• Ilpo (10/5): Ryhmämme, 7 henkilöä, oli erittäin tyytyväinen majoitukseen ja suosittelemme lämpimästi kohdetta Venetsiassa lyhyeenkin - Viihtyisä,siisti,rauhallinen,erinomainen sijainti. Pientä ongelmaa tuli siitä,että kaasua ei saatu yhteen vuorokauteen, kaasuliettä ei voitu käyttää Eikä ollut lämmintä vettä..Asiasta tehtiin ilmoitus ja asia korjattiin. Kahvinkeitin oli rikki.

• Monotti (9/5): - La posizione centrale, la tranquillità, i servizi presenti nell'appartamento e la disponibilità del proprietario nell'aiutarci e nel risolvere anche piccoli inconvenienti Una piccola attenzione in più alla sola pulizia degli armadi.
• Maryse (10/5): Une bonne adresse - Cet appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier typique avec petits commerces et restaurants. Il est très proche de l'arrêt San Stae du vaporetto ligne 1, et néanmoins au calme. La literie est confortable. Nous étions 8 et nous avions assez d'espace. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. La cuisine dispose d'un four, mais l'absence de plats adaptés est regrettable. Des bols et plus de verres seraient souhaitables ainsi qu'un bon détartrage de la cafetière. Une lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas. Les salles de bain ne ferment pas à clé.

El apartamento era muy espacioso, ideal para nuestro grupo de 9 personas de diferentes edades. El acceso fue muy cómodo también, muy bien explicado y con libertad de horarios.

• Csilla (10/5): Romantische Tage in Venedig - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und haben die erste Fähre genommen. Nach drei Stationen stiegen wir in San Stae aus und erreichten von dort aus nach wenigen Schritten die Wohnung. Rialto und der Markusplatz sind leicht zu erreichen, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß durch die wunderschönen Straßen Venedigs. Eine ausgezeichnete Lage und ein sehr gastfreundlicher Gastgeber, der uns mit vielen nützlichen Informationen versorgte. Es gibt auch einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt in der Nähe, an einem malerischen Platz, sowie einige sehr gute Restaurants. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei große Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, zwei Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Der erste Zugang ist elektronisch, funktionierte aber einwandfrei. Wir waren zufrieden. Gerne wieder, auch im Winter. Das Heizungssystem, aber am Ende hat alles funktioniert. Wir waren da Anfang Oktober, und wurde plötzlich kalt, aber der Gastgeber hat sich gekümmert und war alles gut.

• Sabrina Xiaoqing (6/5): Good location and very functioning - Good location! Very stylish and traditional design which we like. Well functioning in terms of facilities. The apartment is darker than the picture. It smells like old apartment which is fine for us. In general we enjoyed our stay.

Por lo que es Venecia, fantástica relación calidad - precio. Por decir algo, all legar hacía un poco de olor de humedad, pero que dejando abiertas las ventanas un rato se solventó sin más.

• catherine (6/5): - Pas de cafetière en état de marche dans le logement, et lorsque contact avec le gestionnaire de l'appartement aucune réponse si ce n'est devoir lui envoyer une photo, difficile de rendre compte d'un appareil défaillant par photo. Bref, étant donné le prix de cet hébergement (x2 depuis 3 ans) c'est un peu cavalier à mon sens.

Et une chasse d eau ne fonctionnait pas. Nous n avons vu absolument personne. Très bonne note pour cet appartement Rien

• Danielle (9/5): Superb - Property was close to the S. Stae water ferry stop and many restaurants. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our party of 7 (4adults, 3 children). Full kitchen and two large bathrooms were great! The accommodation was not as clean as the others we had stayed in on our tour of Italy. Bed spreads, couch covers, and rugs needed attention.
