• Katie (9/5): Comfortable stay with great communication from host. Good for exploring Rome without staring in the centre. - The apartment had a lift for convenience of getting luggage upstairs. Very clean and comfortable beds. We had individual soaps and slippers left for us and fresh fruit which was lovely. Antonio met us at the property to allow us to drop our bags off which was very helpful. He showed us a map of Rome and advised what to do and how the public transport worked. This was very useful and he made us feel very welcome. He also recommended some places to eat. The air con was good and the apartment had most things needed. It was very clean. Great hosts and pleasant stay. Thank you! It was a bit of a way out of the centre of Rome but the buses were right outside and the metro only 6 mins walk. But you will need public transport to get into Rome. The kitchen utensils could do with updating. Apartment is compact for 4 people but it is manageable.

Everything was exactly as described, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Communication with the host, Elena, was very friendly and smooth. She was also very helpful and kindly assisted us in arranging an extra bed just one day before our arrival. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!

• Sotiria (9/5): Value for money - The apartment was very nice on 3rd floor. It had one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. There was a bathroom with hot water and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Antonio, who welcomed us, with mafins and chocolate egg (Easter) was very helpful, kind and gave us directions so we could have a great time. Thank you very much Antonio. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, every 10 minutes and a metro station “Bologna” about 300 meters away. Everything was perfect. Very nice neighborhood with shops to eat and drink coffee and supermarket. The owners Sandro and Elena arranged a taxi for our transfer to the airport. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back, but next time we will ask for the apartment with a balcony. Everything was almost perfect. Maybe more sheets because we were four people for 5 days

• Michał (10/5): A great place to stay in Rome! - The host was very kind, helpful, and flexible, with great communication throughout the stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was also very convenient, close to the metro, in a quiet and peaceful area. A very enjoyable stay - having breakfast on the sunny balcony was a perfect way to start each day. With so many positives, it would be hard to point out anything that really needs improvement.

Die Lage ist perfekt, nah zur U-Bahn, Bus vor der Tür und Cafés, Restaurants und Supermarkt sehr gut erreichbar. Und unten am Haus gibt es direkt Pizza. Einfach alles spitze!

Situato a pochi passi dalla metro B,sotto casa addirittura una fermata dell'autobus e vicina alla tangenziale per spostarsi in tutta comodità anche con la macchina. Consigliato!!

La posizione perfetta per prendere la metro B e visitare la città ma anche per rimanere in zona senza fare grandi spostamenti. Letti molto comodi con tv sia nella stanza da letto che in salotto. • Vali R (9/5): Very happy with our stay - Quiet residential area very close to Tiburtina Station, metro and bus directly to the center and main monuments. The apartment is renovated and well decorated and equipped. It's not big but well organized and clean. The host and employees are nice and helpful. Several good and affordable restaurants in the area. I would choose it again, if I'll go back to Rome one day. The typical inconvenience when the apartment is in big residential building (for example the noise from a family with children upstairs, early in the morning).

• Iuliia (8/5): - Spacious apartment suitable for three people, located about 30 minutes by public transport from Rome’s main attractions, with a bus stop right across the street. Several nearby restaurants offer tasty and affordable food. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and a washing machine. It is in a beautiful building with an attractive courtyard. The area and the building are quiet, with good sound insulation. The interior is bright and pleasant. The host who checked us in was very friendly, explained everything about the neighborhood and transport, gave helpful tips, and even prepared fresh fruit and pastries for us. The mattress on the main bed was not very comfortable, some pillows were quite worn despite there being many of them, and there was some wear and tear such as towels with holes and stains, a wall clock not working, and a loose toilet seat.

The balcony was fantastic when it was too hot to walk around outside but still wanted to enjoy the ambiance. Antonio was waiting for us upon arrival and he took the time to show us around the apartment and left a map for us with directions on how to explore. We loved everything! Great location! We explored the neighborhood away from tourist and found hidden gems!! Lovely neighborhood!!

• Hussein (9/5): Very practical and clean place - Clean, practical, accessible to metro (3 min walk), restaurants, pharmacy, gelato and grocery stores (including gourmet stores). Free cancellation policy was very convenient when waiting for visa clearance from Embassy. We were a family of 4 (2 children aged 6), and the room was fairly comfortable with ACs, kitchen, laundry, etc, considering that we would be out and about most of the time. Host is very friendly and responsive and helped us book a taxi for our way back to the airport. Accommodation is as shown in the pictures exactly. A minor comment about the property - internet is good for light use and was fine for the first few nights then it started to disconnect from time to time. Not that reliable if you are looking to have online meetings/etc… this didn’t bother us because we were there for leisure.

Localization of the apartment is perfect if you want to stay away from the busy city centre and still be able to get there without any issue thanks to bus stop right in front of the building and metro station in a very short walk distance. Not a single thing.

• Jue (7/5): It may work better for some people - Friendly staff. Place is clean and quiet. WiFi not working. Always disconnect. I had to roam… the location is not great if you have a young kid who rides on stroller. Can’t easily get elevator at the subway stations and we had to carry the baby, the stroller and many other bags up down the stairs. Too exhausting. Lastly, you need to pay local taxes in cash. Cards are not accepted.

Its near the Bologna metro station and in few stops your in the Termini station. Also near there is a supermarket and a great gelateria!! My kids loved it! We had a perfect stay!
• Ryan (9/5): Superb - Location is very good for exploring Rome. Proximity to super market with great selection for a self-cooked meal. The room is of good size for a family of 4. Do not trust the bus schedule in front of the apartment on weekday based on Google though it is the best option to go downtown. We waited for 2 scheduled bus 30mins and it did not turn up. Trust the one near Bologna station number 62 or the subway.

Finally size of the appartment was great (over 50m2). We were very dissapointed with noise. We heart everything from outside, unfortunatelly there was a bus stop right bellow the appartment. It wasn't also clean, the floor was dirty and dishes as well.

• Mcguire (9/5): Many days apartment Rome review - The apartment is conveniently located a short walk (5 minutes) from Bologna metro station, which is ideal for easy access to all the main attractions of Rome. The suburb is nice, quiet, and safe. There is a supermarket near the station, several cafes, and a great pizzeria along the street between the station and the apartment. We received a warm welcome from Antonio, the caretaker who welcomed us and showed us the apartment, which was absolutely spotless and had everything you could need. We could not fault the apartment, the location, or our hosts Antonio and the owner Elena, who could not have been more hospitable. A real gem of a place and the ideal base for exploring all that Rome has to offer and an excellent retreat from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Highly highly recommended.
