• Lina (5/5): - Great location, walking distance to Duomo. Stylish interior and comfortable beds. The condition of the flat could be improved - with marks on the walls and with a bathroom and floor tiles which might benefit from a deep cleaning. Very limited natural light and small rooms.
• Corinne et Bruno (4/5): Décevant - Point positif : parking, proximité du centre environ 15 mn du Duomo. Appartement en sous sol, pas de lumière du jour , ce serait bien de le préciser dans le descriptif de l'appartement. Ménage pas bien fait, bords des fenêtres intérieures très sales, moisissures dans la salle de bain, vaisselle pas très propre... Nous n'avons pas utilisé le lave vaisselle , trop sale, il restait même une petite cuillère sale à l'intérieur. Les chaises de la cuisine étaient toutes bancales. Canapé lit très inconfortable et instable, ma fille a préféré dormir par terre ! Lampes de chevet de la chambre hors service, lumière au mur trop intense, désagréable. Cet appartement est décoré avec goût mais cela ne suffit pas, un peu de renovation et surtout beaucoup de ménage à faire.

• Arostegui (6/5): No acorde calidad- precio - La ubicación cercana al centro No estaban las sábanas puestas de todas las camas y excepto una cama , las otras eran bastante incómodas para el precio del apartamento. No había nada de jabón en el baño .

Ne pas être obligé de prendre les transports en commun et visiter le centre ville à pied c’est le top. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! De plus le garage souterrain inclus dans le prix c’est un vrai plus. Le bruit des voisins dans l’escalier car l’appartement est situé au rez de chaussée. De plus la propreté est perfectible.
• Laetitia (4/5): Bof - L'emplacement proche du centre ville, le parking, Appartement en sous sol. Pas de luminosité, pas de vue. Manque d'équipements en cuisine, pas de torchons. Pas assez de papier toilettes, de gel douche et shampoing. Porte cassée. Lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionnent pas.

• Hyseni (1/5): Avoid this host - hidden fees, no invoices, and false damage claims. Feels like a scam. - Nothing significant enough to outweigh the negative experience. Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. The host charged an extra €20 for late check-in, even though the booking was through Booking, and did not provide any invoice or proof of payment. This already felt unprofessional. After I checked out, the situation got worse the host removed a door and falsely reported to Booking that I had damaged it, which is completely untrue. I did not break or damage anything during my stay. This feels like a deliberate attempt to scam guests.

• bade (10/5): wonderful ❤️ - The location is absolutely perfect ! everything is within easy reach. The place is very clean, and the housekeeper is incredibly warm and attentive, which made our stay even more comfortable. The host is friendly and welcoming, creating a great overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it. One of the rooms could use a bit of maintenance on the air conditioning, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.

• Americo (6/5): Stressful - It was safe. We arrived exhausted after a 6-hour car trip with our young autistic child, only to face a check-in delay of over 2 hours. We were forced to sit in our hot car right in front of the building while our child melted down from the wait – absolutely heartbreaking and avoidable. Once we finally got in, the coffee machine was broken, so no morning caffeine to recover. To top it off, noisy neighbors blasted music and slammed doors starting at 5:00 AM, ensuring zero sleep.
• Andjela (9/5): Es hat uns sehr gefallen, es hatte alles was man braucht und es war zudem sehr zentral. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, man ist nur einige Gehminuten vom Duomo entfernt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, und ziemlich gross. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Garage ist sehr eng, breitere bzw. grössere Autos können schwer in die Garage einparken. Trotzdem eine sehr gute Möglichkeit, dass man zusätzlich eine Garage zur Unterkunft hat.

• Marijana (6/5): Schmudelig - Schöne Lage, Tiefgarage Grad vor dem Eingang. Es war möglich früher einzuchecken ( um 12:30 anstatt 15h) für Aufpreis von 27Eur. Saubere Bettwäsche Funktionierende ( nicht saubere ) Klima Wohnung selbst war nicht sauber ( Lampen, Ecken, Badezimmer, Schlafsofa (die rote ) waren sehr staubig) kaputte Duschkopf, Duschbrause war ok. Duschschlauch dreckig.. Appartement befand sich halb in Keller.. Obwohl Parkplatz inklusive war, mußte ich dafür zusätzlich 26eur Zahlen ( kein Code mitgeteilt bekommen um aus dem private parkplatz rauszufahren, keine Rückmeldung von Kontaktperson) Das war so beunruhigend, dass ich vergessen habe den Abfall rauszunehmen..

• Christopher (8/5): Will be back - The location was perfect and price was great, needed 3-beds in different areas, worked great. The host Emanuela was amazing. The underground parking space that’s included was perfect. Its literally in a parking box so anything larger then a compact SUV may not work. Easy walking distance to restaurants, main shopping areas, and Duomo. Air conditioners helped. Location is partially a basement with windows half way to sidewalk. Good security. Apartment needs some work so if looking for a 4-star, may be disappointed, for us we needed a place to sleep and shower etc and will be back, for the price and location and host, difficult to beat.

• Ammar (8/5): A great location apartment near to the center. Some more care of the apartment will improve the stay - The location is wonderful and close to the center. There is a private parking lot. It’s difficult to drop off the luggage and you need to block a part of the street. The private parking is too small which forced me to park in the public parking lot. The apartment wasn’t ready and there were some clutters and the beds were not made so the cleaners entered the apartment after we checked in.
• Danilo (8/5): Good value for money but lacking some maintenance. - The apartment is OK and in line with the price. The location is amazing, just 10-15 minutes walking to piazza Duomo. Parking included is a great benefit, space is a bit small but I managed to park my compact SUV in the small box, so I guess it's OK for most cars and experienced drivers. The host was a bit rude for my standards. She didn't do anything bad or disrespectful, but she was very direct and assertive. Didn't make me feel welcome. The apartment is a level below the street (mezzanine), hence natural light is almost non-existent. Some equipment was not working (e.g. bed lights, some plugs).

• Martinez (8/5): Great Location. - Very neat and comfortable apartment. Amazing location, walked to every main attraction we desired. The Host, Emanuella, was amazing and ensured that we had parking and checked us in comfortably. Check out was easy. Overall a good stay.
• Elza (9/5): Nice location and big apartment - The property was very spacious and in a nice, quiet location close to the city centre. The parking place underground was very very small and narrow. For drivers that feel less secure by the wheel, it might be challenging.

The apartment is a semi basement with frosted windows you can't see through. Only one key was provided for 4 people. The pull out sofa beds are not very comfortable. impossible to catch a taxi from this street unless you have a taxi app on your phone.
• Damian (8/5): Very good - The location was very good - about 1 km from the Duomo. Parking was great as well. Perfect for 1-2 nights stay. initially, I was informed via Chat in the BOOKING application that the parking lot would not be available, even though it was given in the description as free. Eventually, the situation became clear and the Owner reassured me that parking would be available. It is worth noting that when arriving by car, you need to buy access to AreaC - preferably in Tabachcia for 5 Euro, unless you have an electric car.

• Frederic (6/5): Convinient flat for 5 - Very clean, comfortable, nice arrival with the landlord or concierge and quite close to the center We were waken up at 7.30 by the appartement upstairs doing some very noisy renovation (removing tiles from bathroom with martello pneumatico) and it lasted until 9.30. We could barely hear each other and got a headache, we had to leave. It’s very unfortunate that the people are using the month of august when tourists are there to do some renovation and start so early + do not warn neighbors

• James (4/5): Nice place but uncomfortable and inconvenient since we had no power for most of the stay. - The apartment was very nice--all marble floors. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice marble shower The power went out twice--once in the afternoon for hours and at night most of the night. Therefore, we had no air conditioning, no wifi, no TV. It was pretty hot at night. We did have hot water. It was convenient that we were all males and could leave the bathroom door open for light when showering. I requested a partial refund, but none was given. The TV in one bedroom did not work.
