• Anna (8/5): Quieter place to stay in Venice - The apartment is in quieter part of Venice, but within walking distance of the main sights. The apartment has everything one needs, including tea/coffee, some biscuits and all the kitchen utensils. There is also a supermarket nearby. Contacting the owner was easy and the lady who met us and showed us around the apartment explained everything very clearly, even if mostly in Italian.

• Bernadette (9/5): Perfect for what we needed. - The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Quiet, Local, away from the big tourist sites. Convenience store and bars close by. A small boat 2mins away to get across to Arsenale Norde and close to alternative entrances to the Bienalle. Small but cosy. Perfect for us.
• Jannemann23 (9/5): Superb - Nice Apartment - good equipped. Good communication with Guiseppe the host! very helpful. Location in a quieter area, more local not so crazy touristy with good bars, supermarkets etc. Bed is a sleeping couch, which has not the same comfort as a bed.

• Samira (8/5): Very good - Very nice host/owner and a great location if you’re visiting venice for the art biennale! Super cozy to be able to eat your breakfast while viewing the canal and hearing the birds singing! Beds could be improved and some wine glasses and sharper kitchen knives added, but that’s all! Also, we were of course prepared there would only be sofa beds so that didn’t bother us much either way!
• Evi (9/5): Superb - It is a well organized apartment in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the center of the city. We enjoyed our stay there and we had good communication with the manager.
• Zafererk (7/5): Character flat very centrally located with some minor issues to be solved. - It was full furnished house, owner is always help with excellent communication until we arrive at place, due to flight delay we arrived 3 hours late, and extremely rainy bad weather, he was patient with us, after staying 3 days, he helped us to stay in closer place in the same street. Close to all Venice attractions. Due to some pipe errors, house was always smelling canalization toilet smells, it created headache during 3 days time, it must be fixed, and there was no washing machine, kettle and clothing drying place. We open windows at all times, still this terrible smell couldn't go away, and there was no mosquitoes net in the house. if these problems fixed, it could be dream house, as a character perfect old fashion decoration with ceeling, paintings and a lot of antiques furnitures. There is no single or double bed at the property, there is only soda beds, very uncomfortable, again gave back pain for 3 days, even if you try to sleep 8-10 hours muscle pains, due to not to have mattress at all, sofa beds quite old too.
• Akash (7/5): Nice - Nice apartment with a canal passing just outside the balcony so it gives you the Venice vibe! Has all the facilities if travelling with family ( we did not get soap (handwash was there) in the bathroom but we bought it from the super market which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment). Was clean but certainly can feel that floors and furniture/blanket could have been cleaned better as it gave a sense of very old/used since long. Host is very nice and answered all the queries.. location is goof too with 7-8 minutes walk from the public transports, but you can reach to any place easily .. locality is beautiful! floor, bedsheets/furniture could been more clean

• Tatyana (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed staying in the apparent. Location is good, about 20 mins walk to St. Mark's Square, 10 mins to a vaporetto station and 3 mins the local supermarket. The apartment is with a character and a beautiful view from the balcony to the canal. It has the kitchen that fully equipped with all necessities to prepare breakfast or a quick meal, which is particularly convenient for families with little children. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay in Venice! The host is very approachable and helpful. Thank you Giuseppe 👍🏻 😊 Bear in mind that if one person take a long shower, the hot water can run out, and it will take some time from the boiler to heat up water again.
