• Gałecki (10/5): We had a great city break and I highly recommend this place. - Great location, very comfortable bed, clean, spacious, and very well-equipped apartment. Friendly Simonetta is happy to advise on where to eat and relax, and above all, she cares about her guests. While not everyone may be able to handle the surrounding stairs, I can say that stairs are the essence of ancient Rome and you simply have to accept that;-)

Värdinnan mycket mån om att vistelsen skulle bli bra för oss. Inga problem att checka in senare på kvällen. Trevligt med liten uteplats. Är man ok med 30-40 min promenader så når man såväl Vatikanstaten som Colosseum till fots. Saknade lite krokar att hänga upp kläder på. Endast ett rum så kan bli lite trångt om man vill spendera tid i lägenheten.

The apartment is ideally located near lively bars and restaurants, yet just a short walk from Gianicolo Hill with its peaceful park and panoramic view of Rome. It was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. Simonetta was kind and attentive day and night. Highly recommended!

She goes over and beyond to ensure her guests have a comfortable - Very clean, very comfortable beds - the sofa beds were also one of the most comfortable sofa beds I have slept on, quiet safe gated property. Lots of restaurants near by. A small convenience store very close to the property. Short walk to to the hustle bustle of Trastevere. Nothing. Just be aware there are a lot of steps that lead to the property.

The apartment was modern, clean, great A/C and washing machine for your convenience. Simonetta the property owner was super attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying in Trastevere instead of the busy city center. The obvious is that Rome is full of steep climbs so not necessarily a negative to the property but something to be aware of when booking and packing.
• Nikki (10/5): The most perfect host and the most perfect stay! - There aren't enough positive words to express how much my family and I loved staying at Simonetta's apartment. The apartment was awesomel, much bigger than expected, clean, and beautifully decorated. But the best part about it was Simonetta, herself. We had a long drive there, and she had two pizzas ready for us!! I was traveling with my wife and my 4-month old son and she went out of her way to make us feel at home! She even met us at 7:30am to help bring our bags to the cab. I don't just want to stay at her place again, I want to hang out with Simonetta more. This was a highlight of our month-long trip. Please note that there are many stairs to the street in case someone has mobility issues.

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - The host was gracious to accommodate for our late arrival, even waiting for us with some pizza, which was greatly appreciated. The location is great, right in the heart of Trastevere but away from the noise, in a condominium with quiet neighbors. Simonetta was very resposive, giving plenty of suggestions for good places to see or cool restaurants. I appreciated her enthusiasm and she was always there when I had a question. The area of Trastevere is really hip, some nice nature areas nearby and within walking distance to almost eveything in Rome.

Messaging us from the day prior to check in and on the day. , She gave us clear instructions of how to get from the train station to the front door and showed us the room. She also gave us some tips on places to eat- which were spot on. The room was perfect, comfortable, clean and in a great location. The day before we left she offered to help us get to the airport and booked us a taxi and even met us at the taxi to say goodbye. Highly recommend!

We fell in love with the area. The host was helpful and gracious as well. There was nothing we didn't like. There are a lot of steps to get to it so it might not be a great choice for people with physical disabilities.

• Alice (7/5): A beautiful location - A wonderfully located studio apartment. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, the washing machine and clothes rack were very useful. A lot of great hospitality options close by. Nothing major. Sheets weren't really big enough for the bed and came up at the edges of the mattress each night. Empty diffuser and shampoo/body wash dispensers in the bathroom. The host pointed out her property was directly opposite ours, facing into our one window.

The location is a wonderful, nice area with plenty of restaurants, patisserie, and local shops, and only located 30 minute gentle stroll from the city. Trastevere is an amazing area worth exploring Simonetta, the host, is fabulous available to answer any queries and provides details of the local area and tips for travellers. The air con made it super comfortable! The host is lovely and assisted us from the moment we made the booking until we checked out, providing advice about the travel options. The kitchenette was very useful, and the host had stocked up on some chocolates, water, soft drink and Prosecco for us! We were very grateful. Nothing - all good!

• Hugo (10/5): Exceptional - The location is simply perfect. It is in a very charming, traditional, and safe neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Simonetta is an amazing host. This was not an issue for us. However, there are many stairs to climb on both entrances. It can be hard for some people.
• Randal (10/5): It is the perfect apartment for a stay in Rome and in the fantastic area at the centre of Trastevere. Highly recommend, - The apartment was perfect for us (family of 3, can fit 4) and we had an amazing stay in Rome. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and is very clean with great facilities in the perfect location of Trastevere. Less than 5 minute walk into the centre, apartment is nice and quiet at night also. Simonetta was the best host, very accommodating and even letting us check out later due to our flights. She gave great recommendations and is the perfect host. Overall we had a great stay and will be back! Nothing! It was perfect. (There are some steps outside the apartment so if you have mobility problems/ elderly could be an issue, if not it’s fine)

The place is beautiful but has steps to reach which might not be a good idea with families with children and old folks. Also its slightly away from main area of Trastevere. I felt it was way too expensive for the place but overall was a good stay with my little toddler who managed to climb stairs everyday :) Its expensive and away from the main Trastevere.

A must go to apartment. - The communication was excellent and there was speedy communication from the very start of booking. Simonetta offers a stunning studio apartment that is both stylish and practical. The whole apartment has been well thought out and it has to be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in ….exceptional. Our flight was very delayed and a driver that I’d asked Simonetta to arrange was patiently waiting for us on arrival. Simonetta greeted us even though it was early hours of the morning. A very safe place to stay with excellent restaurants on your door step. Trastevere is a very upbeat and lively area, you just have to ignore all the graffiti which sadly is on most buildings and the streets could do with being cleared more regularly of litter.

• Michail (10/5): The perfect stay in Rome - The apartment is very beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and decorated. We loved it. We really appreciated the effective heating which made it very comfortable, as it was still necessary in early March. It is located in a very beautiful location in Trastevere, near all the action but well protected from the crowds. The mattress on the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Also Simonetta is an amazing kind host.
• Franziska (10/5): Comfortable and quiet - perfect! - We stayed in Simonetta‘s apartment for a little more than 3 weeks and it was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos show, and it is part of a charming apartment community that is fenced in with a gate. The latter probably makes the apartment an ideal place for a stay with a child, as it‘s a closed-off, car-free space. You also have a quiet little terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch in the sun. The apartment had everything we needed, ranging from a hairdryer, kitchen utensils, bathrobes, to slippers. Everything was clean and neat, and the apartment + surroundings were very quiet, which we appreciated a lot. You will be living in the heart of Trastevere while enjoying a quiet green space, with beautiful parks nearby. It was the perfect place to stay in a busy city! Simonetta was a great host, always available and quick to respond. She was very sweet and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible during our stay. If we ever come back to Rome, we will be booking this apartment again! If I had to critique something, then it’s that the apartment is maybe a little dark/doesn’t receive much natural sunlight most of the day - but you will have sunlight right by the window during early breakfast hours, which is lovely! There is also the option to sit outside on the terrace in a bright spot if it‘s warm enough outside. And if in Rome for holidays, you probably won‘t be in the apartment that much during the day anyway :-) (I should also note that we were there throughout Feburary, so the sunlight situation might be a lot better during summer time!)

• Rhonda (10/5): Fantastically central, quiet and comfortable. Host is a lovely lady! - Easy train or taxi from the airport and so central! We took a taxi which Simonetta arranged, worth it. The property is in a quiet area and yet in such a great area, just 2-3 streets from the buzz of excellent restaurants and cafes, great grocery stores (Conad and Carrefour Express) deli shops, bakeries, pizza and pasta stops, clothes and leather stores. Plenty of hot water, huge shower, the bed, especially, was really comfy. Safe complex with high walls and locked gates. Simonetta was available via Whatsapp to answer any questions and help. Easy, flat 3 min walk to the bus stop for transport to the Colosseum, Vatican Galleria Borghese, and 10-15 min easy flat walk directly to the Pantheon and surrounding tourist sites. It is built up a steep hillside, which was a climb at the end of the day - 48 steps up and about 30 steps back down to the property. But we would definitely stay again, despite the hike LOL :-) We would have liked a french press for coffee and a bread toaster (the microwave grill/toast takes ages).

• Vakhtang (10/5): Exceptional - We all know how great Rome is but can you imagine how nice a place must be when you enjoy getting back to it from the city center of Rome? This was by far one of our favorite stays. Apartment was freshly decorated, clean and a literal definition of cozy. All the decorations were very cute and gave the place a very unique feeling. Apartment was very well equipped - it had everything from an iron to an umbrella and a cork opener. I want to specifically mention how comfortable the bed was - a real paradise after walking dozens of kilometres in Rome. Bed sheets were great! Don't even get me started on location - I can't imagine a better one. It's very near to the heart of Trastevere and so tranquil at the same time. Surroundings actually look like a botanical garden! The host was awesome, nice and helpful. It was so pleasant communicating with her. We are beyond satisfied with our stay and are positive that we will be back here! there was no such thing
