• MARIA (8/5): Si buscas buena ubicación está bien - La zona en la que esta, es muy buena con muchos bares en la avenida y un barrio muy bueno, con muy buen ambiente. La cama súper cómoda El edificio ,es un edificio antiguo , el ascensor da un poco de miedo porque hace mucho ruido. La limpieza de la entrada al apartamento no era muy buena y la tapa del inodoro estaba rota.

• Esra (3/5): Sehr schlecht eingerichtet, dreckig und kalt, unbequeme Betten, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu teuer - Das beste an dem Haus war die Lage: 25 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Stadt und die Straßenbahn fuhr direkt an der Wohnung vorbei. Die U-Bahn war 7 Minuten entfernt. Leider entsprach das Apartment nicht den Erwartungen: Es war nicht sauber, die Betten waren unbequem und das Geschirr in der Küche so verschmutzt, dass alles zunächst abgewaschen werden musste. Die Wohnung war insgesamt zu kalt, die Decken sehr dünn und es gab weder Zusatzdecken noch zusätzliche Kissen. Das Bett war ein quitschender Schlafsofa, das sehr unbequem war. Die Grundausstattung war unzureichend (z. B. zu wenig Toilettenpapier), zudem war nur ein Schlüssel für mehrere Personen vorhanden. Es gab kein richtiges Wohnzimmer als Aufenthaltsraum, dafür unnötig viel Mobiliar und eine unpraktisch langgestreckte Raumaufteilung. Für diese Mängel ist der Preis deutlich zu hoch.

• Celia (9/5): Estancia inmejorable en Porta Romana - El apartamento estaba mucho mejor que en las fotos publicadas y contaba con todos los servicios necesarios. La llegada fue muy cómoda y todo estaba muy bien indicado. Los dos sofás cama están un poco hundidos y no son tan cómodos para dormir.
• Antal (9/5): Great place for a family to discover Milan - Great location, close to bars, easy to get breakfast within a few minutes walk. Duomo square took us around 35-40 minutes walk with children, not in a hurry. You can take a tram very close to the house, or the metro that is a 5 minute walk. The apartment is well fitted, two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The temperature in the apartment was perfect. We did not have any problems with noise, the apartment faces an inner courtyard. The host provided excellent, accurate information on how to get to the apartment and how to get the key from the lockbox. The bed mattresses were too soft for us.

Easy access from outside. Nice Inner courtyard. The beds were very comfortable and the Tram 🚊 stopped before the house. Downstairs is an awesome asian restaurant.

The internet and the elevator is a plus. I would comeback. It looks way bigger in the pictures. It not friendly for small kids.

• Simon (7/5): Find but not brilliant - Well stocked kitchen for crockery and appliances. The flat wasn’t that clean: dusty and the light switches were sticky with dirt. The sofas were really uncomfortable. The bed wasn’t made - just a pile of sheets left

Aircon was effective and lift was most welcome as the apartment is on the 4th floor. This felt more like an old school home stay than a holiday let. We booked for 13 days and would have expected at least one mid stay clean for that length of stay. The presentation was not as the photos suggested and whilst it was clean it wasn't professional holiday accommodation clean. There were none of the usual complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper hand soap, laundry powder and only 2 loo rolls...for 2 people for 12 days! We found additional clean towels but only found additional bed sheets on our last day. We bought all that we needed and left extras for the next guests coming in...

Air conditioning was only in the bedrooms, so it was extremely hot in the kitchen and other part of the apartment. No free parking place so you need to pay an extra c.a. 100 Euros per week.
