Fantastico l'affaccio sul canale con il continuo passaggio delle gondole. Ottimo bilancio qualità/prezzo. Fornitura cucina minal. L'host non risponde via booking... ma comunque risponde prontamente al telefono.

• Minh (5/5): Excellent location, but not communicative, electricity kept going out in winter - Excellent location, nice to see the gondolas go by the window, good shower pressure Host wouldn’t respond to messages (had to call each time for basic information like location and checking in). Electricity kept turning off so we had to go outside to flip the breakers 10-12x over the course of the night. Tea provided but given it’s Italy, coffee would have been great.

• Kevin (9/5): Wonderful place with an outstanding location. Just get bathroom door fixed. - Location was right on a canal. 1st floor and very near St. Mark's. The only issue we had was the bathroom door did not close. My daughter got stuck in the bathroom when she closed the door. We got her out and from then on we were afraid to force the door closed. For such a nice place this is not acceptable.
• Lars (8/5): Tolle zentrale Lage direkt an einem Wasserkanal mit wenig Küchenutensilien. - Super zentrale Lage, Fenster direkt zum Kanal raus an dem die Gondeln fahren. Check-in einigermaßen unkompliziert, man muss klingeln. Einmal zwischendurch wurde sogar sauber und die Betten gemacht. Babybett verfügbar! WLAN funktionierte überall außer in dem einen kleinen Raum wo ein Bett steht. Leider war die Küche nicht sonderlich gut ausgestattet. Nur ein Topf, wenig Besteck und Teller, Tassen. Keine Schüsseln für Müsli. Raucherbereich direkt vor der Eingangstür, dadurch kam der Geruch manchmal ins die Wohnung. Wenig Licht in der Küche/dem Essbereich.

• Klajdia (1/5): Disappointing and lacking basic facilities - This is the worst property I have stayed in. There was none hot water, the bathroom door did not work, no air con, and mosquitos kept biting us all night. No coffee was provided even though it was listed in the amenities offered. The location was the only thing going for the property but was not worth the price paid in any way. Avoid as it is not worth it. The host did not communicate in advance. They had turned the boiler off to save water and when we contacted the host to sort out the heating, he asked us to get on a chair and fix the boiler. Disgusting! The hot water would then come on for 5 minutes and we it was cold in the morning.

The host was super helpful and gave perfect instructions on how to find the apartment. We really enjoyed our time in Venice and would happily stay here again!
• cheryl (8/5): Recommend. - Was quite a thrill to be right on the canal and watch gondolas go by our room windows. Place was pricey but had this built in entertainment value and memory maker. And the gondola ride was also right outside the building. Bathroom door did not fully close.

O arcondicionado estava quebrado, fizeram uma adaptação com um portátil que vinha cheiro ruim, quarto com cheiro muito forte de mofo, cama desconfortável. Diante disso tudo que não estava de acordo com o anuncio, pedimos cancelamento de uma diaria e o anfitrião nunca respondeu, mas mesmo assim não ficamos 2 dias que foi o que alugamos! Muito ruim não indico e nem retorno!

• Evgeniya (7/5): Great location - Amazing location and very authentic vibe - staff did not respond to messages on booking or whatsapp, so I had to call to figure out if anyone is waiting for us - we got a wifi password, perhaps shared with some other apartment, but the connection was very weak and kept breaking off every other minute, so it was no internet in the facility - a moka pot or coffee mashine for the morning coffee would have been nice

We walked around for 2 hours after dinner and couldn't find the place I wouldn't book an apartment in Venice again as there was no one on site to help with navigating the area. It was supposed to be a luxury apartment but it was a 3 star whereas other friends were staying in Hotel Kette for much less and more central included Breakfast and was four star.

Air conditioning wasn’t working well, perhaps why a portable unit was added. Squeaky noise of a/c interfered with sleep. Bathroom door difficult to shut.

While cool to be right on the canal the drapes had to be closed constantly because the gondolas are right there at the window. The washing machine did not work. Power went out multiple times.

• Melissa (9/5): Superb - The location of this property is amazing!!! We loved sitting in the window on the canal, and being close to all the major sights. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We wish coffee was provided in the room, and that the communication with the host was a little better. But all in all a great spot!

• Amelia (8/5): Very good - Great location, not far from San Marco plus close to shops and restaurants. Easy to get vaparetto from multiple locations. Highlight was the antique furniture and location right on the canal. Was great watching the gondaliers go directly past the window! Also great to have four beds in a large room and beautiful big bathroom. A bit damp smelling but this is ground floor in Venice at canal level, so expected. Bed covers a bit old and only one aircon which was only partially working. Difficult to checkin - we found the place but wasn't sure what to do when we got there even though we had provided times. Found all we needed to do was email the host when we arrived - and the host was lovely! Needs a bit of maintenance, tv did not work and washing machine did not spin. Could use some more kitchen plates, utensils, things to coom with, etc but fine if you eat out.

I would suggest keeping windows closed at night to avoid letting mosquitoes in. Mind you the room is located on an amazing canal.

We stayed in Iris room, which is a large double bed and a small one bed combined, with a small kitchen. Slightly outdated but still great. Loved it all!

Location was also great once you found your bearings. The noise from the gondolas started early. The mattress and pillows felt a bit thin. Could do with better mattress and pillows as that's where guests spend a lot of time once they are back in the room to rest.

Being on the canal was nice as long as you don't mind the high volume of tourist gondolas going by. It wasn't an issue for us. The room was beautiful and had a small 2nd bedroom that our son could use. Very well appointed kitchen. Wifi was not the greatest, but sufficient.

• Sunil (3/5): Great Location. Need better facilities - Good Location: Very near to San Marco square and all the attractions. It is in the middle of everything. Walkable distance to anything you need from this place. Water heater for shower did not work properly. After complaining the host said that they were going to fix it after we leave which was not helpful especially kids unable to take hot shower and taking up cold showers. The apartment had a rustic look but some of the furniture was so old and worn out with torn chair handles. All the mirrors were dirty and unable to use in the room.

The view of the canal was great but there was no balcony as stated in the information. The property was old as you would expect A microwave would have been good.

Andrea was very helpful with providing us with any information we needed. The bathroom was very modern and the beds were comfortable.
• Duygu (10/5): Onenof the best experiences I’ve ever had! - We liked - no, LOVED everything! But especially the view from the windows - gondolas pass by and gondoliers even greet you, smile at you and wave at you. Such a nice experience :) The kitchen is quite equipped, we cooked multiple times. Bathroom is very nice, shower has great water pressure. Overall the interior is just amazing, feels somehow royal :) It was quite cold inside at night, and the air conditioner didn’t seem to help much. But it was just our pure luck that Venice was quite cold at the time (minus degrees) And in summer this could be a positive thing :) Fortunately there was also an extra thick blanket in the closet so it wasn’t the end of the world!
