• Anne (8/5): - Accueil très chaleureux et facilitant. L'appartement est grand et propre. Accès rapide et facile au tramway. L'appartement est aux abords d'une route passagère et la nuit est bruyante.

• Santa (1/5): - La posizione Appartamento sporchissimo: sotto un comodino c'era un oggetto di plastica blu tutto impolverato; nella camera da letto c'erano delle fuliggini; pavimento sudicio; troppi oggetti in giro impolverati; fiori secchi con tanta polvere e vecchi. Niente zanziere, né tende sufficienti ad evitare l'ingresso delle zanzare. Niente climatizzatori: meno male che non siamo arrivati nei giorni precedenti con temperature elevate. Spugne in cucina vecchie. Impianto elettrico fatiscente con prese con fili fuoriusciti. Letti scomodi, tipo"barca", mancavano i coprimaterassi.Mancava la presa shuko per il phon. Siamo arrivati ed abbiamo atteso che l' host pulisse qualcosa alla meglio. Non si può improvvisare nessuna attività, soprattutto venendo in contatto con persone che sono anche allergiche agli acari. Ho rischiato davvero una crisi asmatica! Meno male che ho sempre con me il cortisone. Spero che queste reali e tristi osservazioni servano per migliorare in futuro.

• Anubha (9/5): Superb - Clean, spacious apartment, good transport links to town centre - the team gets you there in about 20 mins and the tram stop is literally on the doorstep. 2 supermarkets next door plus a few cafes. Apartment had all amenities though would have been nice to have a kettle in the kitchen for tea / coffee. We boiled water on the stove though so it was fine.
• Susan (9/5): Superb - A lovely place to stay, so spacious and so close to the tram stop to the centre of Florence. Really welcome to escape the busyness of the city and stay in such a pleasing retreat. A couple of things needed replacing, the shower head and one of the shutters was impossible to shut.
• Goddard (8/5): Good value clean accommodation. - Property is in a set of residential flats and was quiet. Good selection of equipment and the host was good with meeting us outside of the usual checking in times. Appartment was clean but the outside balconies were in need of a clean. Bird poo on them meant we didn’t want to use them.
• Maria (9/5): Beautiful place ,close to everything ,and very quiet.❤🇮🇹 - The location was awesome ,close to the tram ,the airport,the supermarket ,and most of all the train station S.M.N. The host's were very nice ,friendly ,very helpful ,any questions we had it was promptly answered . We would love to stay there again ,thank you so much 🙋 A bit cleaner would be nicer especially the kitchen .
• Bruce (8/5): Really great city visit at a great accomodation. - Great accomodation. Really handy for the supermarket opposite and takeaways and food nearby. The tram stop for city travel is very nearby too. Local parks to relax in. Far enough away from city centre to enjoy calm streets. Both balconies give equal opportunity to sit out in sun or in shade. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine,oven,hob,fridge freezer,Water is pottable. Although on the top floor, the entrance is ramped and elevator allows for wheelchair users. The host was most helpful and welcoming. The cheapest way to get to the apartment is to take a t2 tram at the airport to novoli pallazo rossi. €1.70 ticket to purchase at the platform
• Scott (10/5): Lovely stay in florence - Comfortable beds, friendly greeting on arrival, everything we needed for cooking, direct tram to the train station, very spacious. No air-conditioning was the only negative.
