• nansy pav (9/5): - The apartment is really close to the Rialto Bridge...There are many local stores around the area...The room is very spacious and comfortable and fully equipped...It travels you back in time You can tell that the building and the apartment is old, but the whole feeling and atmosphere is very relevant to Venice architecture and history
• Robert (9/5): Polecam. - Świetna lokalizacja, przy Rialto obok Mercato , a jednocześnie bardzo spokojnie. 3 minuty do Allilaguny na Marco Polo. Generalnie centralne położenie i wszędzie blisko, a w nocy i nad ranem cicho!!! Pokoje przestronne jak na Wenecję, łóżka całkiem wygodne. Meble jak po babci ale w miarę czystej. Kuchni nie testowaliśmy ale jest. Zabawna kabina prysznicowa w rozmiarze XS ale jak nosisz L to spokojnie skorzystasz. Trochę schodów bo to 2gie piętro. Całość na 9 zwłaszcza za położenie i akceptowalną cenę poza high season. Na siłę pewnie coś znajdziesz ale w ogólnym rozrachunku duża przewaga plusów jak na Wenecję.

• Hilmi (10/5): - The landlady had waited infront of the house to handle us the keys. Normally, beds converted from a sofa are not comfortable but ours was very comfortable.
• Sabrina (10/5): - Posizione strategica, vicino a Rialto. Silenzioso, accogliente e pulito l'appartamento non mancava di nulla. Organizzazione perfetta, sia per il checkin che per il checkout, con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e godersi ogni minuto dell'affascinante e avvolgente Venezia.

• Marco (7/5): - Ottima posizione, vicina al centro ma non troppo. Facile da raggiungere anche dalla stazione facendo una passeggiata tra i canali Buona struttura, tanto turistica quindi i prezzi in generale secondo me sono un po' troppo alti, cmq in linea con le alte.

• Eiskje (8/5): Superb location and clean appartment - The location was central, but still quiet. The appartment was very clean. Airconditioning was a little noisy. And when I tried to figure it out I accidentally turned it on timer so when it turned of in the middle of the night mosquitos came.

• June (6/5): After the first night at the apartment I thought about making a reservation at another place. - Not so many good things to say. Staying at the apartment has made my experience quite worse. It wasn’t clean, the sensation was not to be comfortable at ”home”, and the apartment was plenty of mosquito.

• Ada (9/5): Great accommodation in Venice. - Great accommodation in Venice, close to some really nice restaurants (including: Al Gobbo di Rialto). The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The water in the shower was slow to drain, but easy to manage.

• Monica (9/5): Great stay, would book this property again - The location is perfect, walking distance from most of the attractions. It’s clean and the host was very responsive. We are satisfied with this booking The shower is pretty small. It wasn’t a big problem for us but good to know if that is a criteria for other folks
• Dmitrii (9/5): Superb - The location is quite good. Two quite big rooms. The bed in the bedroom is big and comfortable. There is a lot of storage space. The house has a large kitchen-living room. The ceilings are very high. There are several small supermarkets, restaurants and an open (fish) market with fresh produce nearby. Many attractions are within walking distance. The vaporetto stop is next to the hotel. Quite a narrow and steep staircase. It is very inconvenient to get up with suitcases. Very uncomfortable sofa bed There is a washing machine in the apartment, but there is a fee for using it (I don’t remember the price, maybe 5 EUR)

Easy to get to from the train station, and super easy to get around the city both during the day and at night. While it was a little bit of a walk to each of the major tourist sites — I preferred this I loved it, no complaints at all

• Prokopia (10/5): Great location, great communication. - The position was excellent! We had do take out the rubbish. The fan in the bathroom was not working properly. The 2nd light in the main bedroom wasn’t working. The air conditioner needs cleaning. The air conditioner in the other bedroom/ kitchen was broken. The oven was not working. The tiles in the shower needed a really good clean. The whole apartment needed a bit of love as it was run down, the floor had cracks in it.

• Lopez (6/5): Overall, you get what you pay for. - We loved the location, and Marine, our contact, was incredibly responsive and kind. The air conditioning in the bedroom was a lifesaver. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was sagging in the middle and way too hard on the outside. After sleeping on it for two nights we are both experiencing severe back pain. The WiFi didn’t work, even after we reset the box several times. The towels were musty and smelled terrible, but Marine brought us new ones on the second morning. The vent fan in the bathroom doesn’t work so the bathroom stays overly humid all day. The air conditioning unit in the living room also doesn’t work.

Just amazing, thanks a lot Vasile!!! Hospitality just fantastic, everything what we needed for our stay was there- coffee, sugar, towels, kettle, pans and cutlery. They kindly offer us a place to store our luggage for early and late check-ins. Absolutely amazing service all through our stay!!!

Bathroom doors are like closets, there is no tightness, no intimate privacy There is no place to throw the accumulated garbage
