• Claire (9/5): Fabulous Apartment in brilliant location. - The apartment is in an excellent location, turn left out the door and you are a stones throw from the Duono and city centre. Turn right and u are a few metres from a lovely square with restaurants, bakery, supermarket and a fresh fruit and vegetable market. The apartment was really clean with a fabulous bathroom and shower. There is a lovely secluded balcony with lovely planting and outdoor eating area. Francesco was very responsive. I would highly recommend There was a small problem with the electrics that was easily remedy at the fuse box
• Nadine (10/5): Beautiful Florence apartment - The apartment was spacious, comfortable, full of light, lovely touches that felt personal and homely, especially all the lovely plants on the terrace. Shower was great, and clean, soft towels were readily available. Fantastic location, and our host was easy to reach, so kind, and responsive. As an example, she arranged for someone to help us with our luggage as there is no elevator in the building. Small things, like not finding hair conditioner in the shower!

• Liesbeth (5/5): De accommodatie heel een perfecte ligging maar wordt niet goed onderhouden. - De ligging was perfect. De host was heel vriendelijk. De accommodatie wordt niet goed onderhouden. Er is veel kapot (ook de lattenbodem van het bed). Op dit moment zijn er constructiewerkzaamheden gaande in het pand ernaast. Dit was vooraf niet verteld.

• Dorota (7/5): Nie polecam w sezonie zimowym. Chyba , że właściciel coś zrobi z ogrzewaniem . Tłumaczenie że brak kapsułek bo sklep zam - Lokalizacja ok niedaleko katedry. Loft przestronny z Patio, ale raczej w sezonie letnim, gdzie niepotrzebne jeż ogrzewanie. Kaloryfery nie działały klima średnio wydalała. Brak kapsułek do kawy a expres na wyposażeniu. W kuchni reszta ok. W pomieszczeniu po przybyciu do loftu było na przywitanie 14 stopni w pomieszczeniu, spanie pod dwoma kołdrami i w swetrze mało komfortowe. Można było się przygotować wcześniej z grzaniem ponieważ pobyt zarezerwowany tydzień wcześniej. Brak po godz 13 kodu do wejścia. Moje przybycie na miejsce odbyło się dopiero o 18:30. • AMA (7/5): -Complessivamente buono! - La posizione è buona vicino a tutto, l appartamento è bello ma ci voleva un pò più di impegno per le pulizie... IL TERRAZZO- UNA DELUSIONE--Il divano era rotto e completamente inutilizzabile(le foto sul sito sono completamente diverse), peccato perché avrebbe reso lo spazio molto più bello. Il secondo letto non era preparato anche se abbiamo prenotato una settimana prima, abbiamo dovuto fare noi il letto, ovviamente dopo, quando la signora delle pulizie ci ha portato le lenzuola. Le foto non corrispondono interamente alla realtà.

A short walk to the main attractions with lots of restaurants and bars close by. The parking arrangement was a little misleading on the site as the parking was a secure facility with a 27 Euro/day charge

• Tim (9/5): A gem of a place to stay - Wonderfully designed old apartment, close to centre . Maybe it needs a little TLC, but not much , just a few items looked like they needed a bit of repair .
• Steven (8/5): The place was great however coming by car can be problematic - The place was in a very nice location and is very nicely done. The place has alot of space and is very well designed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have AC. The site says there is private parking however in reality there isn't. You have to park your car in a garage a short distance away and as soon as you get inside the zone where the apartment is the clock is running. You only have so much time( about an hour) to drop your stuff off at the place and park the car before you could get a ticket

Ended up staying a few more days cause I liked it so much. Will definitely stay again. The kitchen could've been cleaner and better equiped.
