• MIGUELCAD (8/5): - El alojamiento está situado muy próximo a la Estación de tren, y en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo. Fue muy fácil llegar, además se portaron muy bien, y nos permitieron acceder al alojamiento antes de la hora prevista del check-in, así que pudimos disfrutar mas tiempo de la ciudad, dejando el equipaje y pudiendo salir a conocer el lugar. Hay supermercados y lugares para comer y desayunar en las proximidades, y la ciudad a tus pies. Además el alojamiento es muy amplio, el baño un gustazo y la cama muy cómoda. Muy recomendable.
• Sapna (5/5): Good location - Location was great. Host was easy enough to contact. It’s very compact and the photos are deceiving and not clear. There is also no light because there is only a little window. Pretty warm when the AC did not work

• M. Isabel Martínez Richarte (8/5): Muy bien situado, hay algunas cositas que pueden mejorar - Lo mejor la ubicación, muy cerca de todo, Faltan comodidades como por ejemplo un microondas, eramos tres y habia 3 vasos, 3 tazas etc, habia obras en el edificio.
• Irina (9/5): - Very convenient location, in walking distance to the main attractions. Clean and tidy. The place is a bit dark, because the neighboring buildings are located too close. I guess you can't avoid it in the old city

• Michelle (7/5): Great location, good value - Great location. Close to the sights and only a short walk from the train station. It was in the back of the building facing the courtyard and there was no street noise. Sara responded quickly and the self check in was easy. It was a good value for the price. The room was cold 2 out of the 3 nights even though we had the heat turned all the way up. The radiators didn't get warm at all the 3rd night. This wouldn't be a problem in the summer but it got cold at night in March. The other, bigger issue, was the noisy neighbors upstairs. They must have been wearing heels because their shoes made a lot of noise when they walked and they scraped the chairs across the floor constantly until about 1:30 AM. The only other complaint is that the description said it came with a coffee maker. Technically, it did, but the coffee maker was just a 1 shot moka espresso pot which was very inconvenient for 2 people.

• Alfia (10/5): Very pleasant stay. - Location was excellent. Close to everything- cafe, restaurant, shopping, museums. It was 10 from 10. Highly recommended.
• Jonathan (6/5): - The apartment was in a good location close to key attractions, and was on the ground floor so no stairs. Sara provided good instructions for self check-in and was extremely responsive. Kitchen only had the bare basics, equipment was old and not suitable for making meals. The sheets and mattress also felt old. Not enough toiletries and toilet paper provided.
• Omar Jose (9/5): Hermosa - Este dpto tiene una ubicación perfecta . Esta todo cerca , hasta restaurante , pizeria , super y panadería en la vereda de en frente !!!! Buenísimo. Por otro lado la seguridad del lugar es muy buena. En realidad , lo que no me gustó tiene que ver con la ciudad. Es muy incomodo caminar por veredas tan angostas....

• Jaya (10/5): Excellent location of the stay - Excellent property in the heart of Florence. About 700 meters walk from Florence main station Santa Maria. Less than 1 km walk to the main Piazza Signora. Very lively street and safest with all security. The flat is awesome, on ground floor. Well maintained. Has a fully functional kitchen. And a decent size bedroom and bathroom.

The next door is renovating, they start noisy metal work from 5:30am . We are asked to throw rubbish bags to bins that need GPs to find at some squares.

• Julia (8/5): Great apartment close to all major attractions in Florence. - Close apartment to main markets and within walking distance to duomo and main attractions. Had all kitchenware needed. Supermarket across the road from apartment. Wifi was unreliable and did not work for over 24 hours during our stay. Host was not very helpful when we let them know and claimed it was only a temporary problem.

• Krittakarn (7/5): Good location to eat and walk around. But we were asked to throw away the rubbish ourselves weird! - It was a self check in with super clear instruction of how to find the place and get the key. Easy to find the location from the google map that the owner sent. Close to city center and not far from train station but a bit hard for luggage as floor is uneven with narrow walk path and many people. But it’s very easy to find something to eat and shop around. Bathroom is a decent size. Very slow wifi. With sofa bed in the kitchen, it’s too small and we can’t even sit at the dining table. There’s really not much space to put our staff. No microwave. Super noisy from people upstairs. But the worst thing is that we were asked to throw away the rubbish ourselves which I’ve never experienced before throughout my traveling (and no we didn’t do as the owner asked). There’s a heating rack but it didn’t work as they used heating system and we can’t turn on in Apr.

• Benjamin (8/5): Nice time in Florence - Very clean place, great localisation. You can find here everything you need during your stay. Kind host with good communication. Thin walls, we could hear neighbours from upstairs and those next to the apartment. Someone from the floor above was constantly pounding on the floor, so we were not able to take a rest.

• Jessica (10/5): Comfortable and modern studio, very well situated and clean. - We loved our stay there. The studio is very well situated, 5min walk from the main train station; supermarket right opposite; self-service laundry one-minute walk away; luggage storage one block away which makes it very convenient as we couldn’t leave our suitcases in the flat after checkout at 10am. All sightseeings are in walking distance which we really enjoyed and the Mercato Centrale is also 2mins walk away!! Everything you need in the kitchen and there is aircon in bedroom and kitchen/living. We had an issue one evening with the shower and the host sent someone to fix in within 30min, we were very impressed. We loved everything, thank you 🙏 Only downside was the wifi which was hardly working in the evenings however was good in the mornings.. so wouldn’t recommend if you need to work from there.

• Rong (9/5): Superb - The house is very close to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. It can be reached within about 5 minutes on foot. It is also very close to the central market. You can cross the road to the opposite supermarket to buy supplies. There is also a laundry next to it for washing and drying. The place of accommodation is on the ground floor, so there is no need to carry luggage and climb stairs, but there are more mosquitoes. In addition, a full range of kitchen utensils and seasonings are provided to prepare food. The overall house is very clean, except for the place where the toilet paper is a bit dirty, but overall it is great.
