• Gisela (5/5): Ich würde das nächste mal in Flughafen Nähe auf jeden Fall wieder das B & B Mikro luxury wählen. - Schlechte Kommunikation; ich teilte Ankunftszeit mit, aber niemand da. Angerufen… Schlüssel in Box. Code wurde genannt, von mir eingegeben, dann klemmte der Öffner…. Dann kam jemand, und gab mir noch einen Schlüssel für das Eisentor am Eingang, die am Abend geschlossen wurde. Als ich essen gehen wollte, war sie schon zu, doch der Schlüssel funktionierte nicht… Außerdem direkt an der Hauptstraße; sehr laut. Ein selfservicebereich zum Kaffee oder Tee kochen ziemlich ungep.
• Florian (8/5): Guter Aufenthalt für eine späte Anreise in Flughafennähe. - Gut gelegen ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Flughafen entfernt. Dafür jedoch an einer Hauptstraße, sodass es sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts sehr laut war. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

• Nora (6/5): As long as a close distance to the airport is a must, and a reliable host is there for you, I can recommend the establis - It was clean, 15 min walking distance to the airport, attentive hostess, making sure for my safe arrival and assisting me with an unusual request (providing me with a screwdriver to fix the handle of my suitcase). Surprised with the room I was given- small without a window. Unfortunately, the hostess was unable to move me, as no other was available, as she assured me. I can only say that, had I known, I wouldn’t have picked this establishment.

Tuve que llevar mi valija a cuesta por no tener ascensor.

• George Scott (9/5): Clean apartment, Good location value, Memory Foam Mattress Problematic for me. - Offsite management was very easy to coordinate entry with. Rooms were clean and had some complementary pastries. Air conditioning worked well. Easy 15 - 20 minute walk with carry-on luggage to airport. Very good value among near airport options. Mattresses were made of memory foam that shapes to body and accumulates body heat all night long. For me, it was the least comfortable mattress I have ever tried to sleep on. The inner hallway to the 4 apartments has a single step up mid-hallway from and to dark slate tile that was only identifiable by a small floor level light. 2 members of our group stumbled down that nearly invisible step. It should be marked with reflective safety tape. Minor note: 2 flights of stairs without elevator.

• JORGE LUIS (6/5): Bom quarto, limpo e novo mas num prédio estranho. - O quarto era novo, confortável e limpo. Muito próximo do aeroporto. A antendente era excelente, com respostas rápidas via whatsapp. A fachada é horrível, não parece um hotel, parece a grade de uma garagem. Muitas escadas até o quarto, sem elevador, o que é muito desconfortável para quem esta com bagagem.

Bonne communication. Proximité de l’aéroport, 15 min à pied. Idéal pour dernière nuit et si départ tôt.. Chambre très bruyante , juste au dessus d’un rond point et plusieurs routes. Pas de répit, passage de voitures toute la nuit et les fenêtres n’isolent pas suffisamment. C’est bien dommage .

• Aura Camelia (10/5): Close to Naples airport - The best hostess ever. She helped us with the payment as Booking system failed and even more when we forgot something in the room. Very clean and walking-distance to the airport. Many opportunities to enjoy the local Italian cuisine, for example Trattoria da Pappa. Very satisfied. Very thankful.

• Miranda (4/5): Not great. - The room was modern and updated. It was a quick 5 minute taxi ride to the airport. Pastries offered and coffee machine available. Ac was very good. The process of getting in the location was not straightforward. There was a large gate that wasn’t open, and the host was not on site even though they approved our arrival time. They sent information on how to get into the room once we were up there, but not how to get into the location. The gate was locked, but we got lucky someone was coming out of it. The host answered when we called, but was confused about the gate that we were taking about. When I mentioned 3 keys, she seemed confused. We had to bring our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The shower did not drain properly, we were showering in a puddle on the shower. The water pressure was horrible, I had to use the handheld shower head to shower with enough pressure. Other reviews mentioned noise from the street. I wasn’t too worried about it until I realized there was construction downstairs, and everyone honks very loud in the city. We did not sleep well. We checked out at 9am and host was not there. We had to arrange our own taxi through the uber app, even though she mentioned she could help us with taxi arrangements. I think this would be a fine place to stay if the host provided better instructions on how to get in as well as fixed the shower.

• HARALD (9/5): - Perfect for a night close to the airport. Walking distance to Terminal with small luggage (1km). Taxi available for heavy luggage. Our host called one for us early morning. The room was perfectly clean. Bed comfortable. bring earplugs as the road is two floors down in front of the house. Coffee or tea available from machine outside of room for free. Apartment on second floor and no lift available. So you have to carry your luggage to 2nd floor. Ok for healthy people but can be a problem for people with disabilities.

• John P (8/5): Excellent airport stay - The location was excellent, about a 15 minute walk from the airport. It was evening and I was very tired. The owner was excellent at seeing that I got the instructions on getting inside and situated. I appreciated having coffee available to make in the morning out in the small lobby, and the pastries were much appreciated. The bathroom was clean and top notch. There was a few scuffs here and there on the walls, but nothing major. I liked this place very much.
• Maia (8/5): Good location for airport. - Only a 10 minute walk to the airport so very handy for catching an early flight. The hosts were brilliant with their communication, were very flexible with arrival times and made it very easy to find the accommodation and access the room.
• Claudia (8/5): Fußläufig zum Flughafen Neapel, angenehm für späte Ankunft, frühen Abflug. - Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen. Jedoch hatte man mir netterweise 4 kleinere süße Snacks hingelegt. Ich konnte mir sowohl am Abend als auch am Morgen Tee oder Kaffee an der Rezeption zubereiten, was sehr bequem war. Das Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer wirkten neu renoviert - sehr einladend. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen und zu einer viel befahrenen Kreuzung war es erstaunlich leise. Ich habe den Eingang zur Unterkunft zunächst nicht gefunden: sie liegt in der 2. Etage eines Hauses, das sonst ein Geschäftshaus ist. Vielleicht wäre es günstig, in der Beschreibung darauf hinzuweisen, denn, wenn man genau hinschaut, sieht man das Schild, das die Unterkunft bezeichnet, wobei ich auf so ein Schild zunächst nicht geachtet hatte.

• Dobelbower (7/5): - We stayed here for one night before an early flight, and overall it worked well for what we needed—simple airport convenience. The Good: The location is very close to the airport and easily walkable in about 15–20 minutes, which makes it convenient if you have an early departure and don’t want to deal with taxis. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was clean. The bathroom and shower were also clean, and while the water pressure wasn’t particularly strong, it was certainly adequate. For a quick overnight stay before a flight, the room served its purpose well. The Not-So-Good: The entrance can be a little confusing if you’re arriving for the first time. It’s located off what looks like a garage-style alley, and there isn’t much signage to clearly indicate where you’re supposed to go. A bit more communication or clearer directions would help, especially for last-minute bookings. Once inside, there’s a lockbox system with keys for multiple rooms, which worked fine but required a bit of messaging with the host to identify the correct key and room. The keys themselves were a bit fiddly (there were three of them), and because the front gate is locked early in the morning, we had to keep the keys to unlock the gate when leaving and then drop them into a metal mailbox on our way out. It wasn’t difficult—just a small logistical step travelers should be aware of. Also worth noting: the hallway had a strong smell of cigarette smoke mixed with cleaning products or perfume, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. Fortunately, the smell was much less noticeable once inside the room. Being close to the airport also means there is some road noise, which is to be expected in this area. Summary: If you need a simple, clean place within walking distance of Naples Airport, this property is a practical option. Just be prepared for a slightly unconventional entrance, some minor key logistics, and the usual airport-area noise.

В апартаментах очень чисто, модно сделать чай/кофе, оставлены печенье и кексы в номере. Очень удобные подушки! Ужасно холодный пол. Даже, когда нагрели кондиционером номер, пол оставался ледяным - если у вас нет тапочек, передвигаться по нему можно только прыжками. Если бы в номере были тапочки или коврики - это решило бы проблему. И очень высокая слышимость с улицы. Движение под окнами всю ночь, слышно каждый автомобиль

• Carolyn (9/5): Great place to wait for a rotator flight out of Naples, great host! - The host was very gracious to accommodate our late arrival due to an accident on the A1. She responded quickly to all requests, and made sure we had what we needed. There was a lovely assortment of snacks/breakfast items in the room, s well as a coffee maker and a refrigerator down the hall to accommodate guest items. Keep in mind in Italy the ‘second’ floor is actually what Americans would think of as the third. Four very long staircases at the end of a long day was a bit tough for a couple old people with three suitcases. There was a fair amount of traffic noise as the room overlooks a busy roundabout, but not a big issue. The walk to the military base/airport was manageable, but more for younger visitors. We got a taxi by having somebody from the other business in the building call for a pickup.

• Samantha (6/5): Pleasant place to stay and easy to get to and from airport for early/late flights. - Property owner was extremely responsive when I arrived. My flight was delayed quite a bit and they made it very easy to find the location and get into the building. Also for the place to be so close to the airport I was a bit worried it wasn't going to match the pictures, but it did. It was a simple place to stay overnight before heading out early the next day. They also had snacks and water waiting for us. The AC was also great too (once we figured out how to get the fan going!) The location is about what you expect when you're that close to the airport so it was kind of challenging finding a place to eat due to when we arrived, but that's not at the fault of the property (it was just bad luck on flight delays).

• gessica (10/5): - La Maison du Flavien is an amazing b&b: clean, pretty and with everything you need for a relaxing staying. It is super close to the airport so it is a good thing if you need to travel, but at the same time, it can be a bit isolated if you are looking for restaurants or bars. All in all, I highly recommend it!
