• Anne-Marie (8/5): Un très beau séjour avec un logement pratique dans petite maison calme et super bien située. - Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement, légèrement décentré du centre et en même temps avec toutes les commodités en bas de la rue (pharmacie, supérette, cafés, restaurants, appareil pour retrait d'argent, petits magasins divers, etc.... La maison dans laquelle l'appartement se trouve est calme et on s'y sentait très bien. La remontée d'odeurs dans les salles de bain. L'entrée de la maison étonne au premier abord et une fois qu'on a ouvert la porte de l'appartement on a été rassurés et on s'y sentait très bien.

Mogłoby być czyściej. Otwierające się drzwi do łazienki, których nie można było zamknąć były uciążliwe. Brak wentylacji mechanicznej w łazience. Skrzypiące łóżko w jednej z sypialni.

• Ágnes (9/5): Ajánlom. - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, rendkívül közel a Biennale helyszínéhez. Az Arsenale helyszín kapujától 2 percre. Csendes kis mellékutcában, ami a Via Garibaldiról nyílik. Jól kialakított, kényelmes lakás akár 5-6 főnek is.
• Christian (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Da wir eine Panne hatten sind wir erst spät angekommen. Die Schlüsselbox liess sich nicht öffnen und weil es schon spät war konnten wir niemanden erreichen. Die sin nur von 09:00-17:00 erreichbar. Deshalb mussten wir die erste Nacht ein Hotel suchen und da übernachten. Am nächsten Tag hat der Hauswart dann die Schlüsselbox geölt, und allenfalls auch den richtigen Code eingestellt. Dann ging es problemlos. Die Wohnung riecht nach altem Öl. Der Wasserkocher funktioniert nicht. Der Ablauf in der Dusche ist verstopft. Pfannen waren schmutzig und allgemein war es nicht wahnsinnig sauber. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ok aber sieht auf den Fotos besser aus. Der Preis ist auf jeden Fall gut aber ein bisschen mehr hätten wir uns schon erhofft. Vielleicht hatten wir diesmal einfach einbisschen Pech. Betreffend der Rückerstattung der Kosten der ersten Nacht im Hotel, hat mich "Wonderfull Italy" an Booking.com verwiesen. Deren Antwort ist schon länger als 24h, ca. 36h ausstehend. Ich hoffe da kommt noch was...
• Oreste63 (5/5): Appartenento al sestiere Castello - Appartamento sufficientemente spazioso per quattro persone, cucina attrezzata, wifi Appartamento trascurato e sciatto, armadi inutilizzabili perché occupati, la porta del bagno interno alla camera non si chiude, tappo lavandino e bidet mancanti, nessun prodotto per la cura e igiene della persona, i letti non erano corredati di coperte. Quelle presenti nell'armadio erano sporche (vedi foto), il secondo bagno con tavoletta wc rotta e prodotti per la casa riposti in modo disordinato. Antenna TV non funzionante. Costo elevato rispetto alla struttura offerta
• Taina (10/5): - The apartment was very comfortable — two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a washing machine, dishwasher, and a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful little details: a set with a brand-new dish sponge, bottled water for the whole stay (maybe we were just lucky, but you can really see that the owner puts a lot of care into this place and the cleaning is done very thoroughly). The location is perfect — just 5 minutes to the promenade where you can watch beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Even closer, there’s a street full of restaurants for every taste, a park, supermarkets, and even a cheese shop (great for gifts). Overall, we absolutely loved it and would gladly stay here again!

• Cecilia (8/5): Una buena opción departamento cómodo y bien comunicado. - La comodidad del departamento y los dos baños. Lejos del centro pero bien comunicado, supermercado y restaurantes muy cerca. Pudimos llegar muy bien con las indicaciones que envío el propietario. El lavavajillas estaba lleno con la vajilla que usó el inquilino anterior. No tenía cafetera que es útil para desayunar en el departamento.

• Hanna (9/5): Cozy apartments - Comfortable apartment, 2 bathrooms - it's very convenient. It's also good that the sofa in the living room folds out Google maps and geolocation of the address gives a completely different point in the city center. Google maps do not work, so it's necessary to find out in detail in advance how to get to the place. But this has nothing to do with the apartments. Their location is great and not far from the center.
• Marco (10/5): Very confortable - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, within easy reach of public transportation and local attractions. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fully functional kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. Overall the value for the price was very good. All good

• Mihaela (6/5): I wouldn't recommend - Well located, easy to collect the keys, good communication with the agency. The apartment looks very neglected and needs renovation, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It is poorly equipment, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, there are no shelves in the shower.
• Robin (3/5): Nightmare in Venice - The location of the apartment was great. The managing company is in a remote location and is only available from 9-5pm. There was a mistake made communicating the check-in instructions. The lack of available communication resulted in a last minute hotel stay. Very stressful experience! Also,the heat was not turned on for our check in and the apartment was 15.9 degrees the second night of our 4 night stay. Not a good start to our holiday in Venice. The hotel was reimbursed, but the company still made a profit (cost of apartment was higher than a local hotel) on our negative experience.

• Barbaram (8/5): Pleasant stay in the apartment near the Biennale - Great location near the Biennale, quiet street. self-retrieval of keys, good instructions on how to find an apartment. We only stayed one night. We were only able to enter at 3:00 PM and leave the next morning at 10, and for that short stay we were sent too many rules regarding waste disposal, e.g. with a note that we will be charged if waste remains in the apartment or something in the fridge. For the price we paid for such a short stay, such instructions are not appropriate
• Fabian (6/5): You have to like the heat. - We like the location There is only an aircon in the lounge, the bedrooms don’t get much from it. The shower smells. The kitchen is very basic, no usable coffee maker. The beds are very noisy.

• Snezana (7/5): It was nice, we love Venice and this area especially - the location is perfect, the communication with the landlord (agency) was very good, late check out was possible and the apartment was all in all very nice. the beds are not very comfortable, they are too soft and the single beds are very loud when you move on them, they wake you up. the neighbours above us were so loud all the time we were in the apartment we thought the ceiling will break through (and it‘s funny because in the apartment rools it says we have to be quiet because of the neighbours who work from home 😂)
