'appartamento è al quarto piano. Nando è disponibilissimo a portare i bagagli, ma a prescindere da questo un palazzo di quella portata ha bisogno di questo servizio. Cambierei qualche arredo che ha visto il passaggio di diversi clienti ( letto basso, poltroncina argento)

The gellato place downstairs were really good - The host Nando was amazing.He catered all our needs and made our stay comfodtable and stress free. We surely recommend this place to others. The elevator was not working during our stay but Nando was there and took care of our luggages from check in to check out.

• FEVRE (10/5): Très bel appartement - Sa localisation, la disponibilité de l’hôte, le confort des chambres. Deux chambres donnent sur une rue passante donc un peu bruyantes.

The elevator was broken while we were there. This is of no fault of the owner. He went above and beyond and carried our luggage up for us.

• Ciendones (8/5): Nice appartement - The appartment was very clean, nice and very well located. Our guest was lovely and very friendly. We were even helped with our luggages. There is a bathroom with a toilet for each room which is great when you're a lot 😉 The appartment is at the fourth floor of an old and beautiful Italian house. The lift (probably of the same period) was out of service. The appartment might be difficult to reach for too young, disable or old people.

No elevator - Shortly prior to our stay, we were informed that the elevator was not working and upon our arrival, the host helped us with our luggage. There is 4 flights of stairs and the elevator seems to have been broken for quite some time. No double glazing - Due to no double glazing, it may get loud sometimes.

• Barbiern97 (10/5): Pre cruise - The location was perfect. We were able to get around by foot, as all the attractions we were interested in were within walking distance. Also, Roma termini was a 10 minute walk. Nando was the best, he helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was wonderful.
• Obrien (9/5): Wonderful stay, great location, great apartment! - The apartment owner, Nando, was there to greet us when we arrived in Rome. Let us leave our suitcases there because apt. was not quite ready for us, but gave us the keys to get in when it was ready. He kept us informed and actually was very easy to reach if any questions. The apt. was very nice and just a wonderful set up with three nice size bedrooms and three bathrooms, so there was no waiting to take showers to get ready for your day. Nice size kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc. and dishwasher if you wanted to cook something to eat. Nice expresso machine that was great in the morning. Refrigerator had water and yogurt in it, muffins in a container on counter. Air conditioning worked very well in each room. It was just steps from places to eat and pastry shops. Also shops all around you to shop. Not far from Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, and churches. Sights to see all around you. We did hop on hop off bus when we got there just to get our bearings. Very easy to do and used itaxi app to call for taxi to go to Vatican. Viator tours did a wonderful job with guiding us through the most beautiful historical sites. Nando was very easy to contact and very responsive. He also made our arrangements for taxi to the airport. All in all, I feel this was a wonderful place to stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nando for a great experience! The only down fall was the lift was not working and since the apartment is on the 4th floor, there were a lot of stairs to climb. Nando however did let us know in advance that it was not working and asked if it would be a problem which we answered no.

• Dr. (3/5): Terrible and exhausting - The location was very good. No elevator!!!!!! The elevator has been not working since May, and we were only told shortly after we have arrived which was unacceptable and deceiving as the property was on the fourth floor !!!! which was so exhausting with a family of six, with all our luggage after a long trip in Italy. There was also no living room, only a narrow eating area with no windows which was also disappointing u could barely move around while preparing food, it was also load as it was directly on the Main Street , and there were no block out curtains in the master bedroom which was also annoying. Very poor Air conditioning!!!

Clean and spacious room, master bathroom really spacious like a regular bedroom. None
• Disha (8/5): Very good location, good for a group of people, and great host. - The location of the apartment is very good. You can walk to some of the major tourist attractions such as Trevi fountain and the Colosseum. The host communicated clearly and was helpful. The one bed was on the floor and the two other beds were circular which was not comfortable for some members in our group who were taller.

He left us some breakfast items in the fridge, waters and a bottle of wine. He also recommended food locations nearby which were great. The elevator wasn’t working so a lot of stairs to climb. Nando helped us bring up and take down our luggage but it was still a little inconvenient each day after being out on the hot sun.
• Kelly (10/5): Comfortable, beautiful, spacious apartment that is centrally located in the heart of Rome. - This apartment had it all…three spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The AC was amazing to come home to each day. Their was a washer that we made good use of to do laundry. The rooms were quiet at night, but right on a street in Rome that had shopping, restaurants and cafes, and the bus and train stops just a short distance away. Our only complaint was that the elevator was not working. It was 97 steps up to our apartment every time we went out. This is no fault of the owner, but it wore on our knees and hips by the end of the week.

• Wingfree1024 (8/5): Very good - Huge property and can comfortably fit 6 people for our vacation! Fantastic downtown location and walking distance to almost every sightseeing spots. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, has everything needed. This would be the perfect place for young folks! If you are traveling with elderly and need a quiet place (this was not the case for us so the place was perfect) this would not be the place for you because there's live music downstairs almost every night. One improvement that could be done are the curtains - 2 rooms had mostly blackout curtains and 1 room didn't. People staying in that one room didn't really get good sleep on some of the nights because it was bright pretty much all night long due to the street lights and really really bright starting 5AM. One of the bathrooms also seemed to have some smell but we have come to learn that this is due to moist. Other than that this really is the best place in Rome for a big group!

• Kelly (9/5): Wonderful, large, accommodating stay in Rome! - Loved, loved, loved the host! Super friendly and accommodating! Loved the location and the little pub right next door:) Very spacious which we loved! Three full baths which was a huge plus with 22-year-old kids. The host stocked the refrigerator with waters, yogurt, a bottle of wine and other fun items! Spoke with the host and he plans to renovate soon to change the large kitchen to include a "living room" area so families can sit together in a room that is not a bedroom. The only other thing that could have been better is the height of the master bedroom bed. It was basically on the ground and very hard to get in and out of for a 50+ person.

We would definitely recommend it and stay again! The windows are not soundproof as it is located in an old building, the noise is normal in the center of such a big city. Our room did not have dark curtains. I suggest to absolutely bring earplugs and a sleep mask in case you are a light sleeper!

• Jo (9/5): Lovely apartment and location would stay again but not if driving . - Lovely spacious flat with an ideal location and a welcome bottle of vino We booked this apartment as it was advertised as having parking . The ZTL zones are a big issue when trying to locate parking and where to drive in relation to this property . We paid a fortune to park as there are no spaces nearby and think we have incurred a significant fine for accidentally turning the wrong way out of a road .

The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. We were traveling with two families of 4 adults and 3 kids (all girls). Each couple had a room and bath, while the kids had their own room and bath. It was perfect!

• Dr (9/5): Rome is beautiful - The apartment is situated in a wonderful place. Very close to all attractions. It has everything you need. Fernando is very kind, responsive and attentive. He answered all questions immediately. He welcomed us with a bottle of lovely Italian wine. That was very nice. We had the opportunity to leave our luggage hours before we checked in, as well as before our flight time. This made it a lot easier for us. I recommend it. Very noisy place. I did not like the mattresses on the beds - extremely hard. In addition, the bedroom is very low - about 20 cm from the ground and this makes it very difficult for older people to get up. Fernando was very nice, but I was left with a bad impression of the warning to dispose of our trash before leaving. Of course we would, but the reminder irritated me.

Added bonus of being across the street from a Church which has regular opera performances, an Irish Pub down below and a gelato shop at the entrance. No dryer but racks provided.

We were a group of 7 and super comfortable staying here. Great Irish pub and Gelato right out the door and so close to everything. One of the rooms was right over the main street and it was a bit loud at night BUT that is a trade-off for such a fantastic location. We were so tired by the end of the day we slept well regardless!
