• Önder (9/5): Çok İyi - Konumu mükemmeldi. İspanyol merdivenlerinin yanındaki blok, Valentino mağazasının üstü. Banyo ve tuvalet ayrı. Bu bir sorun değil ama biraz alışılmışın dışında. Dairenin bulunduğu binada işyerleri var. Tatil için gittiğiniz bir yerde sabah mesai saatiyle birlikte konuşmalar, gürültüler duymak, bunlarla uyanmak çok beklediğiniz birşey değil.

It says that lift us available but you still need to do 1 flight of staircase. We had pram so everytime we would need lift prams

Great kitchenette which is very well equipped. very efficient check in with very kind staff! note that this is an appartment in a regular building so there is no reception. The only thing that bothered me was the modern painting of the naked lady hanging in the bedroom. I covered it felt a little tasteless next to the baby bed.

• Domenico (5/5): - L emplacement Et bien la première pièce qui sert de chambre avec canapé lit n est en fait qu'une véranda vitré donc aucune intimité pour ce qui est de la luminosité au petit matin on est inondé par la lumière qui vient du plafond vitré et des baies vitrées qui ne sont juste recouvertes que de voilages même pas de rideaux occultant qui cache la lumière c'est inadmissible vous êtes donc réveillé au petit matin. ajouter à cela que la porte d'entrée et la porte des toilettes raclent par terre ce qui est très désagréable il n'y a qu'une chambre qui est vraiment digne de ce nom dans cet appartement c'est très dommage

Outside area, although no view or much light was a nice addition. Could have done with a few more kitchen utensils and pots/pans for cooking.

• Patricia (9/5): Loved every minute of it, definitely coming back. - Outstanding location, right by the Spanish steps also with two restaurants on your doorstep, not to mention lots of shops and cafes. The apartment itself was spacious with adequate facilities, it was very clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of towels and toilet rolls provided. Not a lot of natural light. However, this is a common theme in Rome due to how the buildings are built and not a direct complaint in relation to this apartment, just a fact.

• Χαλκίδου (10/5): Εξαιρετικά - η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική μέσα στο κέντρο στα ισπανικά σκαλιά. ο οικοδεσπότης παρείχε καφέ/τσάι το οποίο το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα! υπήρχε όλος ο εξοπλισμός για να μαγειρέψεις και να φας ότι θες. Αν ξανα βρεθώ στη Ρώμη θα το επισκεφτώ σίγουρα. τα κουφώματα ίσως θέλουν κάποια βελτίωση καθώς μπαίνει αρκετά κρύο ειδικά στον χώρο απο το μπαλκόνι.

Good accommodation- comfortable, secure and quiet Terrible WiFi ! Barely functional, despite resets - thank goodness for cheap 5G. Check in leaves a bit of room for improvement!

Personale estremamente disponibile che ci ha immediatamente risolto un problema alle 22:00 di sera: era rimasto bloccato il portone d'ingresso - non per loro colpa ovviamente! - ma sono arrivati subito facendoci entrare da un altro ingresso e risolvendo il tutto.

• Olena (8/5): Розетки желательно лучше закрепить, они выпадают часто при использовании. Немного странный выбор картин на стенах. - Локация действительно отличная. Вблизи испанской лестницы, бутиковой зоны и в пешей доступности от многих достопримечательностей. Дом тоже очень хороший . Удобно, что есть лифт Апартаменты расположены в зоне, куда нельзя подъехать на авто. Я думала, мы сможем хотя бы остановиться для выгрузки вещей, но пришлось идти с багажом 100 ступенек по лестнице. С четырьмя чемоданами это сложно и тяжело. Также апартаменты имеют всего одно окно на 2 комнаты. Конечно, хотелось бы иметь больше света, пространства. Вторая комната также очень темная.

• EmrahSon (5/5): Konum merkezi. - Konumu çok iyi. Geç saatte Roma'ya ulaştık, anahtarı almak için öncesinde mesaj attım çünkü bana gelen hiç bir bilgi olmadı. Uzak bir otelin lobisinden almam söylendi ama ısrarla otelin adı söylenmedi, üç farklı kişiyle yazıştım sonunda otelin adını verdiler. Anahtarı almak eziyet oldu, şifreli kutular icat oldu birinin bunu hatırlatması lazım. Temizlik talimatı var 4 gün ve daha uzun kalanlar için her iki günde bir şeklinde, ancak üçüncü gün ben aradığımda gelip temizlik yaptılar. Salon cam bir bölme ve geceleri gerçekten soğuk oluyor.

Poco confortevole l'appartamento. - La posizione dell'appartamento e la tipologia di arredamento La zona cucina/soggiorno non è come descritta "una camera normale", si tratta di una veranda realizzata all'interno di un pozzo luce dello stabile, priva di reale isolamento dalla luce esterna, di isolamento termico e soprattutto di privacy (visto che tutte le finestre del corpo scala e degli appartamenti con affaccio sul pozzo luce possono guardare all'interno della veranda, dove tra l'altro è presente il divano letto). Inoltre le maniglie di bagno e ingresso si staccano continuamente a causa dell'attrito che le porte fanno con il pavimento. La presa del bagno anch'essa non è ben fissata. Il pavimento presenta macchie che non hanno un bell'impatto visivo. Il check-in è affidato a personale che parla e comprende poco l'italiano.

Bed linen and towels were ok. The only deluxe thing about this apartment was the price. It was not cosy (e.g carpet was missing compared to pictures), shower from ceiling was coming out etc. We booked it half a year ago in March and there was no mention that there are 2 apartments behind 1 door that 2 different families will be sharing, it is like dormitory. The apartment has one! window. Also, have you guys heard of the GDPR? The person who checked us in took pictures of our IDs and sent them via WhatsApp to somebody. Not a great feeling.

• Ebru (7/5): Merkeze yakın, temiz ve bakımlı bir apartman - İspanyol Merdivenleri’ne, birçok turistik noktaya ve metroya yakınlığı. Mutfak bulunan odada cam olmaması. Oda havasız olduğu için mecbur klima ile uyuduk. Ayrıca yatak odasında her gün sabah 06:00’dan itibaren aşırı gürültü oluyordu. Arka kısım çöp konteynırlarının ve mağazaların depolarını görüyordu. Bazen sigara kokusu da geldi odamıza. Bu yönünü hiç sevmedik. Onun dışında oda temiz ve bakımlıydı. Çalışanlar da ilgiliydi.

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Excelente todo, desde la comunicación antes de llegar todos son super amables y el departamento esta de 💯 en verdad es una pasada de bonito.😍 esta en la mejor de las zonas, de hecho una de las más elegantes, a la mano hay de todo 👌🏽Todo super limpio y con espacios muy bien distribuidos, bastante amplio nuestro hijo usó el sofa cama y estaba super cómodo, usamos la terraza para tomar café muy agusto aunque un techo tipo pergola en la terraza estaría fenomenal para decoración y privacidad.👌🏽 A la llegada nos recibio Lariel que nos explico todo a detalle y nos recibio super amable y profesional. Bravo 👏 👏 el pago de city tax lo hicimos en su hotel y el chico que nos atendio ahi mucho muy amable. Y el hotel de wow Espero visitarlo alguna vez. GRACIAS por hacer de nuestra visita a Roma una experiencia inolvidable y hermosa ✨️ Algunas pequeñas cosas como una manija y puerta flojas y que no había cucharas jeje pero resolvimos con desechables, también una plancha de ropa estaria bien por que los viajeros tenemos todo apretado en la maleta. ( use mi plancha de pelo para ropa 😂) en verdad que todo estuvo tan bien que estos detalles los comento solo para mejoria.

• Lorena (8/5): Sogggiorno piacevole al centro di Roma - La posizione eccellente, c'è un Carrefour vicino e si può raggiungere a piedi in poco tempo tutto. La struttura era dotata di utensili per cucinare. Si trova in un palazzo signorile. Il terrazzino non era utilizzabile sia perché la porta non si capiva come aprirla, sia perché non c'era nessuna privacy e non molto pulito. Problemi con le maniglie e le porte. Il letto è da sistemare.

• Makis (9/5): Perfect location - We had a great experience. The location is amazing. There’s even a taxi stand right outside the apartment. If we come back to Rome, we will definitely stay at the same hotel again. Also The apartment is very comfortable for 3 persons😊 It would be great if someone could come after the second day to clean the room and change the sheets. Alternatively, I would like to have some basic cleaning supplies so I can tidy up by myself.
