• Leigh Johnston (10/5): Lovely Apartment, Lovely Hosts - A lovely friendly host with a spacious and well cared for apartment with all the amenities we needed, with the extras provided greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and quality linen on the bed and in the bathroom. The location was perfect being only a 2 minute walk to the ferry to get to all the attractions of Venice, train station and surrounds and the nearest supermarket only a few minutes away. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been a toaster for our breakfast.

• Antonella Maria (9/5): - Io con i miei figli abbiamo passato 2 notti a Venezia e fin da subito , siamo entrati in contatto con l'host, che ha condiviso le informazioni in modo chiaro e preciso. Accolti alla fermata del vaporetto ed accompagnati in struttura (apprezzatissimo per rendere facile l'orientamento) per il relativo check e la consegna delle chiavi La struttura è situata in un punto strategico (fermata vaporetto Palanca), ma tranquillo, vicino a panetteria, pizzeria ed osterie/ristoranti, oltre che un supermercato.

• Bernd (10/5): Eine sehr empfehlendswerte Unterkunft. - Die Vermieter (Adriano und seine Frau) sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen direkt über dem Apartment. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie bietet allen Komfort, alles funktioniert, Es fehlt an nichts, auch im Bad oder in der Küche. Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch in einer ruhigen Gasse und in der Nähe der Vaporettostation (Palanca). Von Guidecca aus sind alle Ziele in Venedig gut erreichbar. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Eliana funktionierte problemlos. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen, auch den für uns gebackenen Kuchen der Vermieterin. Danke für alles, wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. The team were very responsive via WhatsApp and I found them to be very accommodating. Thanks Adriano for meeting with us to hand over the keys even after the flight was delayed. Was perfect for our stay. A few little things to be improved: perhaps consider a weighing scale (to weigh luggage at the end) and a new dustpan and brush (the small one under the sink was a bit warped and didn’t collect the dirt brushed in it.

• Nicola (10/5): A perfect stay... absolutely love this apartment - A beautiful location, I would thoroughly recommend staying in Giudecca rather than in venice itself. 2 Mins to the water taxi stop, a slower pace of life, but everything you need on your door step.. and restaurants a lot cheaper than in central venice. Apartment was beautiful, cozy, quiet and homely. Spotlessly clean and the hosts were lovely! Absolutely nothing! The apartment is beautiful, location perfect and hosts are lovely people.. would definitely return

Fantastic attention to details (sockets, umbrellas, dishes, shopping bags... ). The only concern could be location since you depend on vaporetto to get to the main part of the city. However, it was not a surprise and with proper planning and ACTV mobile app it wasn't a problem

Snacks, laundry, everything you need! Clean and Modern. Away from busy Venice for quiet sleep. Restaurants on the street were tasty, did not have to think where to eat for breakfast and dinner.

• Swesdo (10/5): Quiet tourist free location with awesome local food near by. - The hosts meet you when you arrive by water taxi. You couldn't ask for better hosts they were happy to help you with anything you needed or wanted to know and yes they are locals. This location is awesome if you want to experience the Venice that the locals do. It is well out of the tourist hustle and bustle. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe's near by and also a supermarket. There is even a fantastic bar/café at the end of the lane where all the locals go. So if you want to meet the locals check it out. The apartment is modern, quiet and very clean. It has everything you need including a full kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants an awesome quiet location to experience the real Venice. And it's only a quick 10 minute ferry ride across the water to where all the action is if you want it.
