• peter (8/5): Mooi appartement met alle voorzieningen en airco en balkons om lekker te genieten van het plein - Een heel fijn en ruim appartement met twee aparte slaapkamers in het echte Napels. Een levendige buurt met bijna uitsluitend lokale bewoners. In de buurt van het appartement is een goede supermarkt, een bakker en kleine groentewinkels. Er zijn voldoende restaurantjes op korte afstand. Tip: bij de brug over het plein is een lift. Eenmaal boven loop je in tien, vijftien minuten het centrum van Napels in richting haven. Niet echt tegenvallend, maar het appartement ligt in een levendige buurt en aangezien er veel scooters rondrijden in Napels kan het soms wel druk zijn.
• Thi Tran (9/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Notre hôte répond très vite par mail ou Whatsapp. L'appartement est grand, très propre et confortable. Le quartier est très commerçant et proche du centre historique. Le jour du départ nous avons pu laisser nos bagages jusqu'à 15h. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

• Alina (9/5): Замечательная квартира - Всё было отлично. Мы рано приехали и нам позволили оставить вещи до заселения. Фото соответствуют реальности. В реальности даже лучше, так как на фото только отдельные детали. Квартира очень просторная, чистая, комнаты большие, кровати удобные. В каждой комнате и в ванной кондиционеры, которые помогали согреваться) Из каждой комнаты есть выход на большой балкон, у кухни отдельный балкон. На балконе можно сидеть и наблюдать, как кипит неаполитанская жизнь. Алессандро, быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы, советовал заведения, где можно поесть и что) Огромная благодарность за такое гостеприимство! На кухне были кофе, чай, тосты и джем. Мы бы вернулись в этот чудесный дом) это не особо мешало, но для кого-то может быть важным - окна выходят на шумную улицу. Спасают закрытые ролеты. Напор воды в душе был несильны и по этой причине тропический душ терял свою функциональность.
• Banos (8/5): Nous avons aimé notre séjour - Nous avons beaucoup aimé la grandeur de l appartement, la propreté et la vie à la napolitaine. Alessandro nous a très bien accueilli et indiqué les choses à voir dans le quartier de la piazza sanita L appartement n'est pas très bien insonorisé mais nous sommes en plein cœur de naples c'est donc un peu bruyant et la douche manque de pression. Sinon c'était très bien.
• VIVIANE (8/5): - L emplacement dans un quartier populaire et l appartement est très agréable pour 4 personnes. Quelques petits problèmes d 'eau chaude mais Alessandro est venu tout de suite pour voir. Beaucoup de bruits de la place ou de la rue arrivent dans l appartement...c est dommage...
• Ivan (10/5): - The apartment is perfect for 3 or 4 people, with 2 large bedrooms. Very clean and cozy. I think if you haven't seen the neighborhood, it's like you haven't seen Naples. The view of cars and motorbikes passing each other inches apart on the narrow streets is unique. There are pizzerias and trattorias nearby. There is also a metro station 10 minutes away and the Duomo is a 20 minute walk. Alessandro picked us up from the airport and then dropped us back. He gave us useful tips about Naples and the neighborhood. When we return to Naples (because we didn't get to see everything), we will definitely stay here again!

Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil, nous conseille pour les restaurants épiceries sites a visiter etc, et reste disponible dès qu'on le souhaite. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Rien
• VALERIE (10/5): Pour visiter Naples ne cherchez pas ailleurs. - Le logement est situé dans un quartier on l on ne s ennuie jamais. Pas loin du métro pour rejoindre les sites touristiques. Beaucoup de commerces alimentaires et de très bons restaurants conseillés par Alessandro.
• Václav (10/5): Great stay! - The host was kind and helpful. A great place to stay if you want to visit Pompeii and Vesuvius. I would definitely stay here again. There were a few minor issues, but compared to other Italian apartments, they were nothing. The only thing I didn’t like was that it’s close to a square where locals hang out on their bikes at night - but that’s not the host’s fault. :)

• Guest (10/5): Piękny widok z Wezuwiusza, wschód słońca nad morzem, piękne katakumby i klimatyczne uliczki. - Dobra lokalizacja, przestronny, czysty apartament. Byliśmy w grudniu i ważne dla nas było, że w nocy mogliśmy się dogrzewać klimatyzacją. Pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Urokliwy widok na uliczki Neapolu z 3 balkonów. Miły gospodarz, który za niewielką opłatą odebrał nas z lotniska i pomagał w dźwiganiu walizki, oprowadził po mieszkaniu. Następny pobyt w Neapolu spędzimy również w Casa Fiore

• JEAN-FRANCOIS (9/5): Chouette appartement dans un vieux quartier - Situé en plein centre d'un vieux quartier. La vraie vie napolitaine (avec ses animations et son bruit). A +/- 10 minutes à pied du métro. Parfait pour visiter Naples et ses alentours. Pizzeria juste en face (facile pour se restaurer le soir).
• Chris (10/5): Next time we go to Naples, we will definitely stay there - Large and comfortable apartment, very well located. The apartment had everything you need for both a short and long stay. The kitchen had everything you need, a large fridge, stove, washing machine. Large shower with good water pressure. The tap water is drinkable, so you don't have to buy water. In the evenings it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle. The church next door is very beautiful and interesting, with catacombs underneath, which are definitely worth visiting. You could walk to the city center, if you go right there was an elevator that took you up to the bridge and from there on foot to the city center. For an additional fee, the owner took us to the airport, which was very convenient. Thank you very much, Alessandro!

The neighborhood is very lively and not defined by tourism, though it's walking distance to many excellent sites. We didn't mind it, but some may find the street noise a bit too much, especially late at night.

• Onno (10/5): Wonderful - Great apartment and wonderful host in a really great location. Rione Sanita is a very lively and energetic neighborhood. There is so much to see and explore here, it is almost overwhelming. We stayed for a week and we still haven't seen everything. Just the atmosphere and the friendly people alone are worth the visit. There are so many small shops, an incredible amount of beautiful churches, palaces and interesting buildings are everywhere. Naples is a really hectic city and the contrast to our own village couldn't be bigger but we felt totally at ease and relaxed everywhere. Out of all the neighborhoods in Naples we liked Rione Sanita the most.
• Hendrieke (9/5): Great place to stay! Thanks Alessandro! - We had a great stay in Casa Fiore for 4 nights. Alessandro, the host, was great; did everything to make us happy! Casa Fiore is in the middle of the non-touristic, very authentic Neapolitan city district. We liked it! A lot of noisy traffic in the night. It has its charm in this authentic city district and ear-plugs can help.
• Anne (9/5): Superb - It's a good sized apartment and very comfortable. Everything for an enjoyable stay. Basic ingredients, oils, herbs, coffee for the stove pot and breakfast ingredients. Alessandro, the host is very kind and considerate, picked us up from the airport late one night and again the following night when my daughter joined us. Also dropped us back to the airport and let us stay in the flat on the last day, as it was a rainy day, which was great. It's a great area to stay, very busy and noisy but that is Naples. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants, bakeries, a gelateria and a supermarket in easy walking distance. A 20 minute walk to the old town and 30 minutes to the ferry port. We stayed in the flat for 5 nights and had a great time. It is excellent value for money and would definitely stay there again. Leaving

• Tareq (8/5): Very good - the appartment is large. two bedrooms. one bathroom. nice small balcony. second floor (no elevator) with nice view to the cathedral. the neiborhood is far from the city (30 minutes walk) and very crowded. but it's very good for the price it's suggested for.

• Andrea (10/5): I’d never stay anywhere else in Naples, only here. - Location is perfect that shows the real face of Naples but is still safe and close to a metro station, to pizzerias, caffes, pastry, fruit and other shops (actually there are plenty of them there). Also, this was the first place in a Mediterran city I stayed in Winter where you could heat every room (even the bathroom) warm enough (I have been to many cities in Portugal, Spain, Italy in November and December, and it’s a rare things, even it is written that there is a heating device). We didn’t use the kitchen but it was well equipped, and everything was clear.

• Zdrk (10/5): A great place to stay in Napoli - Alessandro is a very kind host. Offers to take you from the airport through the chaos streets of Napoli to apartment for only €20. Very comfortable check-in thanks to this. Apartment has a lot of room and has big balconys. Good place to watch the busy street. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Metro stops and bus stops close by. Lot of shops, restaurants and caffeterias around to choose from. On weekend it was noisy outside. Even at nights because scooters use horns allover Napoli way to much (tuut-tuut).
