- Jean (10/5): Fantastic apartment. Comfortable & spacious. - The rooms we’re spacious and comfortable. I liked how the bedrooms were spaced out. The location was fantastic. Only having 2 sets of keys made things very difficult.

- Steffen (10/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen und wunderschön ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bäder waren extrem sauber.
- Preston (10/5): Perfect with great help from the team - Amazing location . Great communication including a WhatsApp group . Spacious , clean and modern . Central too Nothing !
- Vladimir (10/5): - Wonderful place, the apartment is just perfect. Spacious, close to vaporetto, restaurants, and hustle of the town, yet quiet. Impeccably clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen. Very helpful stuff.
- Gabriella (8/5): Very large and comfortable apartment in the heart of Venice - Amazingly spacious apartment in the heart of Venice a super-short walk from Riva degli Schiavoni and St. Mark's Square. The arsenal is also a small walk away. Close to many restaurants and trattorie and with windows facing an incredibly picturesque Venice street. When I say spacious, I am not exaggerating...we were joking that we got lost in it. Three very large bedrooms, a large, fully stocked kitchen with table, but also a living area and an enormous dining room. Two large bathrooms. Expensive, but worth every penny...if you are in Venice, this is the place that makes you feel like you are in the middle of everything. If you arrive by train and don't want to hire a motorboat, the vaporetto (ferry) in front of the station will take you to a stop (San Zaccaria) that is only a few steps from the place. The property manager met us right in front of the vaporetto stop and took us to the apartment and showed us everything. They are very prompt in answering Whatsapp messages for any questions. The fact that when we left the property we were tasked with dropping off the trash and various recycling at a location that we could not find.
- Felton (10/5): Great location with cute balcony and large rooms! - Great location! Short walk to San Marco and convenient to vaporetto stops “San Marco-San Zaccaria” and “Arsenale”. The unit is large, with big rooms, great windows, and a really cute little balcony! Nice old-fashioned shutters kept the unit quiet for sleeping until mid morning.
A few particularly great features: The Balcony. Really nice hot water, seriously, you have to turn it cooler. Full size coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Towel Warmers!
We took the 2 to San Marco and then the 1 to Arsenale. Wheeling luggage was not bad because the bridges have ramps. The unit is up only 1 flight of stairs so it’s not bad at all.
We had great budget friendly take out (pizza, nuggets, chick sandwich, fries) from the place across the street and had the best food of our trip at Bacaretto Cicchetto on the same street. A couple things that were minor negatives. The beds were rather firm and some of us were uncomfortable. The master king size bed seemed to be the firmest. The washing machine did not work when we were there. It is either broken or someone turned the water off to it. We contacted the management and they could come look at it but we were busy sightseeing and it was Easter Sunday.

- Carolyn (7/5): Thankful we got to experience this unique city - The staff who manage the property are excellent! Nothing is too much trouble!
Plenty of space. Two bathrooms (not 1 as detailed in property description) which was great! Located in a busy side alley - noisy at night and early morning.Beds are old/squeak etc. We lost power whilst there and had to move - again agents were excellent and resolved immediately!
- Anonymous (9/5): Great location with plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends. - There was plenty of room for the family. The rooms were spacious. The two bathrooms made it easy for getting showers done. The location was excellent. It was easy to get to San Marco Square and the boat lines. The mattresses for the double beds were a bit uncomfortable. It can also be a bit difficult to open the door in you are not use to old European door locks until you get the hang of it.
- Leandro (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very well located. Away from the center but very easy to get by.
The agency awaited for us at the water taxi station and helped us get to the apartment.
It is clear that this apartment was a residential property before: the furniture is beautiful and in great shape.
The bathrooms (2) have been fully renovated, along with new sofas in the main living room.
The rooms facing the street count with double-pane windows. Not so the living room windows, which let noise go though. While the street below is not really busy, there were a couple of times early in the morning (6-7am) in which the restaurant below began prepping and that was pretty noisy. That is despite the double-pane windows and most likely due to the living room windows.
- May (9/5): Great apartment, great location - Excellent location, close to major sights but also had a local flavour. Apartment was furnished to a good standard and felt like an authentic Venetian experience. Hosts met us at port and escorted us to the apartment. A small issue is that the microwave and dishwasher weren't working. But hosts were responsive and replaced the microwave in a timely manner. We ended up handwashing and there was soap and sponges supplied so we were able to work around the issue.
- Anton (10/5): Spacious beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Venice - spacious apartment very nicely decorated, close to Piazza San Marco. First floor. Laege comfortable beds with superb bed linen and towels. Very well equipped kitchen. macelleria nearby not to be missed if you value high quality food. nothing, everything is perfect
- Nico (10/5): Everything and more - It was quiet, had lots of space (even two bathrooms) had everything and more I expected. Great location, not too crazy touristic around this area. ..
- Michaelina (10/5): Loved this apartment - This stylish apartment is on the 1st floor (1 level above ground) so not too far to climb with suitcases. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable beds with plenty of cupboard space to put away your clothes , and the sitting room sofas were comfortable, and the large dining table was a treat to look at. Kitchen appeared to have everything, but we ate out all the time because we were in Italy! They are 2 well supplied bathrooms, hot water, and aircon in every room with giant windows. Just perfect. Being on the 1st floor and because the apartment is in a narrow alley, it was quite dark (but there were plenty of electric lights). I enjoyed standing on the balcony but there was nowhere to sit on it as there were no outside style chairs, and the indoor chairs were too big for the balcony. But you can see a square, and the grand canal when standing on the balcony and watch the world go by.
