Diana (9/5): Ogólnie udany pobyt. - Świetna lokalizacja i ładny wystrój. W jednej sypialni oraz kuchni brak klimatyzacji. Mało krzeseł w kuchni dla większej grupy osób. Nie działała pralka o czym poinformowano nas w dniu przyjazdu.

It is a little more expensive than overage in Italy, but it is Venice I suppose
Juliet (8/5): Very good - We loved the location and the apartment as a whole suited our needs. Lovely place over all. I would recommend this place as a good base to go out and explore Venice. The single bedroom was small and without AC, and the photos make it look like the courtyard usage is included, which is isn't.
Polina (7/5): Good - Location couldn’t be better - right off the taxi boat, next to Rialto but far enough away from the crowds. Walking distance to everything. The owner was very helpful in providing suggestions, answering questions quickly, etc. air conditioning is only in the hallway but leaving the door open to the bedroom you get plenty of air. Washing machine came in very handy The apartment on the ground floor has no light - all the windows are closed and there is no sunlight coming in. Yes, there’s access to a terrace off the kitchen but it’s just not set up very well. Also the kitchen has a makeshift seating area that’s just not necessary (two director chairs and a coffee table?)
Paul (10/5): Perfect Location! - The location is perfect. The rooms were clean and very well maintained, perhaps very recently remodeled. The decor was very tasteful, bathrooms were well thought out. We had a large family of 6, but never felt crowded. There is a Vaporetto stop (San Silvestro) just a minute walk, we ended up getting off at the Rialto bridge and had to drag our luggage up and over the bridge, but we got on the wrong boat, still it was only a 5 minute walk. Talk some time to study the boat routes before you get there, and if you are staying more than 2 nights, you should get the multi day boat pass. San Silvestro is a quieter neighborhood than the other side of the Grand Canal, but still many great restaurants nearby. We loved staying here and will do again if we get back to Venice.
